Abstract
Description
一种复合保温墙体及其生产安装方法技术领域本发明属于建筑领域,特别指一种复合保温墙体及其生产安装方法。祖旦妖士 R豕伎不目前,在建筑领域中,钢结构住宅是一个新的领域,它要求购建 房屋的材料要工业化生产并现场组装,尽量减少现场的湿作业。现在 市场上还没有一种非常成熟的可工业化、产业化的民用钢结构住宅外 墙板。许多钢结构住宅外墙板还选用保温砌块。故其不能适应钢结构 住宅产业化的需求。发明内容本发明的目的在于提供一种复合墙体,它具有节能、保温、防火、 耐久、轻质、抗震能力强的性能。本发明的另一目的在于提供一种复合墙体的生产安装方法,它可 实现工业化的生产,现场快速组装,基本无现场湿作业。本发明的技术方案是:一种复合墙体,它由若干个单块墙板和保温装饰板构成,其特征 在于:在相邻的两个单块墙板夹设在梁或柱之间;并在相邻两个单块 墙板之间所形成的空间内镶嵌设置保温装饰板;且其与梁或柱连接固 定。另一种复合墙体,它由若干个单块墙板和保温装饰板构成,其特 征在于:在相邻的两个单块墙板之间镶嵌设置保温装饰板或在两个单 块墙板之间的缝隙内填充密封材料;且其与梁或柱连接固定。
其中,所述的单块墙板,它包括边框、保护边框、面层、保温芯 层以及钢桁架,其特征在于:在所述的单块墙板的周边设有边框或边框与边框连接件以及保护边框;在单块墙板内设有不同形状的钢桁架 或型钢或立体钢丝网或钢桁架、型钢、立体钢丝网的相互组合;在单 块墙板的内、外表面设置具有钢丝网的面层、或具有抗裂性能材料的 面层、或具有一定弹性材料的面层;或所述的不同形式组合的面层; 在所述的单块墙板的中间设有由发泡水泥或轻质保温材料构成的保温 心层。所述的保温装饰板的外层是具有抗裂性能的材料或具有一定弹性 材料的装饰面层;其内层设有由发泡水泥或轻质保温材料构成的保温 芯层;并可在保温芯层内设有不同形状的钢桁架或立体钢丝网。所述的边框是一种可设置凸凹槽的边框,它可根据不同的需求选择 不同形状;所述的边框材料可选用金属材料、玻璃钢型材、塑料型材、 木材或混凝土中的一种。所述的边框连接件,它可根据不同的需求选择不同形状;所述的边 框连接件材料可选用金属材料、玻璃钢型材、塑料型材、木材或混凝 土中的一种。所述的保护边框,它可根据不同的需求选择不同形状;所述的保护 边框材料可选用下列材料中的一种,它包括:保温材料、木材、塑料型材、木塑型材、玻璃钢型材、金属材料、混凝土以及水泥材料。所述的密封材料,包括:保温材料、以及聚合物水泥砂浆、硅酮密 封胶等嵌缝材料。所述的发泡水泥包括:硫铝酸盐水泥或硫铝酸盐水泥与硅酸盐水泥 的混合物;或为其它种类水泥。所述的轻质保温材料包括:聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、聚胺酯泡沫塑料、 泡沫玻璃、水泥与轻骨料混合物、或其它有机无机保温材料。所述的面层材料可选用以下材料的种:水泥、树脂水泥、改性 水泥、弹性水泥制品或有机材料。所述的抗裂材料为钢丝网、玻璃纤维布、短切纤维、纤维材料、 纤维材料网格布、纤维素或有机树脂;以及上述材料的相互组合。
所述的钢桁架是具有加强筋作用的材料,它包括:钢桁架、冷弯 型钢、热轧型钢、焊接型钢、立体钢丝网、立体钢筋网、以及上述材 料的相互组合,它将芯层、面层、边框连接成为整体,并具有承载作 用。所述的复合板包括:角板、平板、开洞板、曲面、球面及翘体形成。