The second clamping block 63 is a rectangular block structure, one side of the second clamping block 63 is located between the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the first notch 612, the other side of the second clamping block 63 is located between the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the second notch 613, the rotating shaft 62 penetrates through the second clamping block 63 and is fixed with the second clamping block 63, and a second arc-shaped groove 631 is formed in the side wall of the second clamping block 63 close to one side of the movable block 513. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first clamping block 61 is provided with a tightening assembly 8, and the tightening assembly 8 includes a second bolt 81 and a tightening block 82. The axis of the second bolt 81 is parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft 62, the lower end of the second bolt 81 penetrates through the upper surface of the first clamping block 61 and extends into the second notch 613, and the second bolt 81 is in threaded connection with the first clamping block 61. The abutting block 82 is a rectangular block structure, the lower end of the second bolt 81 is rotatably connected to the top of the abutting block 82, an accommodating groove 614 for accommodating the abutting block 82 is formed on the inner top wall of the second notch 613, and a through hole 632 matched with the abutting block 82 is formed through the upper surface of the second clamping block 63. The bottom surface of the abutting block 82 and the edge of one side, close to the movable block 513, of the abutting block 82 are provided with a chamfer 821, in order to enhance the stability of the spraying pipe 46 in the using process, a worker only needs to hold the spraying pipe 46 between the first clamping block 61 and the second clamping block 63, hold the abutting block 82 and align to the through hole 632, and then tighten the second bolt 81, so that the chamfer 821 on the abutting block 82 abuts against the side wall of the through hole 632 and drives the second clamping block 63 to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 62, and therefore the second clamping block 63 is matched with the first clamping block 61 and sufficiently abuts against the spraying pipe 46, the stability of the spraying pipe 46 in the road marking process is enhanced, and the improvement of the road marking quality is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 5, a solenoid valve 431 is fixed to the discharging pipe 43 to control the opening and closing of the discharging pipe 43. The discharging pipe 43 is provided with a cleaning assembly 9, and the cleaning assembly 9 comprises an air inlet pipe 91 and a check valve 92. Referring to fig. 1, the gas inlet pipe 91 is a circular tubular structure with a vertical axis, and is disposed between the solenoid valve 431 and the tee pipe 44, and the lower end of the gas inlet pipe 91 is fixed to and communicated with the top of the discharge pipe 43. The check valve 92 is provided in the inlet pipe 91, and the outside of the inlet pipe 91 is communicated in one direction toward the inside of the outlet pipe 43. After the road marking work is finished, the worker needs to close the pump body 41 and the electromagnetic valve 431, and simultaneously the air inlet pipe 91 is communicated with an external pressurization steam pipe, so that the three-way pipe 44, the hose 45 and the spraying pipe 46 are subjected to steam purging, a small amount of paint remained in the three-way pipe 44, the hose 45 and the spraying pipe 46 can be cleaned, and the probability of influencing the next marking work due to the solidification of the paint is reduced.
The implementation principle of the municipal road marking device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: when installing the spray tube 46, a worker only needs to pull the second clamping block 63 to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 62, then the spray tube 46 is placed between the second clamping block 63 and the first clamping block 61, and under the torsion force of the torsion spring 64, the second clamping block 63 is matched with the first clamping block 61 and clamps the spray tube 46. In order to enhance the stability of the spray pipe 46 during the use process, the worker only needs to hold the abutting block 82 and align with the through hole 632, then screws the second bolt 81, and the chamfered portion 821 on the abutting block 82 abuts against the side wall of the through hole 632 and drives the second clamping block 63 to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft 62, so that the second clamping block 63 is matched with the first clamping block 61 and abuts against the spray pipe 46, the clamping effect of the clamping assembly 6 on the spray pipe 46 is enhanced, and the quality of the marking of the spray pipe 46 is improved. In order to meet the marking requirements of different road standards, a worker only needs to rotate the driving gear 523 through the operating rod 524, so that the driving gear 523 drives the driven gear 521 meshed with the driving gear 523 and the screw 512 fixed to the driven gear 521 to rotate, and thus the two movable blocks 513 on the screw 512 are close to or far away from each other, until the distance between the two material spraying pipes 46 on the two movable blocks 513 meets the marking requirements, the worker needs to screw the first bolt 71, so that the end of the first bolt 71 is tightly abutted to the rubber sheet 72, the position of the driving gear 523 is fixed, and the stability of the material spraying pipes 46 in the using process is enhanced.
