Abstract
The seat belt device (10) comprises: a shoulder fixing member (16) provided at the upper rear part of the backrest part (4) for turning the seat belt (12); a retractor (14) which is arranged on the outer side of the shoulder anchor (16) in the vehicle width direction and which winds up one end side of the seat belt (12); and an annular guide member (20) provided on the central side of the shoulder fastener (16) in the vehicle width direction, through which the seat belt (12) is inserted and guided. A fixing portion (24) of the guide member (20) is fixed to the backrest portion (4), and a detachable portion (26) of the guide member (20) is detachably attached to the backrest portion (4).
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to seat belt devices.
Background
In a vehicle, a seat belt device for restraining a passenger sitting in a seat is mounted. The seat belt device includes: a retractor that winds one end side of the seat belt; a shoulder anchor for steering the seat belt; and a buckle that can be connected to the tongue on the other end side of the seat belt. The occupant seated in the seat is restrained by the seat belt by connecting the tongue of the seat belt to the buckle.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
After the tongue is detached from the buckle, the seat belt is wound up by the retractor. Since the retractor is located further to the outside than the shoulder anchor in the vehicle width direction, there is a possibility that the webbing will come close to the end of the slit of the shoulder anchor, after which the webbing cannot be retracted.
Accordingly, the present disclosure has been made in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a seat belt device in which a retractor can properly retract a seat belt.
Technical means for solving the technical problems
In one aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a seat belt device including: a shoulder fixing member provided at the upper rear portion of the seat to change the direction of the seat belt; a retractor that is disposed outside the shoulder fastener in the vehicle width direction and that winds up one end side of the seat belt; and an annular guide member provided on a central side of the shoulder mount in the vehicle width direction of the seat, through which the seat belt is inserted and guided, one end portion of the guide member being fixed to the seat, and the other end portion of the guide member being detachably attached to the seat.
The seat may have a backrest and a headrest coupled to the backrest via a coupling shaft, the guide member may be disposed on an upper surface of the backrest, the one end portion may be fixed to the upper surface of the backrest, and the other end portion may be detachably attached to the coupling shaft.
The other end portion may be mounted so as to be movable in the axial direction of the connecting shaft according to the insertion position of the webbing with respect to the guide member.
The shoulder anchor may be formed in a flat plate shape, and the guide member may be disposed so as to be inclined with respect to the shoulder anchor such that the seat belt is directed toward a center side in the vehicle width direction.
Effects of the invention
According to the present disclosure, the retractor of the seat belt apparatus plays an effect of properly retracting the seat belt.

Detailed Description
< construction of vehicle seat >
Referring to fig. 1, a description will be given of a configuration of a seat of a vehicle in which a seat belt device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is mounted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram for explaining the configuration of a seat 1 of a vehicle. The vehicle is, for example, a small truck, having 2 rows of seats. The seat 1 shown in fig. 1 is here a rear seat. The seat 1 is a seat on which a passenger sits, and has a seat portion 3, a backrest portion 4, and a headrest 5.
The seat 1 is provided with a seat belt device 10 for restraining a passenger sitting on the seat portion 3. In fig. 1, for convenience of explanation, a seat belt device 10 of seats 2a, 2b on both sides of a seat 1 in a vehicle width direction is shown. Since the constitution of the 2 seat belt devices 10 is the same, the constitution of the seat belt device 10 of the seat 2a will be described below. The seat belt device 10 has a seat belt 12, a retractor 14, a shoulder anchor 16, and a buckle 18.
The seat belt 12 is a shoulder belt that is obliquely erected from the shoulder of the occupant to the waist. The webbing 12 is formed in a belt shape. One end side in the longitudinal direction of the webbing 12 is connected to the retractor 14. The other end side of the seat belt 12 in the longitudinal direction can be connected to the buckle 18 via the tongue 19.
The retractor 14 is capable of accommodating one end side in the longitudinal direction of the seat belt 12 so as to be retractable. The retractor 14 has a winding portion that winds one end side in the longitudinal direction of the webbing 12. The retractor 14 is fixed to, for example, a floor panel of a vehicle. The retractor 14 is disposed outside the shoulder mount 16 in the vehicle width direction.