- 一种复合墙板的生产安装方法,其特征在于:它包括:A、 单块墙板的制作:1) 、将钢边框或钢边框与边框连接件、保护边框及钢桁架或型钢 或钢桁架与型钢的组合、钢丝网固接后形成主框架;再将其放置在模 板上;2) 、面层的制作:按-一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌均匀 后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到主框架内,并可铺设玻璃纤维布,将其摊平而形成抗裂材料增强的面层;3) 、保温芯层的制作:按一定的配比将发泡水泥浆料与外加剂搅 拌均匀,形成发泡水泥浆;并将发泡水泥浆浇入在主框架内推平,经 发泡澎胀形成发泡水泥芯层;将其在常温下固化;为了加速固化而形 成一定强度,也可使其加温加湿养护;已固化的发泡水泥,可将主框 架、钢桁架及面层复合在一起;将高于边框水平线的发泡水泥的凸起 部分切除并清理尘渣;4) 、另一面层的制作:按一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌 均匀后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到发泡水泥芯层及边框上 面;并可铺设玻璃纤维布,并将其摊平而形成抗裂材料增强的面层;5) 、养护:将其在常温下继续固化;为了加速固化而形成一定强 度,也可使其加温加湿;当其达到一定的强度后,再将制作模板脱离, 即可制作成单块墙板;B、 保温装饰板的制作:1) 、将制备好的钢丝网放置在模具内;2) 、装饰面层的制作:按一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌 均匀后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到模具内,将其摊平而形 成抗裂材料保温装饰板的面层;3) 、保温芯层的制作:将以制备好的保温材料粘结在装饰面层上; 如保温芯层采用发泡水泥制作,可按照单块墙板的制作中第3)步骤保 温芯层的方法制作;4) 、养护:将其在常温下继续固化;为了加速固化而形成一定强 度,也可使其加温加湿;当其达到一定的强度后,再将制作模具脱离, 即可制作成单块保温装饰板;C、将单块墙板吊放在梁或柱上;将墙板嵌入梁或柱形成的空间内, 对单块墙板进行水平与垂直的调整后将其与梁或柱进行连接固定;或 将墙板挂在梁或柱上,对单块墙板进行水平与垂直的调整后将其与梁 或柱进行连接固定;D、在相邻的两个单:夬墙板与梁或柱形成的空间内镶嵌设置保温 装饰板;且其与梁或柱连接固定;或在两个单块墙板之间的缝隙内填 充密封材料;E、 处理结合面的缝隙;F、 养护。另种复合墙板的生产安装方法,其特征在于:它包括: A、单块墙板的制作:1) 、将钢边框或钢边框与边框连接件、保护边框及立体钢丝网或 立体钢丝网与型钢或钢桁架的相互组合固接后形成主框架;再将其放置在模板上;2) 、面层的制作:按一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌均匀 后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到主框架内,并可铺设玻璃纤 维布,将其摊平而形成抗裂材料增强的面层;3) 、保温芯层的制作:按一定的配比将发泡水泥浆料与外加剂搅拌均匀,形成发泡水泥浆;并将发泡水泥浆浇入在主框架内推平,经 发泡澎胀形成发泡水泥芯层;将其在常温下固化;为了加速固化而形 成一定强度,也可使其加温加湿养护;已固化的发泡水泥,可将主框
架、立体钢丝网及面层复合在一起;将高于边框水平线的发泡水泥的凸起部分切除并清理尘渣; .4) 、另一面层的制作:按一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌 均匀后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到发泡水泥芯层及边框上 面,并可铺设玻璃纤维布,并将其摊平而形成抗裂材料增强的面层;5) 、养护:将其在常温下继续固化;为了加速固化而形成一定强 度,也可使其加温加湿;当其达到一定的强度后,再将制作模板脱离, 即可制作成单块墙板;B、 保温装饰板的制作:1) 、将制备好的钢丝网放置在模具内;2) 、装饰面层的制作:按一定的配比将水泥浆料与短切纤维搅拌 均匀后,根据需求将一定量的水泥浆料浇入到模具内,将其摊平而形 