Abstract
本发明属于微囊粉技术领域,更具体的涉及一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉及其制备方法。一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,包括芯材和壁材;所述的芯材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:蓖麻油20~70份。壁材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:植物提取物1~20份、B族维生素0.01~0.5份、膳食纤维1~20份、益生元1~10份、叶黄素0.05~2份、麦芽糊精0.1~3份、赋形剂5~30份、抗氧化剂0.3~5份、矫味剂0.3~5份。本发明的配方,保证了微囊粉极高的包埋效果,并且具有较高的稳定性和高效性,达到保证无副作用的润肠通便。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于微囊粉技术领域,更具体的涉及一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
蓖麻油,也叫蓖麻(RICINUS COMMUNIS)籽油,是一种复合的三酸甘油酯,存在于蓖麻的种子里,其含量为35%~57%,一般用榨取或溶剂萃取法制取蓖麻油。蓖麻油组成成分有:80%~85%的蓖麻油酸、7%的油酸、3%的亚油酸、2%的棕榈酸、1%的硬脂酸,可燃但不易燃,溶于乙醇,略微溶于脂肪烃,几乎不溶于水,有轻微挥发性。
科学研究表明:蓖麻油具有润肠通便之功能,是治疗习惯性便秘较有效、副作用较低、复发率较低的有效的药物。便秘患者服用蓖麻油后,经十二指肠脂酶分解酶的作用,皂化成蓖麻油酸钠和甘油,蓖麻油酸钠刺激小肠反射性蠕动,肠内内容物急速像结肠推进,从而达到通便功效。
由于蓖麻油存在临床用药剂量较大,腥味难以接受,且液体油脂水溶性较差,不方便携带等问题,严重影响了蓖麻油在医药及食品行业的推广应用。因此,需要迫切开发出一款水溶性好、方便服用、性质稳定、口味良好的蓖麻油产品。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,包括芯材和壁材;所述的芯材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:蓖麻油20~70份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的壁材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:植物提取物1~20份、B族维生素0.01~0.5份、膳食纤维1~20份、益生元1~10份、叶黄素0.05~2份、麦芽糊精0.1~3份、赋形剂5~30份、抗氧化剂0.3~5份、矫味剂0.3~5份。
作为一种优选的技术方案,壁材制备原料还包括乳化剂;乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.4~7%。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.5~2%。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的植物提取物选自罗汉果提取物、灵芝提取物、银杏叶提取物、雪莲提取物中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的B族维生素选自维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B7、维生素B9、维生素B12中的一种或多种。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的膳食纤维和益生元的重量比为1:0.3~0.5。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述的矫味剂选自甜味剂、芳香剂、胶浆剂中的一种或多种。
本发明的第二方面,提供了一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备芯材和壁材制备原料;
(2)制备芯材;
(3)制备壁材;
(4)二层包埋;
(5)喷雾干燥。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(5)所述的喷雾干燥的操作条件为:进温控制在130~160℃,出温控制在65~75℃。
有益效果:本发明制开发的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉具有以下优点:
1.本发明的配方,保证了微囊粉极高的包埋效果,并且具有较高的稳定性和高效性,达到保证无副作用的润肠通便;
2.经本发明开发的微囊粉使用效果良好,口味迎合绝大部分使用者,解决了蓖麻油原有的腥味的问题;
3.经本发明制备的微囊粉具有较好的水溶性,经过实际应用发现,不仅具有较好的润肠通便效果,还具有保护心脑血管、提高免疫力、减肥瘦身功效。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,包括芯材和壁材;所述的芯材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:蓖麻油20~70份。
在本申请中,蓖麻油在小肠上部发生分解反应,分解为不饱和脂肪酸蓖麻油酸和甘油,蓖麻油酸在小肠皂化成蓖麻油酸钠,蓖麻油酸钠通过作用肠肌间神经丛,刺激结肠收缩和蠕动,增加肠动力;同时,分解后的甘油可以软化大便和润滑肠壁,使粪便易于排出。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的壁材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:植物提取物1~20份、B族维生素0.01~0.5份、膳食纤维1~20份、益生元1~10份、叶黄素0.05~2份、麦芽糊精0.1~3份、赋形剂5~30份、抗氧化剂0.3~5份、矫味剂0.3~5份。
