As shown in fig. 4, through the observation of the images in the warehouse fed back by the camera 71 on the computer display screen, the operator operates the operation end, so that the hydraulic cylinder drives the mechanical arm 4, the front end of the mechanical arm 4 is close to the warehouse wall, the angle of the electric pick is adjusted through the hydraulic cylinder 64 of the warehouse cleaning mechanism, the warehouse is rapidly cleaned by utilizing the expansion of the front arm hydraulic cylinder 43 and the impact force of the electric pick, the rotary motor 52 drives the rotary disc 3 to rotate after the cleaning is completed, the circumferential angle of the mechanical arm 4 is further adjusted to clean a circumferential circle of the warehouse wall, the condition in the warehouse can be observed through the display screen in the process of cleaning the hardened cement of the warehouse wall, and the occurrence of potential safety hazards is avoided. After the cleaning of the cement hardened on the periphery of the warehouse wall at the corresponding height position is completed, the height of the mechanical arm 4 is adjusted through the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the cleaning process is repeated, so that after the position of the telescopic supporting leg 2 is fixed, the cleaning of the cement hardened on the periphery of the warehouse wall is realized within a certain height range. And then the telescopic supporting legs 2 can be lowered for a certain distance, and the process is repeated to clean all the walls in the cement warehouse.
The equipment of clearing up the cement silo in this embodiment not only can clear up the cement that hardens on the wall of cement silo storehouse, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, still can clear up the cement that hardens on the bottom of a warehouse and the decompression awl, at the in-process of clearing up the bottom of a warehouse and the last cement that hardens of decompression awl, need make telescopic support leg 2 support in the suitable position of wall of a warehouse, then realize the clearance to the bottom of a warehouse and the clearance of the last cement that hardens of decompression awl through the high position of adjusting arm 4 and the angle of power mechanism of clearing up the warehouse 6.
Through the cement silo cleaning equipment in the embodiment, the control device can be operated on the top of the silo, so that the cleaning of hardened cement at each position in the silo is realized through the power silo cleaning mechanism 6 arranged at the front end of the mechanical arm 4, workers do not need to enter the silo, the harm to the workers is avoided, the labor intensity of the workers can be reduced, and the efficiency of cleaning the cement silo is improved; in addition, in the cement silo cleaning equipment in the embodiment, the mechanical arm 4 is doubly fixed by the suspension system and the telescopic supporting leg 2, so that the safety and reliability of the equipment are improved, the stability and reliability of the cement silo cleaning equipment can be improved, and the probability of safety accidents is reduced.

In other embodiments, the hydraulic cylinder of the warehouse cleaning mechanism is not arranged in the warehouse cleaning equipment of the cement warehouse, the rotating motor is arranged at the front end of the front arm, and an output shaft of the rotating motor is fixedly connected with the clamp so as to realize the angle adjustment of the power warehouse cleaning mechanism through the rotating motor.

it differs from the specific example 1 in that: the telescopic supporting leg is composed of a frame structure which is sleeved together in a sliding mode through a sliding rail, and comprises a large frame and a small frame, wherein one end of the large frame is fixedly hoisted on a top plate, the small frame can extend out along the radial direction under the action of a telescopic oil cylinder relative to the large frame, and a rubber pad is fixed at the overhanging end of the small frame and used for being in jacking fit with a warehouse wall.
In other embodiments, telescopic support leg can adopt lead screw nut mechanism, and telescopic support leg disposes driving motor, and driving motor drives the nut rotation, and then can realize the lead screw and stretch out and draw back in the front and back direction, and the nut is located telescopic support leg's rear end.

Claims (10)

1. A cement silo cleaning device, comprising:
a suspension system;
it is characterized by also comprising:
the telescopic support legs are positioned in the cement silo and comprise at least two telescopic support legs which are circumferentially arranged, the rear ends of the telescopic support legs are hung on the suspension system, and the front ends of the telescopic support legs can extend forwards to be supported on the wall of the cement silo;
the mechanical arm is rotatably assembled below the rear end of the telescopic supporting leg, and the position of the mechanical arm in the vertical direction is adjustable;
the power warehouse cleaning mechanism is arranged at the front end of the mechanical arm and is used for destroying hardened cement attached in a warehouse;
the driving device comprises a telescopic driving mechanism for driving the telescopic supporting leg to stretch, a rotary driving mechanism for driving the mechanical arm to rotate, and a position adjusting driving mechanism for driving the mechanical arm to adjust the upper position and the lower position.
2. The cement silo cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the position adjusting driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, the mechanical arm comprises a rear arm and a front arm, the rear arm is located between the front arm and the rear end of the telescopic supporting leg, and the hydraulic oil cylinder comprises a rear arm hydraulic oil cylinder for driving the rear arm to move and a front arm hydraulic oil cylinder for driving the front arm to move.
3. The cement silo cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the mechanical arm is hinged with a clamp, the clamp clamps the power silo cleaning mechanism, and an angle adjusting mechanism for driving the clamp to adjust the angle is mounted on the mechanical arm.

The equipment for cleaning the cement silo according to claim 3, wherein the mechanical arm is hinged with a rocker, the rocker is connected with the clamp through a connecting rod, so that the clamp, the mechanical arm, the rocker and the connecting rod form a hinged quadrilateral, and the angle adjusting mechanism is a hydraulic cylinder of the silo cleaning mechanism, and the hydraulic cylinder of the silo cleaning mechanism can drive the rocker to swing.

The cement silo cleaning equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a mounting seat is arranged at the lower part of the rear end of the telescopic supporting leg, a rotary disc is rotatably assembled below the mounting seat, the mechanical arm is mounted on the rotary disc, and a rotary driving mechanism for driving the rotary disc to rotate is arranged on the mounting seat.
6. The cement silo cleaning equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the telescopic driving mechanism comprises a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, and the telescopic hydraulic cylinder and the telescopic supporting leg form a scissor type hydraulic telescopic mechanism.
7. The cement silo cleaning equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the front end face of the telescopic supporting leg is provided with a rubber pad.
8. The equipment for cleaning the cement silo according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the equipment for cleaning the cement silo further comprises a camera and a display screen, the display screen is positioned on the top of the silo, the camera is used for recording images of the cement hardening condition in the silo and feeding the images back to the display screen, and a worker can operate the driving device to act according to the cement hardening condition in the silo displayed by the display screen.
9. The cement silo cleaning equipment as claimed in claim 8, wherein the cameras are fixed on the telescopic supporting legs and correspond to the telescopic supporting legs one to one.
10. The equipment for cleaning the cement silo according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the equipment for cleaning the cement silo further comprises illuminating lamps, the illuminating lamps are mounted on the telescopic supporting legs, and the illuminating lamps correspond to the telescopic supporting legs one to one.