成抗裂材料保温装饰板的面层;3) 、保温芯层的制作:将以制备好的保温材料粘结在装饰面层上; 如保温芯层采用发泡水泥制作,可按照单块墙板的制作中第3)步骤保 温芯层的方法制作;4) 、养护:将其在常温下继续固化;为了加速固化而形成一定强 度,也可使其加温加湿;当其达到一定的强度后,再将制作模具脱离, 即可制作成单块保温装饰板;C、 将单块墙板吊放在梁或柱上;将墙板嵌入梁或柱形成的空间内, 对单块墙板进行水平与垂直的调整后将其与梁或柱进行连接固定;或 将墙板挂在梁或柱上,对单块墙板进行水平与垂直的调整后将其与梁 或柱进行连接固定;D、 在相邻的两个单块墙板与梁或柱形成的空间内镶嵌设置保温装 饰板;且其与梁或柱连接固定;或在两个单块墙板之间的缝隙内填充 密封材料;E、 处理结合面的缝隙;F、 养护。本发明的优点在于:本发明复合墙板不仅具有节能、保温、耐久、
轻质、抗震能力强的性能,而且它还具有优良的防火性能,对钢结构起到良好地防火保护作用,并可用作防火墙;在墙板外表面还可做各 种风格的装饰效果。本发明生产安装方法实现了工业化的生产,现场 快速组装,基本无现场湿作业;本发明是嵌入安装方法,不同于传统 的安装方法,可有效地增加了房间的使用面积,降低建筑物的工程造 价;施工安全可靠。附图说明:图1是本发明单块墙板的剖面结构示意图。 图2是本发明保温装饰板的剖面结构示意图。 图3是本发明复合墙体实施例1的剖面结构不意图。 图4是本发明复合墙体实施例2的剖面结构示意图。 图5是本发明复合墙体实施例3的剖面结构示意图。 图6是本发明复合墙体实施例4的剖面结构示意图。 图7是本发明复合墙体实施例5的剖面结构示意图。 图8是本发明复合墙体实施例6的剖面结构示意图。具体实施方式下面结合附图及不同的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 如图1所示,本发明单块墙板8,它主要由钢边框1 、保护边框2、 内面层6、外面层3、发泡水泥保温芯层5以及钢桁架71构成。其中, 在所述的单块墙板的边缘设有钢边框1和保护边框2;在单块墙板内设 有钢桁架71及立体钢丝网41;在单块墙板的内表面设有具有抗裂性能 材料内面层6;其中间设有由发泡水泥构成的保温芯层5;在单块墙板 的外表面设有具有抗裂性能的材料外面层3。所述的抗裂材料为钢丝 网。如图2所示,本发明保温装饰板9,其内层设有由轻质保温材料构 成的保温芯层5;并在保温芯层5内设有钢桁架7'及立体钢丝网42; 其外层是具有抗裂性能的装饰面层13。所述的轻质保温材料为水泥与 轻骨料混合物。
本发明的复合墙体实施例1,如图3所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8夹设在柱14之间;并在其所形成的空间内镶嵌设置保温装饰板 9;且其与柱14连接固定。本发明的复合墙体实施例2,如图4所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8之间镶嵌设置保温装饰板9;且其与柱14连接固定。本发明的复合墙体实施例3,如图5所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8之间的缝隙内填充密封材料15;且其与柱14连接固定。本发明的复合墙体实施例4,如图6所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8夹设在梁IO之间;并在其所形成的空间内镶嵌设置保温装饰板 9;且其与梁IO连接固定。本发明的复合墙体实施例5,如图7所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8之间镶嵌设置保温装饰板9;且其与梁IO连接固定。本发明的复合墙体实施例6,如图8所示,它是在相邻的两个单块 墙板8之间的缝隙内填充密封材料15;且其与梁IO连接固定。