在一些优选的实施方式中,壁材制备原料还包括乳化剂;乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.4~7%。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.5~2%。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的植物提取物选自罗汉果提取物、灵芝提取物、银杏叶提取物、雪莲提取物中的至少一种。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的植物提取物选自罗汉果提取物。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的B族维生素选自维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B7、维生素B9、维生素B12中的一种或多种。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的膳食纤维和益生元的重量比为1:0.3~0.5。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的膳食纤维包括但不仅限于此,可列举的有:魔芋粉、果胶、海藻酸钠、海带、真菌多糖、燕麦、小麦粉、黑豆粉、薏仁粉、山药粉、无花果、小米、枸杞、杏仁、桂圆、核桃仁、芝麻。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的益生元包括但不仅限于此,可列举的有:低聚糖、大豆寡糖、异麦芽寡糖、木寡糖、螺旋藻、松木多糖、抗性淀粉、低聚半乳糖、甘露低聚糖。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的乳化剂包括但不仅限于此,可列举的有:蔗糖脂肪酸钠、聚山梨醇酯-20、卵磷脂、单硬脂酸甘油酯、单棕榈酸甘油酯、脱水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯的聚氧乙烯醚、脱水山梨糖醇单硬脂酸酯、单硬脂酸丙二醇酯、聚山梨醇酯-60、单棕榈酸丙二醇酯、琥珀酸单甘油酯、乳酸、乙酸、柠檬酸、羧甲基纤维素钠、甘油乳酸棕榈酸酯、甘油乳酸硬脂酸酯、硬脂酰乳酸钠、鲸蜡硬脂醇。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的矫味剂包括但不仅限于此,可列举的有:橙皮糖浆、枸橼糖浆、樱桃糖浆、甘草糖浆、桂皮糖浆、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、明胶、甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬提取物、薄荷提取物、苹果香精、桔子香精、香蕉香精。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的抗氧剂包括但不仅限于此,可列举的有:
丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯、特丁基对苯二酚、生育酚、抗坏血酸、异抗血酸。
在一些优选的实施方式中,所述的赋形剂选自填充剂、润滑剂、粘合剂中的一种或多种。
经过申请人大量创造性实验探究发现,在本申请中,通过麦芽糊精、抗氧化剂和叶黄素双层包埋,不仅提高了罗汉果提取物复合蓖麻油在水中的溶解性和机体吸收率,此外麦芽糊精的羟基和叶黄素的酯基还可以发生进一步的微交联,提高了微囊粉的壁材紧密性和包埋性,得到的蓖麻油微囊粉具有高抗氧化性和稳定性;另外,申请人在实验过程中发现,本发明提供的一种蓖麻油微囊粉的配方,复合了蓖麻油、膳食纤维、益生元和B族维生素,成分天然安全,膳食纤维和益生元的重量比为1:0.3~0.5时,各组分间具有协同增效作用,不仅保证了高效的通便效果,又不会对机体产生任何副作用。通过现实生活应用发现,其不仅具有良好的润肠通便效果,同时还具有保护心脑血管、提高免疫力、减肥瘦身等作用。
本发明的第二方面,提供了一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备芯材和壁材制备原料;
(2)制备芯材;
(3)制备壁材;
(4)二层包埋;
(5)喷雾干燥。
作为一种优选的技术方案,步骤(5)所述的喷雾干燥的操作条件为:进温控制在130~160℃,出温控制在65~75℃。
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下实施例只用于对本发明的作进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据上述本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例
实施例1
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,包括芯材和壁材;所述的芯材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:蓖麻油50份;所述的壁材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:罗汉果提取物10份、维生素B1 0.3份、山药粉10份、低聚半乳糖4份、叶黄素0.5份、麦芽糊精1份、赋形剂10份、没食子酸丙酯1份、甜味剂2份、乳化剂0.5份。
所述的赋形剂为二氧化硅。
所述的乳化剂选卵磷脂,购于湖北富润德食品原料有限公司。
蓖麻油,购于湖北科田药业有限公司。
罗汉果提取物,购于江西百盈生物技术有限公司。
