Abstract
本发明提供一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,所述的预制隔音墙体模块包括中间连接块,隔音预制块,隔音组件,防护套管,加强钢筋和外墙板,本发明中,通过中间连接块可将隔音预制块进行卡接固定,加强了隔音预制块与隔音预制块之间的固定效果,极大的墙体整体的稳定性,具有极强的墙体剪切力的抵抗性;通过加强钢筋可将中间连接块,隔音预制块和隔音组件连接成一个整体,具有一定的抗震性能;外墙板对于预制墙体来讲,既可以起到装饰作用,又能起到保温和隔音效果,而且通过安装孔可与隔音预制块卡接固定,极大的提高了外墙板与隔音预制块的固定效果,使其具有一定抗风能力,有效的避免因风压对预制墙体造成墙皮剥离的情况。
Description
技术领域
本发明属预制墙体技术领域,尤其涉及一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体。
背景技术
近年来,我国建筑产业正在向工业化、节能化方向发展,其中,预制混凝土墙体是使用量最大的一种可工业化、预制批量生产的关键部件。目前应用较多的是预制混凝土墙体结构,该预制混凝土墙体结构主要包括内外混凝土墙板,及其拼装结构,此外还包括设置于内外墙体混凝土板的保温层。此种预制混凝土墙体结构的关键是内外混凝土墙体之间的拼装结构。拼装结构要抵抗混凝土墙体的剪切力,防止外墙脱落造成危险。
现有的预制墙体还存在在装配不方便,拼装后的墙体稳定性差,而且不具备隔音和保温的功能。
因此,发明一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体显得非常必要。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,以解决现有的预制墙体还存在在装配不方便,拼装后的墙体稳定性差,而且不具备隔音和保温的功能的问题。一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,所述的预制隔音墙体由多个预制隔音墙体模块组合而成;多个所述的预制隔音墙体模块之间相互卡接固定;所述的预制隔音墙体模块包括中间连接块,隔音预制块,隔音组件,防护套管,加强钢筋和外墙板,所述的中间连接块两端均与隔音预制块相互卡接;所述的隔音预制块的内部填充有隔音组件;所述的防护套管自上至下依次贯穿隔音组件、隔音预制块和中间连接块;所述的防护套管的内部设置有用于墙体加固的加强钢筋;所述的中间连接块和隔音预制块的外部固定安装有可用于装饰的外墙板。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述的中间连接块具有一个矩形块本体,且在矩形块本体的两侧一体式设置有多个可与隔音预制块相互卡接的凸起块。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述的隔音预制块包括预制块本体,方形腔,矩形槽,卡接块和凸起柱,所述的预制块本体的中间位置自上至下贯穿开设有多个与凸起块向对应的方形腔;
所述的方形腔的两侧均开设有矩形槽;所述的隔音预制块的两端均一体式设置有可相互卡接的卡接块;所述的隔音预制块安装外墙板的一侧均布有若干凸起柱。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述的隔音组件由岩棉层板,泡沫板和聚氨酯保温块组成;所述的聚氨酯保温块采用多个,均设置在岩棉层板和泡沫板之间,该聚氨酯保温块与方形腔相配合连接;所述的泡沫板和聚氨酯保温块均设置在矩形槽两侧的卡接块中。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述的中间连接块和聚氨酯保温块均自上至下贯穿开设有便于防护套管穿过的通孔。
作为本发明的进一步技术方案:所述的外墙板包括柔石外层,矿棉板,铝膜板和安装孔,所述的柔石外层的内侧通过灰浆粘结有矿棉板;所述的矿棉板的内侧通过灰浆粘结有铝膜板
所述的矿棉板和铝膜板上开设有可与凸起柱相配合的安装孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明中,通过中间连接块可将隔音预制块进行卡接固定,加强了隔音预制块与隔音预制块之间的固定效果,极大的墙体整体的稳定性,具有极强的墙体剪切力的抵抗性;
2.本发明中,隔音组件由岩棉层板,泡沫板和聚氨酯保温块组成面具有较好的隔音效果和保温性,使得建筑内部具有较好的舒适性;
3.本发明中,通过加强钢筋可将中间连接块,隔音预制块和隔音组件连接成一个整体,具有一定的抗震性能;
4.本发明中,外墙板对于预制墙体来讲,既可以起到装饰作用,又能起到保温和隔音效果,而且通过安装孔可与隔音预制块卡接固定,极大的提高了外墙板与隔音预制块的固定效果,使其具有一定抗风能力,有效的避免因风压对预制墙体造成墙皮剥离的情况。

