技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种光源装置。
背景技术
车辆上的灯具是影响车辆行驶安全的重要因素,汽车工业的发展对车辆灯具提出了越来越高的要求。自LED灯开始大规模替代卤素灯进入前装市场,卤素灯丝灯泡的市场逐渐萎缩,这种新老技术交替带来了存量市场零部件供应的问题。一般地,汽车作为耐用品通常具有超过10年的寿命,而卤素灯丝灯泡通常在使用3-5年后就会出现亮度衰减,影响夜间行驶的安全。前装市场的LED车灯与卤素灯的光学架构差异很大,无法直接将LED发光芯片替换到卤素灯丝的位置,为此,市场上出现了一种LED灯泡,模仿卤素灯泡的结构,将LED芯片设置在卤素灯泡灯丝的发光点位置,模拟卤素灯泡的发光。然而,这种LED灯泡的发光角度受到LED芯片所在的背板的影响,无法完美模拟出卤素灯泡的光型,而且存在严重的散热问题,无法实现足够高的亮度。
因此,进一步地,研究人员正在研究一种将LED与导光棒结合的光源结构,从而实现模拟卤素灯丝的光型。具体地,将LED芯片设置在灯泡底部,通过导光棒将LED芯片发出的光引导至导光棒的出光部出射。这种技术方案将提供光的光源与光整形的光导相分离,不像卤素灯丝灯泡或市面上的LED灯泡的一体结构,因此存在LED芯片与导光棒结合的光学问题、热学问题和结构稳定性问题。尤其是在汽车照明应用领域,一方面灯泡处于震动的环境中,这种光源导光棒分离的结构的稳定性较差,另一方面汽车照明对光型分布的要求非常高,导光棒的位置发生变动将导致汽车照明光分布的巨大影响。因此,亟需一种稳定的灯泡架构。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的新型LED导光棒灯泡的结构稳定性问题,本发明要求保护一种光源装置,包括:发光芯片,设置于基板上,用于发出第一光;导光棒,包括第一导光部和第二导光部,所述第一导光部包括光入射端面,所述第一光经所述光入射端面进入所述导光棒,并经所述第一导光部传导至所述第二导光部,所述第二导光部包括光出射面,用于出射光;第一定位件,包括一凹槽,用于容纳所述导光棒,所述第一定位件与所述基板直接地或间接地位置固定;活动固定组件,与所述第一定位件的凹槽沿所述导光棒的径向固定所述导光棒,所述活动固定组件在固定所述导光棒时产生形变。
与现有技术相比,本发明包括如下有益效果:一方面利用第一定位件与发光芯片的基板相互固定,一方面利用第一定位件的凹槽容纳限制导光棒的位置,使得发光芯片与导光棒在导光棒的径向维度上相对固定,同时通过挤压活动固定组件使其产生形变,将导光棒固定在第一定位件的凹槽内,避免了导光棒沿轴向的滑动,最终实现了结构稳定的光源装置。
在一个实施方式中,所述导光棒为实心导光棒,所述活动固定组件包括沿所述导光棒的径向向外依次设置的隔离层、弹性层和刚性层,所述隔离层为光反射层。该技术方案避免了弹性层直接与导光棒接触,而是采用光反射层的隔离层与导光棒接触,使得到达导光棒侧面的光不会因全反射条件被破坏而泄漏出去,同时,通过刚性层对弹性层进行挤压,能够确保弹性层的受力和形变均匀,避免导光棒侧移。

在一个实施方式中,还包括设置于所述基板上的保护垫块,所述保护垫块设置于所述发光芯片的周围,所述保护垫块相对于所述基板的高度大于所述发光芯片相对于所述基板的高度,所述导光棒的光入射端面与所述保护垫块接触。该技术方案在避免导光棒与发光芯片直接接触的同时,提供了尽可能缩小导光棒与发光芯片距离的解决方案,一方面避免了发光芯片与导光棒直接的热接触及热膨胀系数不匹配导致的结构稳定性问题,另一方面提高了发光芯片的出射光进入导光棒的耦合效率。
在一个实施方式中,所述导光棒与所述保护垫块通过胶水连接。该技术方案使得导光棒在轴向受到胶水的拉力,进一步提高了导光棒的轴向位置稳定性。
在一个实施方式中,所述胶水的固化温度为60℃~100℃。该胶水选择使得可以直接利用发光芯片的点亮对胶水进行固化,简化了光源装置的生产工艺流程,无需额外的加热固化装置,节约了成本。
在一个实施方式中,所述保护垫块为陶瓷垫块。陶瓷垫块与发光芯片所在的基板及与导光棒具有更相似的热膨胀系数、机械性能,具有更好的相容性,而且陶瓷垫块易于加工,容易磨平。
在一个实施方式中,所述保护垫块的横截面的长边靠近所述发光芯片。该技术方案能够尽可能增大导光棒与保护垫块的接触面积,当使用胶水粘接时,具有更大的粘接面积,从而提高结合稳定性。当保护垫块的横截面为长方形时,长边为长方形的长;当保护垫块为不规则形状时,长边为保护垫块的最小外接长方形的长边方向。
