Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a partially schematic, overall view of a flue-cured tobacco production line 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. The flue-cured tobacco production line 10 generally includes a baler 100 and a conveyor line 200. The wrapping machine 100 wraps the flue-cured tobacco leaves to obtain compressed flue-cured tobacco leaf bodies with higher density, and the compressed flue-cured tobacco leaf bodies are conveyed to a preset position by a conveying belt.
FIG. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of a method of flue-cured tobacco leaf packaging operation according to one embodiment of the present invention. The method of operating a flue-cured tobacco leaf packaging operation is performed in a line including a packer 100 and a conveyor line 200, the flue-cured tobacco leaf being operated using a box 20. Specifically, the primary flue-cured tobacco leaf packaging operation method comprises the following steps:
step S210, butt-jointing the box 20 with the discharge port 101 of the packaging machine 100.
As shown in fig. 1, the box 20 is pushed toward the discharging port 101 of the packaging machine 100, and then is butted with the discharging port 101, and the box 20 is sleeved on or directly butted with or embedded in the discharging port 101. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that in some instances, the case 20 need not be advanced to complete the docking of the case 20 with the outfeed 101 of the baler 100.
The case 20 is a collapsible case 20. Before the box 20 enters the conveying line 200, the box 20 is in a folded state, and the folded box 20 does not occupy the conveying space of an empty box, so that the cost for conveying the box 20 can be reduced, and the cost for processing tobacco leaves is indirectly reduced.
The case 20 is made of a hard material, and the case 20 includes, but is not limited to, paper, plastic, wood, or lightweight metal.
When the box 20 is in a three-dimensional state, the plurality of boxes 20 can be stacked when not containing tobacco leaves, and when not receiving external force, the boxes 20 are in a three-dimensional state, that is, when not containing tobacco leaves, the state is substantially the same as when containing tobacco leaves. The case 20 has a regular stackable shape, and the case 20 may have a three-dimensional shape, such as, but not limited to, a rectangular parallelepiped, a square cube, or a regular hexagonal prism. In the invention, the boxes 20 in a stackable shape are adopted, so that the stacking is easy in the storage process of the flue-cured tobacco leaves, the stacking of the boxes 20 is regular and recyclable, and the subsequent intelligent production is convenient, for example, the boxes 20 are carried by a mechanical arm.
The casing of the box 20 is provided with ventilation holes for ventilation during the transportation and storage of the flue-cured tobacco leaves to prevent the flue-cured tobacco leaves from going moldy and deteriorating.
In some preferred embodiments, the step of advancing the box 20 before it is docked with the outfeed 101 of the baler 100 further comprises:
step S211 is to open the box 20 from the folded state to the stereoscopic state.
The box 20 is transformed from the folded state to the stereoscopic state before the spout 101 is docked. Before the butt joint is completed, the central axis of the box 20 is ensured to coincide with the central axis of the discharge port 101, so that the box 20 is accurately butted with the discharge port 101.
In step S220, the flue-cured tobacco leaves are pressed to enter the box 20 through the outlet 101.
The extrusion device in the packer 100 extrudes the flue-cured tobacco leaves to be delivered from the discharge port 101, and the extruded flue-cured tobacco leaves are delivered into the box 20 because the box 20 is sleeved on the discharge port 101.
Step S230, the box 20 after receiving the flue-cured tobacco leaves is exited.
After the box 20 receives the flue-cured tobacco leaves, the box 20 is pushed out, that is, the box 20 is separated from the discharging hole 101, and the box 20 is pushed out onto the conveyor line 200, as shown in fig. 1, the conveyor line 200 is formed by continuously connecting a plurality of conveying units 210.
In still other preferred embodiments, the step of exiting the box 20 after receiving flue-cured tobacco further comprises:
in step S231, the box 20 is switched from the first state to the second state.
Specifically, the first state is a lying state, and the second state is an upright state. As shown in FIG. 1, the box 20 is in a lying position with the infeed opening of the box 20 aligned with the outfeed 101 of the baler 100 to facilitate the introduction of the flue-cured tobacco leaves from the outfeed 101 of the baler 100 into the infeed opening of the box 20. After the box 20 is withdrawn, the box 20 is changed from the horizontal state to the vertical state on a certain conveying unit 210, and the feed inlet of the box 20 faces upwards, so that the flue-cured tobacco leaves in the box 20 are prevented from overflowing. The box 20 is capped, locked and facilitates automation of subsequent processing.
Step S240, the box 20 is operated to a preset position by the conveyor line 200.
After the boxes 20 are ejected onto the conveyor line 200, the conveyor line 200 transports the boxes 20 to a predetermined location, which may be, but is not limited to, the next processing point or warehouse.
In still other preferred embodiments, the step of moving the boxes 20 to the preset position via the conveyor line 200 further comprises:
in step S241, the box 20 is locked to prevent the flue-cured tobacco leaves from overflowing.
In a particular embodiment, step S231 precedes step S241. Step S231 may be omitted. Before the box 20 is conveyed, the box 20 is in a vertical state, the feed inlet of the box 20 faces upwards, and the feed inlet of the box 20 can be locked by using a locking mechanism, so that the flue-cured tobacco leaves are further prevented from overflowing. In the exemplary embodiment, the lid covers the inlet opening of the box 20, and the lid and the box 20 are locked by the locking mechanism, so that the box 20 is more secure during subsequent transportation, operation and storage, thereby preventing the box 20 from being damaged or the flue-cured tobacco leaves from being damaged.
The primary flue-cured tobacco leaf packaging operation method provided by the invention is applied to the conveying and processing of tobacco leaves, the primary flue-cured tobacco leaves are basically packaged and transported by adopting the jute bags in the existing tobacco leaf processing industry, in the transportation and storage processes, on one hand, the jute bag lines are easy to fall into the primary flue-cured tobacco leaves, and are difficult to remove and have higher removal cost due to the similar appearances of the jute bag lines and the primary flue-cured tobacco leaves, on the other hand, the primary flue-cured tobacco leaves are easy to damage in the transportation and storage processes, so that the leakage of the primary flue-cured tobacco leaves is caused, and the jute bags cannot.
The method for packaging and operating the flue-cured tobacco leaves uses the box 20 to package and transport the flue-cured tobacco leaves. Because the box 20 is made of hard materials, sundries similar to gunny bag threads can not enter the flue-cured tobacco leaves in the transferring and storing processes, and the purity of the flue-cured tobacco leaves is ensured. Further, the flue-cured tobacco leaves are shipped by using the hard box 20 with a regular shape, and the flue-cured tobacco leaves are not only stored for a long time by using stacking, but also not easy to damage, and can be reused, so that the cost of tobacco leaf processing is reduced.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
