In use, the connecting disc 273 is connected with the cable drum 4 sleeved on the transverse rotating bearing rod 3 through the pressure plate 276, namely, the pressure plate 276 is pressed on the cable drum 4 by pushing the pressure plate push rod 275. The platen push rods 275 are preferably hex screws and the number of platens 276 is preferably 8-10.
The cable winding and unwinding construction steps by adopting the cable winding and unwinding tool are as follows: a. disassembling the limiting sleeve 232, sleeving the cable disc 4 on the transverse rotating bearing rod 3, pushing the cable disc 4 into the two groups of support devices 2, installing the limiting sleeve 232, and pushing the pressure plate push rod 275 to press the pressure plate 276 on the cable disc 4;
b. the height of the bracket device 2 is adjusted according to the construction site, and after the height of the bracket device 2 is adjusted in place, the height of the bracket device is locked and fixed through the first locking component 22;
c. carrying out cable reeling and unreeling;
d. after the cable reeling construction is completed, the cable reel 4 is taken down from the transverse rotating bearing rod 3, and then the cable reeling construction can be completed.
In conclusion, the cable winding and unwinding tool is adopted, only the cable reel 4 needs to be sleeved on the transverse rotating bearing rod 3, and the cable reel 4 rotates along with the transverse rotating bearing rod 3 to wind and unwind the cable, so that the labor intensity of constructors is obviously reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved. The height of the bracket device 2 can be adjusted according to the actual construction condition, namely the height of the cable 4 is adjusted, so that the use is more convenient, and the construction efficiency is further improved; the first locking component 22 can lock and fix the adjusted bracket device 2, so that the safety of cable construction is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. the support device (2) comprises a lower support part (21) and a first locking assembly (22), the lower support part (21) comprises an inclined supporting rod (211), a manual hydraulic oil cylinder (212) and a lower connecting plate (213), the inclined lower end of the inclined supporting rod (211) is rotatably connected with one end of the base (1), the inclined upper end of the inclined supporting rod (211) is connected with the lower connecting plate (213), the manual hydraulic oil cylinder (212) is arranged in an inclined mode, the inclined lower end of the manual hydraulic oil cylinder (212) is rotatably connected with the other end of the base (1), and the inclined upper end of the manual hydraulic oil cylinder (212) is connected with the lower connecting plate (213);

the first connecting sleeves (24) are connected and arranged on the upper portion of the lower connecting plate (213) at intervals, the second connecting sleeves (25) are connected and arranged on the lower portion of the upper connecting plate (231), one second connecting sleeve (25) can be arranged between the two first connecting sleeves (24) in a matched mode, the connecting pin pipes (26) can penetrate through all the first connecting sleeves (24) and all the second connecting sleeves (25) to be arranged, and therefore all the first connecting sleeves (24) and all the second connecting sleeves (25) are connected together.

The cable take-up and pay-off tool according to claim 5, wherein: the locking device further comprises a second locking assembly (27), wherein the second locking assembly (27) comprises a transition connecting rod (271), a locking sheet (272), a connecting disc (273) and a locking push rod (274);
the outer end part of the transition connecting rod (271) is connected with the upper connecting plate (231), the inner end part of the transition connecting rod (271) is provided with a locking groove (2711), and the locking groove (2711) is positioned on the inner side of the upper connecting plate (231);
a connecting through hole is formed in the connecting disc (273), the transverse rotating bearing rod (3) penetrates through the connecting through hole in a matching mode, the inner side of the connecting disc (273) can be detachably abutted against the cable reel (4), the locking piece (272) is vertically connected and arranged on the outer side of the connecting disc (273), and the locking piece (272) is located in the locking groove (2711);
the transition connecting rod (271) is provided with a first threaded through hole, the outer surface of the locking push rod (274) is provided with an external thread, the locking push rod (274) is arranged in the first threaded through hole in a matching mode, and the inner end portion of the locking push rod (274) can act on the locking sheet (272), so that the rotating speed of the locking sheet (272) is reduced or the locking sheet (272) cannot rotate.
