Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种中空磷石膏墙体，包括保温板以及对称地固定在保温板两侧的中空支撑骨架，在中空支撑骨架的外侧填充有磷石膏层。本实用新型将保温板和中空支撑骨架结合在一起，并在中空支撑骨架的外侧填充有磷石膏层，形成具有保温效果且中空的轻质建筑墙体，该墙体重量轻、防火性能好、制作成本低、抗震效果好、既节能又环保，并有较好的隔声及隔热效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中空磷石膏墙体，属于建筑墙体技术领域。
背景技术
现代建筑已向高层、大开间方向发展，其功能要求也不断提高，传统的墙体材料已不能满足建筑发展的要求。由此，各种轻质板材和轻型复合板应运而生，这种轻质板和轻型复合板具有重量轻、保温隔热性能优良、抗震性能好、防火等级高、施工安装方便、速度快及增加建筑使用面积等特点。
目前，市场上住宅建筑使用的轻质隔墙体大多是纸面石膏板、纤维增强水泥板、陶粒混凝土、加气混凝土板、钢丝网架夹芯复合板及彩色钢板夹心复合板等，这些轻质隔墙体要么制作成本高、要么隔声及隔热效果差、要么强度不够、要么抗震效果不理想，其综合性能还是达不到现代建筑的要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种中空磷石膏墙体，该墙体重量轻、防火性能好、制作成本低、抗震效果好、既节能又环保，并有较好的隔声及隔热效果，以克服现有技术中的不足。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：一种中空磷石膏墙体，包括保温板以及对称地固定在保温板两侧的中空支撑骨架，在中空支撑骨架的外侧填充有磷石膏层。
进一步，所述中空支撑骨架是由两个以上且截面为梯形的支撑体连接而成，在每个支撑体的顶部中央设置有2～3个矩形槽。
更进一步，所述支撑体的顶部两侧对称地设置有卡头。
进一步，所述中空支撑骨架的顶部中央连接有截面为“T”型的墙体厚度控制板，在墙体厚度控制板上均布有连通孔。
进一步，所述所述中空支撑骨架是采用PVC材料制作而成。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型的具有以下优点：本实用新型将保温板和中空支撑骨架结合在一起，并在中空支撑骨架的外侧填充有磷石膏层，形成具有保温效果且中空的轻质建筑墙体，该墙体重量轻、防火性能好、制作成本低、抗震效果好、既节能又环保，并有较好的隔声及隔热效果。

本实用新型的实施例：请参阅图1及图2，一种中空磷石膏墙体，包括保温板1以及对称地固定在保温板1两侧的中空支撑骨架2，在中空支撑骨架2的外侧填充有磷石膏层3。所述中空支撑骨架2是由两个以上且截面为梯形的支撑体4连接而成，在每个支撑体4的顶部中央设置有2个矩形槽5，所述支撑体4的顶部两侧对称地设置有卡头6，矩形槽5和卡头6的设置，加强了中空支撑骨架2与磷石膏层3的结合强度，避免磷石膏层3脱落。所述中空支撑骨架2的顶部中央连接有截面为“T”型的墙体厚度控制板7，在墙体厚度控制板7 上均布有连通孔8，这样便可以墙体厚度控制板7的顶部作为标高来控制墙体厚度，同时通过连通孔8使两侧的磷石膏层3连接，提高中空支撑骨架2与磷石膏层3的结合强度。所述所述中空支撑骨架2是采用PVC材料制作而成。PVC材料具有不易燃性、高强度、耐气候变化性以及优良的几何稳定性，而且不易被酸、碱腐蚀，因此，采用 PVC材料制作而成的中空支撑骨架2不仅强度高，而且能够很好地抵御磷石膏层3的腐蚀性，使二者各自发挥自身的功效。磷石膏的堆放占地面积巨大，若不予处置，不仅浪费资源，而且污染环境。因此，本实用新型采用磷石膏层3作为墙体外部材料，变废为宝，磷石膏层3具有轻质、降噪、隔热、抗震、强度高、易施工等特点，能够满足建筑墙体的设计要求。

1.一种中空磷石膏墙体，包括保温板(1)以及对称地固定在保温板(1)两侧的中空支撑骨架(2)，其特征在于：在中空支撑骨架(2)的外侧填充有磷石膏层(3)；所述中空支撑骨架(2)是由两个以上且截面为梯形的支撑体(4)连接而成，在每个支撑体(4)的顶部中央设置有2～3个矩形槽(5)；所述中空支撑骨架(2)的顶部中央连接有截面为“T”型的墙体厚度控制板(7)，在墙体厚度控制板(7)上均布有连通孔(8)；所述支撑体(4)的顶部两侧对称地设置有卡头(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空磷石膏墙体，其特征在于：所述中空支撑骨架(2)是采用PVC材料制作而成。
