The invention aims to: in order to solve the problems of low processing efficiency and high labor cost of the existing tunnel cylinder semi-finished product, an automatic sewing tunnel machine is provided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an automatic sewing tunnel machine comprises a working platform, wherein a sewing machine base is arranged in the middle of the top of the working platform, the sewing machine is installed on the top of the sewing machine base, a sewing bottom table matched with the sewing machine is arranged at one end of the top of the working platform, two groups of cloth opening cylinders are arranged on two sides of the sewing bottom table of the working platform, a fixed table is arranged at one end, close to the cloth opening cylinders, of one side of the working platform, an air cylinder is arranged at the top of the fixed table, a cloth pulling module is arranged at the output end of the air cylinder, two groups of cloth pulling rolling shafts are rotatably connected to the bottom of the cloth pulling module, cloth pressing rollers are rotatably connected to two sides of the sewing machine through connecting rods, a rotating motor is arranged at the bottom of the working platform, a supporting rod is arranged at the output end of the rotating motor, an auxiliary fixed rotating shaft is arranged at the end, far away from the rotating motor, a stepping motor is installed at one side, far away from the fixed table, on the top of the working platform, through the fixing rod, and the output end of the stepping motor is provided with a pair of rollers which are matched with each other.
Preferably, the bottom of the working platform is provided with supporting legs, and the bottoms of the supporting legs are provided with four groups of supporting bases.
Preferably, the output end of the sewing machine is provided with a double-needle presser foot matched with the sewing bottom table, and the output end of the sewing machine is provided with a double-needle sewing head matched with the double-needle presser foot.
Preferably, a supporting base is connected between one end, close to the sewing machine base, of the cloth stretching cylinder and the working platform, and the cloth stretching cylinder and the supporting base are fixed through a bearing.
Preferably, a supporting table is arranged at the top of the working platform and below the cloth spreading module, and a supporting table top matched with the cloth spreading roller is arranged at the top of the supporting table.
Preferably, a spring is connected between the two sides of the sewing machine and the connecting rods on the two sides of the cloth pressing roller, and fixing ends matched with the spring are arranged on the two sides of the sewing machine.
Preferably, two groups of cloth tube grooves are formed in one end, close to the sewing bottom table, of the working platform.
Preferably, one end of the working platform, which is far away from the sewing base table, is provided with a fixed rod, and the upper end of one side of the fixed rod is provided with two groups of trays matched with the sewing machine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the stepping motor drives the roller to rotate, so that the steel wire clamped by the roller is conveyed to the cloth, the rotating motor drives the support rods and the auxiliary fixing rotating shaft to be matched with the two groups of cloth spreading cylinders, the cloth is spread on the sewing bottom table, and meanwhile, the cloth strips are sewn to the outer side of the steel wire through the sewing machine, so that the wiring and sewing of the steel wire are completed, meanwhile, the cloth is continuously pulled and conveyed through the cloth pressing roller and the cloth pulling roller, the continuous sewing is performed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved;
2. the invention replaces the traditional process mode of manually threading the steel wire by matching the stepping motor, the roller and the sewing machine, reduces the expenditure of labor cost and further reduces the production cost of the tunnel cylinder.

Referring to fig. 1-5, an automatic sewing tunnel machine comprises a working platform 1, a sewing machine base 11 is arranged in the middle of the top of the working platform 1, a sewing machine 7 is arranged on the top of the sewing machine base 11, a sewing bottom table 15 matched with the sewing machine 7 is arranged at one end of the top of the working platform 1, two groups of cloth opening cylinders 2 are arranged on two sides of the sewing bottom table 15 of the working platform 1, a fixed table 5 is arranged at one side of the working platform 1 close to one end of the cloth opening cylinders 2, an air cylinder 6 is arranged at the top of the fixed table 5, a cloth pulling module 4 is arranged at the output end of the air cylinder 6, two groups of cloth pulling rollers 3 are rotatably connected to the bottom of the cloth pulling module 4, cloth pressing rollers 10 are rotatably connected to two sides of the sewing machine 7 through connecting rods, a rotating motor 19 is arranged at the bottom of the working platform 1, a support rod 20 is arranged at the output end of the rotating motor 19, an auxiliary fixing rotating shaft 18 is arranged at the end of the support rod 20 far away from the rotating motor 19, step motor 16 is installed through the fixed column in the one side of workstation 5 is kept away from at work platform 1 top, and step motor 16 output is provided with a pair of gyro wheel 17 of mutually supporting.