The embodiment of the application also provides a using method of the municipal road marking device, which comprises the following steps:
(1) referring to fig. 1, a feed pipe 42 is used for communicating a pump body 41 with a paint bucket 2, one end of a three-way pipe 44 is communicated with the feed pipe 42, and the other two ends of the three-way pipe 44 are communicated with two hoses 45 with a material spraying pipe 46;
(2) referring to fig. 3, the second clamping block 63 is pulled and rotates around the rotating shaft 62, the spraying pipe 46 is placed between the second arc-shaped groove 631 and the first arc-shaped groove 611, and after the second clamping block 63 is loosened, the second clamping block 63 is reset under the torsion action of the torsion spring 64 until the second clamping block 63 is matched with the first clamping block 61 and clamps the spraying pipe 46;
(3) referring to fig. 4, the abutting block 82 is held, so that the abutting block 82 is aligned with the through hole 632, the second bolt 81 is tightened, so that the chamfered portion 821 on the abutting block 82 abuts against the side wall of the through hole 632, and the second clamping block 63 is driven to rotate continuously around the rotating shaft 62, so as to enhance the clamping effect of the second clamping block 63 and the first clamping block 61 on the spray pipe 46;
(4) referring to fig. 1 and 2, the driving gear 523 is rotated by the operating rod 524, so that the driven gear 521 meshed with the driving gear 523 and the screw 512 fixed to the driven gear 521 are both rotated, so that the movable blocks 513 on both sides of the fixed plate 3 are close to or away from each other until the distance between the two material spraying pipes 46 on the two movable blocks 513 meets the road marking standard, and the first bolt 71 is screwed, so that the end of the first bolt 71 abuts against the rubber sheet 72 to limit the driving gear 523;
(5) referring to fig. 1 and 5, the pump body 41 and the solenoid valve 431 are opened, the pump body 41 pumps out the paint in the paint bucket 2, and then the paint is sprayed out to the surface of the road through the discharge pipe 43, the tee pipe 44, the hose 45 and the spray pipe 46 in sequence, so as to complete the scribing work.
Referring to fig. 3, the worker can clamp the spray pipe 46 by the second clamping block 63 cooperating with the first clamping block 61, and needs to screw the second bolt 81 and rotate the second clamping block 63 around the rotating shaft 62, so that the second clamping block 63 cooperates with the first clamping block 61 and clamps the spray pipe 46, thereby enhancing the stability of the spray pipe 46 during use. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the worker can rotate the driving gear 523 by the operating rod 524, so that the driven gear 521 engaged with the driving gear 523 and the lead screw 512 fixed to the driven gear 521 rotate until the distance between the two material spraying pipes 46 meets the road marking standard, thereby expanding the application range of the road marking device.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.

the line marking device comprises a line marking device body (1), wherein a fixing plate (3) is fixed on the line marking device body (1), an adjusting mechanism (5) comprises an adjusting component (51), the adjusting component (51) comprises a guide rod (511) which is arranged on the fixing plate (3) in a penetrating manner and is fixed with the fixing plate (3) and a lead screw (512) which is arranged on the fixing plate (3) in a penetrating manner and is rotationally connected with the fixing plate (3), and the adjusting mechanism (5) further comprises a driving component (52) for driving the lead screw (512) to rotate; two sections of threads with opposite rotation directions are arranged on the screw rods (512) on two sides of the fixed plate (3), movable blocks (513) in threaded connection with the screw rods (512) are arranged on the screw rods (512) on two sides of the fixed plate (3), the guide rods (511) penetrate through the movable blocks (513) and are connected with the movable blocks (513) in a sliding mode, and a clamping assembly (6) for clamping a material spraying pipe (46) is arranged on each movable block (513);
the driving assembly (52) comprises a driven gear (521) fixedly sleeved on the lead screw (512), a rotating rod (522) rotatably installed on the fixed plate (3), a driving gear (523) fixedly sleeved on the rotating rod (522) and meshed with the driven gear (521), and an operating rod (524) fixed on the surface of one side, far away from the fixed plate (3), of the driving gear (523);
the side wall of the fixing plate (3) close to one side of the driving gear (523) is provided with a mounting groove (31), the driving gear (523) and the fixing plate (3) are jointly provided with a fixing component (7) for fixing the driving gear (523), and the fixing component (7) comprises a first bolt (71) which is arranged on the driving gear (523) in a penetrating manner and is in threaded connection with the driving gear (523) and a rubber sheet (72) which is sleeved on the outer side of the first bolt (71) and is fixed with the inner wall of the mounting groove (31);

(5) and (3) opening the pump body (41) and the electromagnetic valve (431), pumping out the paint in the paint bucket (2) by the pump body (41), and then spraying the paint to the surface of the road through the discharge pipe (43), the three-way pipe (44), the hose (45) and the spray pipe (46) in sequence to finish the scribing work.