The shoulder anchor 16 is provided at the upper rear portion of the backrest portion 4 and supports the seat belt 12. The shoulder fastener 16 is disposed in such a manner as to be located near the shoulder of the passenger. In addition, the shoulder anchor 16 changes the direction of the seat belt 12 pulled out from the retractor 14 to the buckle 18. For example, the shoulder anchor 16 turns the belt 12 back.
The shoulder fixing member 16 is formed in a flat plate shape. A slit 16a through which the webbing 12 passes is formed in the shoulder anchor 16. The shoulder anchor 16 is secured to the panel 7, the panel 7 being located behind the back portion 4 of the seat 1.
The buckle 18 is a portion that can be coupled to the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the webbing 12. Specifically, the buckle 18 can be coupled to a tongue 19 attached to the other end side of the seat belt 12. The buckle 18 is coupled to the tongue 19, so that the seat belt 12 is mounted in a manner to restrain the occupant.
However, in the configuration in which the retractor 14 is disposed further to the outside than the shoulder anchor 16 in the vehicle width direction as shown in fig. 1, when the tongue piece 19 is detached from the buckle 18, the seat belt 12 may be located closer to the retractor 14 side in the vehicle width direction, and thus there is a possibility that the retractor 14 may not be able to properly roll the seat belt 12.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram for explaining a state in which the webbing 12 is not properly wound up. When the tongue 19 is detached from the buckle 18 so that the webbing 12 is on the retractor 14 side, the webbing 12 is in a state of being close to the end 17a of the slit 17 of the shoulder anchor 16, as shown in fig. 2. In this state, friction is generated between the webbing 12 and the end portion of the slit 16a, and the webbing 12 is hard to be wound up. In particular, if the webbing 12 approaches the end portion 17a of the slit 17 in a curved state and contacts the same, the sliding resistance between the webbing 12 and the slit 17 at the time of winding becomes large.
In contrast, in the present embodiment, the guide member 20 (fig. 3) is provided to restrain the webbing 12 from approaching the retractor 14 side. This can restrain the webbing 12 from approaching the end portion 17a of the slit 17, and as a result, the webbing 12 is properly wound up.

The structure of the guide member 20 provided in the seat 2a will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 6B. The seat 2c is also provided with a guide member 20.
Fig. 3 and 4 are schematic views for explaining the configuration of the guide member 20 and the peripheral portion. Fig. 5 is a schematic view for explaining a state in which the guide member 20 guides the webbing 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the guide member 20 is formed in a ring shape. As shown in fig. 5, the guide member 20 guides the webbing 12 by inserting the webbing therethrough. As shown in fig. 3, the guide member 20 is provided on the center side of the shoulder anchor 16 in the vehicle width direction of the seat 2 a. Specifically, the front end portion 20a of the guide member 20 in the vehicle width direction is located on the center side of the end portion 17a of the slit 17 of the shoulder fastener 16. This can suppress the webbing 12 from approaching and contacting the end portion 17a or the webbing 12 from bending.
As shown in fig. 4, the guide member 20 is disposed on the upper surface 4a of the backrest portion 4. Specifically, the guide member 20 is disposed in front of the upper surface 4a. This increases the distance between the guide member 20 and the shoulder anchor 16, and can effectively guide the webbing 12.
The guide member 20 is disposed so as to be inclined with respect to the shoulder anchor 16 so that the webbing 12 is oriented toward the center side in the vehicle width direction (see fig. 5). Specifically, the guide member 20 is disposed so that the front end portion 20a side is located forward in the front-rear direction. As a result, the seat belt 12 is in a posture toward the center side in the vehicle width direction, so that the seat belt 12 can be restrained from moving toward the retractor 14 side in the vehicle width direction at the time of the winding of the retractor 14.
An example of the structure of the guide member 20 is described below with reference to fig. 6A and 6B.
Fig. 6A and 6B are schematic views for explaining the detailed configuration of the guide member 20. As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, the guide member 20 includes a belt portion 22, a fixing portion 24, and a detachable portion 26. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 24 corresponds to one end portion of the guide member 20, and the attaching/detaching portion 26 corresponds to the other end portion of the guide member. Fig. 6A shows a state in which the detachable portion 26 is attached, and fig. 6B shows a state in which the detachable portion 26 is detached.
