本发明属于制药工程技术领域,特别是涉及一种茯苓益生菌及其制备方法。
背景技术
茯苓,又称玉灵、茯灵、万灵桂、茯菟,是中药“四君八珍”之一,是拟层孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,常寄生在松树根上,形如甘薯,球状,外皮淡棕色或黑褐色,内部粉色或白色,具有利水渗湿,健脾宁心之功效。医学研究更进一步证明茯苓具有抗肿瘤、利水消肿、增强免疫、镇定安神和抑菌等多种作用。
益生菌是一类能够促进宿主肠内微生物菌群的生态平衡,对宿主健康、生理功能产生有益作用的活性微生物,经摄入宿主体内后,能改善肠道菌群结构,促进肠道有益菌的增殖,抑制有害菌的生长,提高机体特异性或非特异性免疫力,从而有利于抵御各类疾病的发生。现已有证据指出,益生菌可能帮助肠道内壁免受伤害,对人类的肠胃道疾病具有特殊的功效;也有证据指出益生菌能改善因服用抗生素而产生的相关副作用,如肠胃炎、急性腹泻,也能改善乳糖不耐症的症状。益生菌正在成为人们防治疾病维护健康的重要产品,它既有见效快的近期效果,如在预防和治疗急慢性腹泻、便秘,改善肠胃功能等;还有显著的远期效果,如通过降低人体内毒素水平、改善营养状况、帮助肝细胞生长、提高人体免疫力等而起到保护肝脏、辅助改善肝病症状的作用;对于用化学、放射、免疫抑制剂治疗中的副反应导致菌群失调的症状如食欲减低、乏力、白细胞计数下降等,益生菌产品可以改善前述症状,提高抗病能力。。

基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种茯苓益生菌,其目的在于提供一种茯苓益生菌,具有健脾和胃、帮助消化、增强免疫力、修复肠道、预防腹泻,减少便秘,抗炎,解毒的功效。
本发明提供一种茯苓益生菌,低聚异麦芽糖2-4份、低聚果2-4份、食用葡萄糖1-3份、茯苓1-3份、水苏糖0.5-1份、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.6%-0.8%、乳双歧杆菌0.6%-0.8%份。
优选的,配方由以下原料按重量份制备而成:低聚异麦芽糖2份、低聚果2份、食用葡萄糖1份、茯苓1份、水苏糖0.5份、鼠李糖乳杆菌(0.6%)、乳双歧杆菌(0.6%)份。
按照以下方法制备:
S1、将茯苓用中药破碎机进行粗粉碎,得到茯苓粗粉,按照配方比称取茯苓粗粉;
S2、提取浓缩:第一次将茯苓粗粉加入10倍量溶剂,浸泡30分钟后通蒸汽蒸煮120分钟,用300目筛过滤,取过滤液备用;第二次,加入8倍量溶剂蒸煮96分钟,用300目筛过滤,取过滤液备用。将两次过滤液合并,进行减压浓缩,浓缩至1:1.2得浸膏;
S3、将浸膏烘干,粉碎,过60目筛加入低聚异麦芽糖2份、低聚果2份、食用葡萄糖1份、水苏糖0.5份、鼠李糖乳杆菌(0.6%)、乳双歧杆菌混匀,干燥;
S4、分装,每袋装5g。

优选的,所述溶剂为纯化水。