According to the invention, the roller 17 is driven to rotate by the stepping motor 16, so that a steel wire clamped by the roller 17 is conveyed to a cloth, the support rod 20 and the auxiliary fixing rotating shaft 18 are driven by the rotating motor 19 to be matched with the two groups of cloth opening cylinders 2, the cloth is opened to the sewing bottom table 15, and meanwhile, a cloth strip is sewn to the outer side of the steel wire by the sewing machine 7, so that the wiring and sewing of the steel wire are finished, meanwhile, the cloth is continuously dragged and conveyed by the cloth pressing roller 10 and the cloth pulling roller 3, so that the continuous sewing is carried out, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; the invention replaces the traditional process mode of manually threading the steel wire by matching the stepping motor 16, the roller 17 and the sewing machine 7, reduces the expenditure of labor cost and further reduces the production cost of the tunnel cylinder.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 5, the bottom of the working platform 1 is provided with support legs 21, and the bottom of the support legs 21 is provided with four sets of support bases, the present invention supports the equipment through the support bases and the support legs 21.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5, the output end of the sewing machine 7 is provided with a supporting leg 21 double-needle presser foot 9 matched with the sewing bottom table 15, and the output end of the sewing machine 7 is provided with a double-needle sewing head 8 matched with the double-needle presser foot 9, after the cloth and the steel wire are pressed by the double-needle presser foot 9 at the output end of the sewing machine 7, the cloth strip is sewn to the outer side of the steel wire by the double-needle sewing head 8.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 5, a supporting base is connected between one end of the cloth stretching cylinder 2 close to the sewing machine base 11 and the working platform 1, and the cloth stretching cylinder 2 is fixed with the supporting base through a bearing, the cloth stretching cylinder 2 is fixed through the supporting base, and the cloth stretching cylinder 2 can rotate through the bearing.
Please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a supporting platform is arranged on the top of the working platform 1 below the spreading module 4, and a supporting table top matched with the spreading roller 3 is arranged on the top of the supporting platform, the cloth is pushed by the matching of the cloth pressing roller 10 and the supporting table top.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 5, a spring is connected between two sides of the sewing machine 7 and the connecting rod at two sides of the cloth pressing roller 10, and two sides of the sewing machine 7 are provided with fixing ends matched with the spring, the invention controls the cloth pressing roller 10 to lift or press the cloth through the spring.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 5, the working platform 1 is provided with two sets of cloth tube slots 14 near the sewing bottom table 15, the cloth tube to be processed is sleeved outside the sewing bottom table 15 and the cloth opening tube 2 through the cloth tube slots 14.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 5, a fixing rod 13 is disposed at one end of the working platform 1 far away from the sewing bottom table 15, and two groups of trays 12 matched with the sewing machine 7 are disposed at the upper end of one side of the fixing rod 13, the height of the tray 12 is adjusted by the fixing rod 13, and the bobbin of the sewing machine 7 is placed on the tray 12.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, an external power supply is switched on, a cloth cylinder to be processed is sleeved on the outer side of a sewing bottom table 15 and a cloth spreading cylinder 2 through a cloth cylinder groove 14, a support rod 20 and an auxiliary fixing rotating shaft 18 are driven to rotate through a rotating motor 19 so as to spread the cloth cylinder completely, a cloth spreading module 4 is pushed through a cylinder 6 so that a cloth cylinder is pressed on a support table surface by a cloth spreading roller 3, a roller 17 is driven to rotate through a stepping motor 16 so as to convey a steel wire clamped by the roller 17 to the cloth, the support rod 20 and the auxiliary fixing rotating shaft 18 are driven to be matched with two groups of cloth spreading cylinders 2 through the rotating motor 19 so as to spread the cloth to the sewing bottom table 15, the cloth and the steel wire are pressed through a double-needle presser foot 9 at the output end of a sewing machine 7, then the cloth is sewn to the outer side of the steel wire through a double-needle sewing head 8 so as to finish the wire wiring and sewing, and meanwhile, the cloth is pushed through a cloth pressing roller 10 and the support table surface, meanwhile, the cloth is continuously dragged and conveyed by matching with the cloth pulling roller 3, so that continuous sewing is performed, and the working efficiency is greatly improved; the invention replaces the traditional process mode of manually threading the steel wire by matching the stepping motor 16, the roller 17 and the sewing machine 7, reduces the expenditure of labor cost and further reduces the production cost of the tunnel cylinder.