在一个实施方式中,所述发光芯片与所述光入射端面之间只有空气间隙,所述空气间隙不大于0.05mm。发光芯片与光入射端面之间不设置收集透镜,避免减小发散角时光斑扩大,通过尽可能缩小发光芯片与光入射端面的距离提高发光芯片的光的收集效率。
在一个实施方式中,所述第一定位件还包括一通孔,所述导光棒穿过所述通孔。
在一个实施方式中,还包括设置于所述基板背面的散热组件,所述散热组件包括风扇及环绕所述风扇布置的多个散热翅片。
本发明还要求保护一种灯具,包括上述任一项所述的光源装置,还包括卡盘,所述卡盘用于与所述灯具壳体装配连接,所述光源装置与所述卡盘通过所述第一定位件装配连接。该技术方案提高了灯具的安装灵活度,可以将光源装置作为独立的模块,经卡盘安装到任意合适的灯具内,有利于节约成本和大规模生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明实施例进行详细说明。
请参见图1,为本发明的光源装置的结构爆炸图,主要包括压线板1,散热器2,风扇3,基板4(发光芯片设置于基板4上,该角度被挡住,保护垫块12设置于基板4上),密封垫5,第一定位件6,活动固定组件(包括刚性层7、弹性层8和隔离层9),导光棒10,卡盘11。
从光路角度,基板4上的发光芯片发出第一光,该第一光进入导光棒10,而后经由导光棒10的光出射面出射,形成照明光分布。
从结构角度,基板4通过连接紧固元件安装在散热器2的正面,风扇3安装在散热器2的背面,且位于散热器的散热翅片围成的环形空间内部。保护垫块12粘接在基板4上,导光棒10、活动固定组件安装在第一定位件6上。密封垫5安装在散热器2与第一定位件6之间起密封作用。卡盘11与第一定位件6相连,用于与灯具外部结构连接。
下面对各个模块进行具体说明。
<发光芯片>
发光芯片设置于基板4上,用于发出第一光。发光芯片可以为发光二极管LED,也可以为激光二极管LD。发光芯片提供了光源装置的原始照明光,同时也是光源装置的第一热源。因此,既要考虑发光芯片的出射光耦合效率问题,也要考虑发光芯片的散热问题。
<导光棒10>
请参见图2,为本发明的光源装置的导光棒的结构示意图。导光棒10包括第一导光部101和第二导光部102(如图以虚线隔开),其中,第一导光部101和第二导光部102既可以是物理上分离的两个导光结构(可通过粘接剂粘接在一起),也可以是一个导光棒上根据功能不同人为划分的两个区域。本质上,第一导光部101与第二导光部102承担的功能不同,第一导光部101负责将入射光传导至第二导光部102,第二导光部102负责将光引导出射。
具体地,第一导光部101包括光入射端面1011,第一光经光入射端面1011进入导光棒10,不断反射后到达第二导光部102,第二导光部102具有截面积沿光轴方向不断减小的特征,构成了相对于导光棒10的光轴倾斜的侧面,即光出射面1022,使得光能够从该侧面出射。
本发明中,优选地导光棒为实心导光棒,光通过全内反射的方式在导光棒内传导。该实心导光棒可以为玻璃棒、石英棒、陶瓷棒等材料结构,具有较高的折射率,以保证光在内部全反射。
在本实施例中,发光芯片发出白光,第二导光部102的倾斜的光出射面1022设有漫反射结构,使得白光经该侧面出射。在本发明的其他实施方式中,发光芯片也可以发射其他颜色的光,例如在一个具体实施方式中,发光芯片为蓝光LD,第二导光部的光出射面设有黄光荧光材料,用于吸收部分蓝光并发射黄光,使得未被吸收的蓝光与发射的黄光混合为白光出射光。
<导光棒的径向固定>
本发明的发光芯片+导光棒的光学架构要做到对灯丝的模拟,需要发光点(即光出射面)与灯丝灯的发光点尺寸相似,那么要求导光棒的径向尺寸尽可能小。同时减小导光棒10的径向尺寸也有利于增加光反射次数而改善光束均匀性。然而,当导光棒10的尺寸减小时,导光棒10与发光芯片的中心对准精度变得尤为重要,否则将造成部分发光芯片的出射光无法被收集。
请结合图1和图3,图3为本发明的光源装置的导光棒的径向固定结构示意图,该示意图为垂直于导光棒10的光轴的横截面图。第一定位件6包括一凹槽61,用于容纳导光棒10,活动固定组件789对导光棒10进行挤压,与凹槽61一同沿径向固定导光棒10。活动固定组件789相对于第一定位件6是可活动拆卸的,其在固定导光棒时产生形变,以产生对导光棒10的径向作用力,为导光棒10进一步提供了轴向摩擦力,从而避免导光棒10沿凹槽61滑动。