本发明提供的一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,所述的预制隔音墙体由多个预制隔音墙体模块100组合而成;多个所述的预制隔音墙体模块100之间相互卡接固定;所述的预制隔音墙体模块100包括中间连接块101,隔音预制块102,隔音组件103,防护套管104,加强钢筋105和外墙板106,所述的中间连接块101两端均与隔音预制块102相互卡接;所述的隔音预制块102的内部填充有隔音组件103;所述的防护套管104自上至下依次贯穿隔音组件103、隔音预制块102和中间连接块101;所述的防护套管104的内部设置有用于墙体加固的加强钢筋105;所述的中间连接块101和隔音预制块102的外部固定安装有可用于装饰的外墙板106。
所述的中间连接块101具有一个矩形块本体,且在矩形块本体的两侧一体式设置有多个可与隔音预制块102相互卡接的凸起块。
所述的隔音预制块102包括预制块本体1021,方形腔1022,矩形槽1023,卡接块1024和凸起柱1025,所述的预制块本体1021的中间位置自上至下贯穿开设有多个与凸起块向对应的方形腔1022;
所述的方形腔1022的两侧均开设有矩形槽1023;所述的隔音预制块102的两端均一体式设置有可相互卡接的卡接块1024;所述的隔音预制块102安装外墙板106的一侧均布有若干凸起柱1025。

工作原理:本发明中,通过中间连接块101可将隔音预制块102进行卡接固定,加强了隔音预制块102与隔音预制块102之间的固定效果,极大的墙体整体的稳定性,具有极强的墙体剪切力的抵抗性;隔音组件103由岩棉层板1031,泡沫板1032和聚氨酯保温块1033组成面具有较好的隔音效果和保温性,使得建筑内部具有较好的舒适性;通过加强钢筋105可将中间连接块101,隔音预制块102和隔音组件103连接成一个整体,具有一定的抗震性能;外墙板106对于预制墙体来讲,既可以起到装饰作用,又能起到保温和隔音效果,而且通过安装孔1064可与隔音预制块102卡接固定,极大的提高了外墙板106与隔音预制块102的固定效果,使其具有一定抗风能力,有效的避免因风压对预制墙体造成墙皮剥离的情况。

1.一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,所述的预制隔音墙体由多个预制隔音墙体模块(100)组合而成;多个所述的预制隔音墙体模块(100)之间相互卡接固定;其特征在于:所述的预制隔音墙体模块(100)包括中间连接块(101),隔音预制块(102),隔音组件(103),防护套管(104),加强钢筋(105)和外墙板(106),所述的中间连接块(101)两端均与隔音预制块(102)相互卡接;所述的隔音预制块(102)的内部填充有隔音组件(103);所述的防护套管(104)自上至下依次贯穿隔音组件(103)、隔音预制块(102)和中间连接块(101);所述的防护套管(104)的内部设置有用于墙体加固的加强钢筋(105);所述的中间连接块(101)和隔音预制块(102)的外部固定安装有可用于装饰的外墙板(106)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,其特征在于:所述的中间连接块(101)具有一个矩形块本体,且在矩形块本体的两侧一体式设置有多个可与隔音预制块(102)相互卡接的凸起块。

所述的方形腔(1022)的两侧均开设有矩形槽(1023);所述的隔音预制块(102)的两端均一体式设置有可相互卡接的卡接块(1024);所述的隔音预制块(102)安装外墙板(106)的一侧均布有若干凸起柱(1025)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种建筑工程用装配时预制隔音墙体,其特征在于:所述的隔音组件(103)由岩棉层板(1031),泡沫板(1032)和聚氨酯保温块(1033)组成;所述的聚氨酯保温块(1033)采用多个,均设置在岩棉层板(1031)和泡沫板(1032)之间,该聚氨酯保温块(1033)与方形腔(1022)相配合连接;所述的泡沫板(1032)和聚氨酯保温块(1033)均设置在矩形槽(1023)两侧的卡接块(1024)中。
