By setting the above structure, the driving function of the unit door 4 can be realized, thereby realizing the movement of the unit door 4 on the doorframe 3.
Further, a guide rail 6 at a lower end is fixedly coupled to a sidewall of the groove 3-1.
Referring to fig. 7, 12 and 15-18, a switching mechanism 12 for switching connection or disconnection between the unit door 4 and the transmission chain 5-4 is disposed between each unit door 4 and the transmission chain 5-4; the switching mechanism 12 comprises a 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1 arranged between a first rolling wheel 7 at the lower end and the unit door 4, a pressing piece arranged on the side surface of the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1 and a pressing driving mechanism used for driving the pressing piece to enable the transmission chain 5-4 to be tightly pressed on the side surface of the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1, wherein the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1 is sleeved on the guide rail 6, the upper end part of the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1 is rotatably connected with the unit door 4, and the lower end part of the 7-shaped mounting plate is fixedly connected with a shaft of the first rolling wheel 7. By arranging the mechanism, when the pressing driving mechanism drives the pressing piece to tightly press the transmission chain 5-4 against the side surface of the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1, the driving motor 5-1 drives the transmission chain 5-4 to move, and the unit door 4 can be driven to move; when the pressing driving mechanism stops driving or reversely drives the pressing piece, the pressing piece is separated from the transmission chain 5-4, so that the transmission chain 5-4 is separated from the 7-shaped mounting plate 12-1, and the power is cut off, so that the unit door 4 stops moving. When the number of the unit doors 4 is multiple, a switching mechanism 12 is arranged between each unit door 4 and the transmission chain 5-4, each switching mechanism 12 can independently control the power connection between the unit door 4 and the transmission chain 5-4, when the multiple unit doors 4 need to be folded, firstly, the first unit door 4 is in power connection with the transmission chain 5-4, then the driving motor 5-1 drives the unit door 4 to fold, the power connection of the unit door 4 is cut off, then, the power connection of the second unit door 4 is carried out, under the guidance of the first unit door 4, the second unit door 4 is also folded against the first unit door 4, and so on until the folding of all the unit doors 4 is completed. By arranging the switching mechanism 12, the side door of the invention can realize the driving of all the unit doors 4 by only one driving source, thereby simplifying the device and reducing the production cost.

By the arrangement of the structure, when all the unit doors 4 are buckled on the door frame 3 in a sliding mode, the locking electromagnetic lock 13-2 drives the lock core to move along the extending direction of the guide rail 6, the two connecting rods 13-4 are driven to move, the angle between the two connecting rods 13-4 is enlarged, the locking pin 13-1 is driven to move towards the first guide groove 6-1, the locking pin 13-1 extends into the guide groove, the unit doors 4 cannot be separated from the guide rail 6 under the action of the locking pin 13-1, the unit doors 4 cannot be opened in a rotating mode, and the locking effect on the unit doors 4 is achieved. The locking mechanism 13 is located on one side of the unit door 4 far away from the first rolling wheel 7, so that when the unit door 4 is locked, the locking pin 13-1 and the first rolling wheel 7 are distributed on two sides of the unit door 4, and the locking is more stable.
Referring to fig. 20 to 22, the unit door 4 is provided with a guide hole 13-5 for guiding the movement of the locking pin 13-1 toward the first guide groove 6-1 at a position corresponding to the locking pin 13-1. By arranging the guide holes 13-5, the movement stability of the locking pins 13-1 is further ensured, and the unit door 4 can be locked on the door frame 3.

Claims (6)
1. A carriage with a foldable and openable side door is characterized by comprising a carriage body, a rear door arranged at the rear of the carriage body and side doors arranged at two sides of the carriage body, wherein each side door comprises a door frame arranged at the side surface of the carriage body and a door plate arranged on the door frame;
the folding and furling mechanism comprises a guide mechanism arranged between the door frame and the unit door and used for guiding the unit door to move towards one side of the door frame and a driving mechanism used for driving the unit door to move along the guide mechanism; one side of the unit door is rotatably connected to the guide mechanism, and the other side of the unit door is provided with a sliding buckling mechanism for buckling the unit door on the door frame in a sliding manner;
the guide mechanism comprises two guide rails respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the door frame and a sliding part arranged on the unit door and matched with the guide rails in a sliding manner; the guide rail is provided with a first guide groove, the first guide groove extends along the width direction of the door frame, the opening of the first guide groove positioned on the upper end guide rail faces downwards, and the opening of the first guide groove positioned on the lower end guide rail faces upwards; the sliding part is two first rolling wheels arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the unit door, the two first rolling wheels are vertically arranged on one side of the unit door, and the two first rolling wheels are positioned on the same axis and are respectively in sliding fit with the upper first guide groove and the lower first guide groove;
the sliding buckling mechanism comprises a second guide groove arranged on the side surface of the guide rail, a second rolling wheel arranged on the unit door and in sliding fit with the second guide groove, a buckling piece arranged at the tail end of the second rolling wheel and a sliding buckling groove arranged on the inner side of the second guide groove and matched with the buckling piece; the sliding buckling groove is arranged in parallel with the second guide groove and is communicated with the second guide groove;
the fastener is a spherical fastener, the spherical fastener is composed of a plurality of elastic arc-shaped pieces, and the elastic arc-shaped pieces are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction; wherein the diameter of the ball-type fastener is larger than that of the second rolling wheel; the height of the sliding buckling groove is greater than that of the second guide groove.

The side door folding-opening carriage as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism includes a driving motor, a driving sprocket wheel and a driven sprocket wheel arranged at the bottom of the door frame, and a transmission chain arranged between the driving sprocket wheel and the driven sprocket wheel; the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel are distributed on two sides of the door frame, one end of the transmission chain is connected with the driving chain wheel, the other end of the transmission chain is connected with the driven chain wheel, one side of the transmission chain is connected with the unit door, and a main shaft of the driving motor is connected with the driving chain wheel.

The side door folding-opening carriage as claimed in claim 2, wherein a switching mechanism for switching connection or disconnection between the unit door and the transmission chain is provided between each unit door and the transmission chain; the switching mechanism comprises a 7-shaped mounting plate arranged between a first rolling wheel at the lower end and the unit door, a pressing piece arranged on the side face of the 7-shaped mounting plate and a pressing driving mechanism used for driving the pressing piece to enable a transmission chain to be tightly abutted against the side face of the 7-shaped mounting plate, wherein the 7-shaped mounting plate is sleeved on the guide rail, the upper end portion of the 7-shaped mounting plate is rotatably connected with the unit door, and the lower end portion of the 7-shaped mounting plate is fixedly connected with a shaft of the first rolling wheel.