在本实施例中,导光棒10为实心导光棒,第一光在导光棒10内以全反射的方式传播,为保证全反射条件不被破坏,要避免第一光从导光棒10的侧面泄漏。为确保尽可能少的光从侧面泄漏,本实施例中的活动固定组件789包括沿导光棒10的径向向外依次设置的隔离层9、弹性层8和刚性层7,其中隔离层9为光反射层。
一般地,弹性结构通常为有机的透明硅胶或吸光的橡胶等,如果直接与实心导光棒接触,那么前者会减小导光棒与外界的折射率差而破坏全反射,后者则直接将到达导光棒侧面的光吸收,不利于光的传播。因此,本发明通过一个反光的隔离层9将弹性层8与导光棒10隔开,既利用了弹性层8的弹性形变产生的作用力,又确保了导光棒10的光不会从侧面泄漏。具体地,隔离层9可以为钢片、铝片、金属纸或金属膜层;弹性层8可以为硅胶、橡胶或塑胶。
刚性层7的作用为对弹性层8进行挤压,增加受力面积,可以为任意合适的形状。
请参见图4,为本发明的光源装置的一局部结构示意图。第一定位件6与基板4直接地位置固定。具体地,第一定位件6包括定位柱601,基板4包括定位孔401,定位柱601与定位孔401相对应,使得第一定位件6与基板4固定连接。由于第一定位件6通过凹槽定位了导光棒10的径向坐标,而基板4定位了发光芯片的位置,使得发光芯片与导光棒10在沿平行于发光芯片的发光面的方向上位置固定。在本发明的其他实施方式实施方式中,也可以将定位柱与定位孔的位置互换,例如第一定位件上包括定位孔,而基板上包括定位柱,两者相互对应。
可以理解,第一固定件与基板也可以通过一转接固定件间接地位置固定,其目的都是为了使得导光棒与发光芯片沿导光棒的径向方向位置固定。
为了进一步限制导光棒10的径向运动,本发明的一个实施方式中进一步在第一定位件上设置了一通孔,使得导光棒10穿过该通孔。
<导光棒的轴向固定>
以上,通过活动固定组件与第一定位件的凹槽对导光棒10进行挤压从而产生的静摩擦力在一定程度上限制了导光棒10的轴向运动。进一步的,本发明通过如下技术方案对导光棒的轴向进一步限定。
请参见图5和图6,图5为本发明的光源装置的又一局部结构示意图,图6为本发明的光源装置的又一结构示意图。基板4上还设置有保护垫块12(如图5有2个保护垫块),设置于发光芯片13(如图5有4个发光芯片)的周围。保护垫块12相对于基板4的高度大于发光芯片13相对于基板4的高度,导光棒10的光入射端面与保护垫块12接触,使得在避免导光棒10与发光芯片13直接接触的同时,提供了尽可能缩小导光棒与发光芯片距离的解决方案,一方面避免了发光芯片与导光棒直接的热接触及热膨胀系数不匹配导致的结构稳定性问题,另一方面提高了发光芯片的出射光进入导光棒的耦合效率。
本实施例中,保护垫块12为陶瓷垫块。具体地,可以为氧化铝陶瓷垫块。该保护垫块12可以与基板4一体构成,更普遍地,保护垫块12为后期粘接在基板4上。
保护垫块12通过胶水与导光棒10连接,并非仅仅用于阻止导光棒10抵接至发光芯片13的发光面,而是可以利用胶水提供导光棒10轴向的拉力,从而提高结构可靠性。
本发明中的胶水可选择粘度4000~10000之间的,以确保粘接性能。本发明的胶水的固化温度优选为60℃~100℃,该温度大致对应发光芯片的工作温度,使得可以利用发光芯片的发光直接进行胶水固化,省略了加工制造过程中将光源装置放入恒温箱内固化的步骤,节省了生产成本和时间成本。
本实施例中,保护垫块12有两块,可以理解,在其他实施方式中,也可以有更多的数量,如四块等。但是,为了采用更小径向尺寸的导光棒,要尽量减小保护垫块12与导光棒的重叠面积,只要能够满足支撑作用即可。因此,只用两块保护垫块是更为高效的技术方案选择。进一步地,为了在采用较少的保护垫块的同时提高保护垫块与导光棒的结合性,本发明中的保护垫块的横截面的长边靠近发光芯片,从而避免保护垫块过多地挤占发光芯片的发光面积,并获得更大的粘接面积。当保护垫块为不规则形状时,长边为保护垫块的最小外接长方形的长边方向。
通过保护垫块12对导光棒10的支撑,调节保护垫块12与发光芯片13的相对高度,可尽可能地减小发光芯片13的出光面到导光棒10的光入射端面的距离。本发明实施例中,发光芯片13与导光棒10之间不包含其他光学器件(如收集透镜),只有空气间隙,该空气间隙优选地不大于0.05mm。该技术方案可以在不必将光准直的情况下获得高效的光收集效率,减小光的侧向损失。相反地,如果在发光芯片与导光棒之间增加收集透镜,根据光学扩展量守恒,在准直光束的同时将导致光斑扩大,要么使得导光棒的径向尺寸不得不增大,从而不利于最终光型的模拟,要么使得光斑的边缘光无法进入导光棒。
