Sensors (not shown) may be provided on both the headrest 90 and the back frame 20, the sensors being configured to detect a change in current of the first drive mechanism 40 or the second drive mechanism 100; if the first drive mechanism 40 or the second drive mechanism 100 is overloaded with current, the ECU controls the current interruption of the first drive mechanism 40 and the second drive mechanism 100. The occupant protection function is to interrupt the potentially dangerous operation of the seat to the occupant by a sensor detecting a change in current to the first drive mechanism 40 or the second drive mechanism 100.

Claims (10)
1. A one-key storage type seat is characterized by comprising a fixed seat (10), a backrest framework (20), a first driving mechanism (40), a bending connecting rod (50), a cushion framework (60), mounting legs (80) and a supporting rod (70);
the fixed seat (10) is provided with a hinged shaft (30);
the backrest framework (20) is hinged with the fixed seat (10) through the hinged shaft (30);
the first driving mechanism (40) is arranged on the backrest framework (20) and is used for driving the backrest framework (20) to rotate around the hinge shaft (30);
one end of the bent connecting rod (50) is hinged with the backrest framework (20), and the other end of the bent connecting rod is connected with the cushion framework (60);
one end of the supporting rod (70) is hinged to one end, far away from the backrest framework (20), of the cushion framework (60), and the other end of the supporting rod (70) is hinged to the mounting support leg (80).
2. The one-key stowing seat according to claim 1, characterized in that the stowing frame further comprises a headrest (90), and the headrest (90) is provided at an end of the backrest frame (20) remote from the hinge shaft (30).

The stowable one-key seat according to claim 2, characterized in that the stowable frame further comprises a second drive mechanism (100), the second drive mechanism (100) being mounted on the backrest frame (20) and being in drive connection with the headrest (90), the second drive mechanism (100) being configured to drive the headrest (90) to move in a direction away from or toward the hinge shaft (30).

The one-touch stowing seat according to claim 3, wherein the second drive mechanism (100) is comprised of a lead screw (102) and a motor (101), the lead screw (102) is perpendicular to the hinge shaft (30), and an output end of the motor (101) is connected to the lead screw (102); the headrest (90) is provided with a nut seat, the screw rod (102) is matched with the nut seat, and the movement of the headrest (90) is realized under the driving of the motor (101).
5. The one-key stowing seat according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the hinge shaft (30) is provided with a plurality of latch portions (31), the latch portions (31) being arranged in the axial direction of the hinge shaft (30).

A stowable one-key seat according to claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises a gear box (110); the output end of the first driving mechanism (40) is connected with a gear in the gear box (110) and used for driving the gear to rotate, and the gear in the gear box (110) is meshed with the clamping tooth part (31) on the hinge shaft (30).
7. The one-key stowing seat according to claim 1, wherein the curved link (50) is a curved L-shape, the junction of the two sections of the L-shaped curved link (50) being arcuate.
8. A one-key stowable seat according to claim 1, wherein the fixing base (10) comprises a first fixing base (11) and a second fixing base (12), the first fixing base (11) and the second fixing base (12) being disposed opposite to each other and fixedly connected by the hinge shaft (30).
9. The one-touch stowable seat according to claim 4, wherein a Hall circuit board is connected to the first drive mechanism (40), and the backrest frame controls and adjusts the stowing speed by means of an ECU and a Hall circuit;
the storage time of the backrest framework (20) is 5-10s, and the angle adjustment range of the backrest framework (20) and the cushion framework (60) is 0-120 degrees; the headrest (90) can be stored in the backrest framework (20) through telescopic movement, the storage time of the headrest (90) is 3-5s, and the movement stroke of the headrest (90) is 80-120 mm.
10. The one-touch stowable seat according to claim 9, wherein a sensor for detecting a change in current of the first drive mechanism (40) or the second drive mechanism (100) is provided on each of the headrest (90) and the back frame (20);
if the first drive mechanism (40) or the second drive mechanism (100) is overloaded with current, the ECU controls the current cutoff of the first drive mechanism (40) and the second drive mechanism (100).