The belt portion 22 is formed in a belt shape and is a ring-shaped portion surrounding the seat belt 12 (see fig. 5). One end side of the belt portion 22 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the fixing portion 24, and the other end side of the belt portion 22 in the longitudinal direction is connected to the attaching/detaching portion 26.
The fixing portion 24 is fixed to the seat 1. Specifically, the fixing portion 24 is fixed to the upper surface 4a of the backrest portion 4. The fixing portion 24 is fixed to the upper surface 4a, for example, at the front end side of the guide member 20.
The detachable portion 26 is detachably attached to the seat 1. Specifically, the detachable portion 26 is detachably attached to a coupling shaft 5a, and the coupling shaft 5a couples the headrest 5 (fig. 1) and the backrest portion 4. The attaching/detaching portion 26 is attached to be movable in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 5a according to the insertion position of the webbing 12 with respect to the guide member 20. The position of the webbing 12 can be varied in the up-down direction according to the sitting height or the like of the occupant sitting on the seat 2a, but the shape of the annular portion formed by the webbing portion 22 is varied by the removal and attachment portion 26 moving in the axial direction as described above, so that the webbing 12 is easily guided even if the position of the webbing 12 varies.
In the above description, the case where the detachable portion 26 is detachably attached to the coupling shaft 5a has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the detachable portion 26 may be detachably attached to the upper surface 4a of the backrest portion 4. In addition, the positions of the fixing portion 24 and the detachable portion 26 may be exchanged in the vehicle width direction.
< Effect of the embodiment >
In the above embodiment, the seat belt device 10 has the annular guide member 20 provided on the center side of the shoulder anchor 16 in the vehicle width direction of the seat 2a, and guides the seat belt 12 by inserting the seat belt.
By guiding the webbing 12 by the guide member 20, the webbing 12 can be restrained from moving toward the retractor 14 side in the vehicle width direction. As a result, the webbing 12 can be restrained from approaching the end 17a of the slit 17 of the shoulder anchor 16, and the retractor 14 can properly retract the webbing 12.
The fixing portion 24 of the guide member 20 is fixed to the seat 1, and the detachable portion 26 of the guide member 20 is detachably attached to the seat 1. Thus, for example, when the occupant is not seated on the seat 1, the attaching/detaching portion 26 is detached to separate the seat belt 12 from the guide member 20, so that the seat 1 can be easily moved without being obstructed by the seat belt 12.
The present disclosure has been described using the embodiments, but the scope of the present disclosure is not limited to the scope of the embodiments described above, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the gist thereof. For example, the specific embodiments of the dispersion/integration of the devices are not limited to the above embodiments, and all or a part of the devices may be configured to be functionally or physically dispersed/integrated in any unit. In addition, a new embodiment produced by any combination of the plurality of embodiments is also included in the embodiments of the present disclosure. The effects of the new embodiment produced by the combination are combined with the effects of the original embodiment.

Claims (2)
1. A seat belt device comprising:
a shoulder fixing part which is arranged at the upper rear part of the seat and used for leading the safety belt to change the direction,
a retractor disposed outside the shoulder anchor in the vehicle width direction, for retracting one end side of the seat belt, and
an annular guide member provided on a central side of the shoulder mount in the vehicle width direction of the seat, through which the seat belt is inserted and guided;
one end of the guide member is fixed to the seat, the other end of the guide member is detachably attached to the seat,
the guide member is disposed so that the one end portion is located forward in the front-rear direction of the seat, and is thus disposed obliquely with respect to the shoulder anchor so that the seat belt is directed toward the center side in the vehicle width direction,
the seat has a backrest and a headrest coupled to the backrest via a coupling shaft;
the guide member is arranged on the upper surface of the backrest;
one end portion is fixed to the upper surface of the backrest, the other end portion is detachably attached to the connecting shaft,
the other end portion is attached to be movable in the axial direction of the coupling shaft according to the insertion position of the webbing with respect to the guide member.
2. The seat belt device of claim 1 wherein,
the shoulder fixing member is formed in a flat plate shape.