请参照图1与图7,本发明的光源装置的散热组件包括散热器2和风扇3,该散热组件设置于基板4的背面,散热器2包括环形设置的多个散热翅片,风扇3设置于散热翅片中心,被散热翅片环绕,沿径向吹出气流进行散热。该散热组件结构紧凑、体积小,散热面积非常大。
请继续参照图1,图1中的卡盘11为光源装置的安装附件。本发明还保护一种灯具,包括上述各实施方式中的光源装置,还包括卡盘。其中,卡盘与灯具壳体装配连接,光源装置与卡盘通过第一定位件装配连接,从而使得本发明的光源装置能够通过卡盘适配到不同的应用场景中。只需要定制化改变卡盘的结构即可实现,从而使得该光源装置具备大规模、模块化生产的能力。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施方式,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (14)

1.一种光源装置,包括:
发光芯片,设置于基板上,用于发出第一光;
导光棒,包括第一导光部和第二导光部,所述第一导光部包括光入射端面,所述第一光经所述光入射端面进入所述导光棒,并经所述第一导光部传导至所述第二导光部,所述第二导光部包括光出射面,用于出射光;
第一定位件,包括一凹槽,用于容纳所述导光棒,所述第一定位件与所述基板直接地或间接地位置固定;
活动固定组件,与所述第一定位件的凹槽沿所述导光棒的径向固定所述导光棒,所述活动固定组件在固定所述导光棒时产生形变。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述导光棒为实心导光棒,所述活动固定组件包括沿所述导光棒的径向向外依次设置的隔离层、弹性层和刚性层,所述隔离层为光反射层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述隔离层包括钢片、铝片、金属纸或金属膜层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述弹性层包括硅胶、橡胶或塑胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位件与所述基板分别包括相对应的定位柱与定位孔,所述第一定位件与所述基板通过所述定位柱与定位孔固定连接,以使所述发光芯片与所述导光棒在沿平行于所述发光芯片的发光面的方向上位置固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的光源装置,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述基板上的保护垫块,所述保护垫块设置于所述发光芯片的周围,所述保护垫块相对于所述基板的高度大于所述发光芯片相对于所述基板的高度,所述导光棒的光入射端面与所述保护垫块接触。
7.根据权利要求6所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述导光棒与所述保护垫块通过胶水连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述胶水的固化温度为60℃~100℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述保护垫块为陶瓷垫块。
10.根据权利要求6所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述保护垫块的横截面的长边靠近所述发光芯片。
11.根据权利要求6所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述发光芯片与所述光入射端面之间只有空气间隙,所述空气间隙不大于0.05mm。
12.根据权利要求1所述的光源装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位件还包括一通孔,所述导光棒穿过所述通孔。
13.根据权利要求1所述的光源装置,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述基板背面的散热组件,所述散热组件包括风扇及环绕所述风扇布置的多个散热翅片。
14.一种灯具,包括如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的光源装置,其特征在于,还包括卡盘,所述卡盘用于与灯具壳体装配连接,所述光源装置与所述卡盘通过所述第一定位件装配连接。
