When feeding, the stacked clothes are conveyed on the first conveying assembly 21, firstly pass through the feeding channel below the first material distributing component 42, the flexible poking plate 45 presses the surface of the clothes during the rotation process, and because the rotation speed of the second material distributing component 43 is higher than that of the first material distributing component 42, the flexible poking plate 45 of the first material distributing component 42 pushes against the clothes, and simultaneously, the flexible poking plate 45 of the second material distributing component 43 pulls out the clothes partially pressed by the first material distributing component 42, so that the aim of separating the clothes is fulfilled.
The transmission is continued, and the disc 561 is driven to rotate synchronously when the connecting rod 55 rotates along the rotation center, and the axis of the disc 561 forms a circular track. The clothes are kneaded by the lower surface of the kneading plate 56, and the liquid outlet ball 63 slides upward under the pressing force, at this time, the detergent flows out from the notch of the ball groove 601. When the clothes do not extrude the liquid ball 63 any more, the liquid ball 63 is sprung downwards to a state of blocking the notch of the ball groove 601 by the resilience force of the return spring 64, and the detergent does not flow downwards any more. When the size or thickness of the laundry is not uniform, the third driving member 54 is actuated to adjust the position of the fixing plate 51, and the height of the kneading passage is also changed.
The implementation principle of the feeding and conveying device of the laundry dragon in the embodiment of the application is as follows: before feeding, the clothes are sorted manually and placed in the respective storage bins 30. When washing the clothes with high pollution degree, the clothes drop to the conveying mechanism 20 in batch, the conveying mechanism 20 conveys the clothes into the spray chamber 32, and the preprocessing mechanism 40 sprays detergent on the surfaces of the clothes, kneads the clothes in advance and the like. The clothes are conveyed to the upper part of the first washing chamber of the washing dragon 10, and the material poking mechanism 70 pokes the pretreated clothes into the first washing chamber for cleaning.
Similarly, the clothes with relatively low pollution level are placed on the conveying mechanism 20 and conveyed to the upper part of the second washing chamber of the washing dragon 10 through the conveying mechanism 20, and the material poking mechanism 70 pokes the clothes into the second washing chamber. When the clothes pollution degree is low, a third washing bin or even a fourth washing bin can be put into use. The cleaning time of each washing bin is about 3-4 minutes, and after the clothes in the first washing bin are cleaned, the clothes are conveyed to the second washing bin for cleaning, and are conveyed in sequence until the cleaning is finished.