低聚半乳糖,购于山东海容生物科技有限公司;麦芽糊精,山东隆汇化工有限公司;没食子酸丙酯,购于郑州裕和食品添加剂有限公司。
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备芯材和壁材制备原料;
(2)制备芯材;
(3)制备壁材;
(4)二层包埋;
(5)喷雾干燥:操作进温控制在140℃,出温控制在70℃。
实施例2
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是不含麦芽糊精。
实施例3
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是不含叶黄素。
实施例4
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是低聚半乳糖的重量份为0.5份。
实施例5
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是低聚半乳糖的重量份为20份。
实施例6
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是抗氧剂选自抗坏血酸,购于郑州百思特食品添加剂有限公司。
实施例7
一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其具体实施方式同实施例1,与实施例1不同的是不含抗氧剂。
性能测试:
1.稳定性能测试:将本申请实施例1-7制备的微囊粉用于稳定性测试,测试方法为将制备后的微囊粉在温度为25℃,湿度为35%的条件下静置放置7天,观察微囊粉表面的变化,规定,微囊粉没有出现表面结块,团聚现象的规定为优;表面出现轻微结块现象的记为良;表面出现严重的结块、团聚现象的记为差;并将结果统计于下表。
2.抗氧化性能测试:选取志愿者作为实验对象,年龄为25~50岁的14名女性,将他们随机分为7个组。
对于志愿者的要求:无任何疾病,并且近期都没有服用VE、VC、番茄红素、花青素、中药补剂等自由基清除剂及其他药物。
实验方法:所有志愿者在实验第一天进行首次取血进行抗氧化指数含量的测定。规定志愿者每天早上7点准时服用本申请的微囊粉,28天后,对所有志愿者进行第二次取血,测试志愿者的抗氧化指数。
检测方法:抗氧化指数由FORD测试盒方法测定,FORD的测定操作按测试盒的说明进行,将获得的吸光度值与运用Trolox绘制的标准曲线进行比较,计算出FORD的数值,规定,测试前后数值相差0.5mmol/L的记为优;测试前后数值相差0.5mmol/L~0.1mmol/L记为良;测试前后数值相差小于0.1mmol/L的记为差;并将测试结果统计于下表。
3.服用口感:随机选取年龄为25~50岁的70名女性志愿者,随分为7组,规定志愿者每天早上7点准时服用本申请的微囊粉,7天后对服用口感进行评价,并将结果统计于下表。
4.排便测试;随机选取70名志愿者,年龄为25~50岁,随机分为7组;
对于志愿者的要求:有便秘的情况;
实验方法:使志愿者每天晚上21点服用本申请制备的微囊粉,服用28天,记录排便情况,并进行打分评价;规定:排便畅通,无不适感记为5分;排便畅通,但出现排便少或者下腹坠干等问题较轻者记为4分;排便出现轻微困难,排便过程中有不适感的记为3分;将每组的平均分记录于下表。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1.一种具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,包括芯材和壁材;所述的芯材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:蓖麻油20~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的壁材的制备原料按重量份计,包括:植物提取物1~20份、B族维生素0.01~0.5份、膳食纤维1~20份、益生元1~10份、叶黄素0.05~2份、麦芽糊精0.1~3份、赋形剂5~30份、抗氧化剂0.3~5份、矫味剂0.3~5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,壁材制备原料还包括乳化剂;乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.4~7%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂的重量为芯材重量的0.5~2%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的植物提取物选自罗汉果提取物、灵芝提取物、银杏叶提取物、雪莲提取物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的B族维生素选自维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B3、维生素B5、维生素B6、维生素B7、维生素B9、维生素B12中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的膳食纤维和益生元的重量比为1:0.3~0.5。
8.根据权利要求2所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉,其特征在于,所述的矫味剂选自甜味剂、芳香剂、胶浆剂中的一种或多种。
9.一种根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)准备芯材和壁材制备原料;
(2)制备芯材;
(3)制备壁材;
(4)二层包埋;
(5)喷雾干燥。
10.根据权利要求9所述的具有润肠通便作用的蓖麻油微囊粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述的喷雾干燥的操作条件为:进温控制在130~160℃,出温控制在65~75℃。
