Abstract

本发明涉及一种钴钛成膜剂、铝材及其表面皮膜化处理方法。钴钛成膜剂用于铝材表面预处理,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:5‑50份硫酸钴,2‑20份的氟钛酸钾,2‑10份氢氟酸,2‑10份钨酸钠和余量水。该钴钛成膜剂形成的膜层耐蚀性好、附着力强,尤其适用于作为涂装处理底层。在应用于处理铝材时,可以浸泡、喷淋的方式使用,不用水洗,节约用水,避免使用水带来的不便,由此使用起来非常方便,该皮膜剂不含损害环境的铬离子及其它重金属,是一种绿色节能环保产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种钴钛成膜剂、铝材及其表面皮膜化处理方法。
背景技术
为提高产品表面性能或者外观,通常对工件表面处理技术。例如,铝、铁及其合金的表面处理工艺深入各行各业中。而且,大多数工作在进行表面处理前还需要经过预处理,例如,进行清洗,除污除油,某些用途的铝材还需要进行皮膜化处理。
皮膜化处理一般采用皮膜剂对铝材进行预处理,以在铝材表面形成膜层,以便进行后续的表面处理,增加后续膜的结合力和防腐力。传统皮膜一般皮膜处理含铬离子,不能满足环保需求跟一些商家的工艺要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,提供一种耐蚀性好、结合力强、环境友好的钴钛成膜剂,以及铝材表面皮膜化处理方法和经过皮膜化处理后制得的铝材,此皮膜剂环保无毒,工艺简便。
一种钴钛成膜剂,用于铝材表面预处理,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:5-50份硫酸钴,2-20份的氟钛酸钾,2-10份氢氟酸,2-10份钨酸钠和余量水。
一种铝材表面皮膜化处理方法,其包括下列步骤:配制如上所述的钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为0.5-2%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为2-5;将皮膜溶液浸泡或喷淋在铝材表面上,烘干。
以及,一种铝材,其表面具有通过如上所述的铝材表面皮膜化处理方法形成的皮膜。
上述钴钛成膜剂形成的膜层膜层耐蚀性好、附着力强,尤其适用于作为涂装处理底层。在应用于处理铝材时,可以浸泡、喷淋的方式使用,不用水洗,节约用水,避免使用水带来的不便,由此使用起来非常方便,该皮膜剂不含损害环境的铬离子及其它重金属,是一种绿色节能环保产品。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明实施例提供一种钴钛成膜剂,用于铝材表面预处理,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:5-50份硫酸钴,2-20份的氟钛酸钾,2-10份氢氟酸,2-10份钨酸钠和余量水。
具体地,所述硫酸钴的重量份数优选为10-30份。所述氟钛酸钾的重量份数优选为5-10份。所述氢氟酸的重量份数优选为2-6份。所述钨酸钠的重量份数优选为2-6份。所述皮膜剂使用时的配比为0.5-2wt%,PH值优选为2-5,呈弱酸性。
在上述钴钛成膜剂中,通过控制各成分配比平衡,以达到较佳成膜效果。例如,硫酸钴、氟钛酸钾为膜层主要成分,钨酸钠成膜后大幅提高铝件耐蚀性,氢氟酸促进膜生成。
本发明实施例还提供一种铝材表面皮膜化处理方法,其包括下列步骤:配制如上所述的钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为0.5-2%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为2-5;将皮膜溶液通过浸泡或者喷淋于铝材表面,烘干。
具体地,皮膜剂溶液中皮膜剂的质量百分含量优选为0.5-2%,处理时,喷淋或者到铝材表面上去,也可采用挤压方式。处理温度为常温,如20-25℃。另外,在形成皮膜后,进一步对铝材表面进行钝化、抗氧化或涂装处理。烘干温度控制在120度左右,不宜过高,防止膜层出现裂痕。
本发明实施例还提供一种铝材,其通过如上所述的铝材表面皮膜化处理方法进行处理,在铝材表面形成皮膜。皮膜可对铝材进行保护,可作为涂装处理底层,便于后续涂装等处理。
以下通过具体实例说明本发明实施例的钴钛成膜剂及其处理方法等方面。
实施例1
按照下列重量份数混合各成分:以1000重量份计,5份硫酸钴,2份的氟钛酸钾,2份氢氟酸,2份钨酸钠和余量水,搅拌,混合均匀,配制成皮膜剂。
处理方法:配制好钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为2%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为3;在常温下,将铝材浸泡于溶液中2分钟,用清水清洗干净,取出后放置在风扇下沥干,然后在120度下烘干。
经过上述皮膜剂溶液处理后,发现工件耐腐蚀性大大提高,中性盐雾测试达48小时以上,油漆涂装后水煮2小时,然后做百格测试,无掉格现象,附着力为0级。
实施例2
按照下列重量份数混合各成分:以1000重量份计,20份硫酸钴,5份的氟钛酸钾,4份氢氟酸,4份钨酸钠和余量水,搅拌,混合均匀,配制成皮膜剂。
处理方法:配制好钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为1.5%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为3;在常温下,将铝材浸泡于溶液中2分钟,用清水清洗干净,取出后放置在风扇下沥干,然后在120度下烘干。
经过上述皮膜剂溶液处理后,发现工件耐腐蚀性大大提高,中性盐雾测试达48小时以上,油漆涂装后水煮2小时,然后做百格测试,无掉格现象,附着力为0级。
实施例3
按照下列重量份数混合各成分:以1000重量份计,35份硫酸钴,5份的氟钛酸钾,6份氢氟酸,6份钨酸钠和余量水,搅拌,混合均匀,配制成皮膜剂。
处理方法:配制好钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为1%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为3;在常温下,将铝材浸泡于溶液中2分钟,用清水清洗干净,取出后放置在风扇下沥干,然后在120度下烘干。

1.一种钴钛成膜剂,用于铝材表面预处理,其特征在于,以1000重量份计,包括如下重量份数的成分:5-50份硫酸钴,2-20份的氟钛酸钾,2-10份氢氟酸,2-10份钨酸钠和余量水。
2.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述硫酸钴的重量份数为10-30份。
3.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述氟钛酸钾的重量份数为5-10份。
4.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述氢氟酸的重量份数为2-6份。
5.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述钨酸钠的重量份数为2-6份。
6.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述皮膜剂使用配比为0.5-2wt%。
7.如权利要求1所述的钴钛成膜剂,其特征在于,所述皮膜剂的PH值为2-5。
8.一种铝材表面皮膜化处理方法,其包括下列步骤:配制如权利要求1-7任一项所述的钴钛成膜剂;将钴钛成膜剂配制成质量百分含量为0.5-2%的皮膜溶液;控制皮膜剂溶液的PH值为2-5;将铝材表面浸泡、喷淋皮膜溶液,尽快沥干后烘干。
9.一种铝材,其特征在于,所述铝材表面通过如权利要求8所述的铝材表面皮膜化处理方法形成有皮膜。
10.如权利要求9所述的铝材,其特征在于,在形成皮膜后,进一步对铝材表面进行钝化、抗氧化或涂装处理。
