The film material 101 is placed on the material placing roll 10, the feeding direction of the film material 101 is changed through a floating roll of a guide device, and the film material 101 is guided in a traction mode; the film material 101 is rectified by a rectification control system of the folding device, and the film material 101 is folded from the center line, so that the transverse sealing process of the traditional three-edge sealing bag making machine is replaced, and the sealing performance is better; controlling the tension of the film material 101 through a guide device, and changing the feeding mode of the film material 101 from continuity to gapped; transversely sealing two sides of the folded membrane material through a heat sealing mechanism 4; cutting off redundant edges through the edge cutting mechanism 5; flattening the surface of the membrane material by a shaping machine 19; making a side hole of the membrane material through a punching mechanism 7; through the die-cutting mechanism 8, the shape of the die-cutting tool corresponds to the shape of the processed film material, and different kinds of special-shaped film materials can be produced; conveying the finished film material to a collection table surface 26 through a conveying belt 25 for binding; the bottom of the special-shaped film material is not required to be longitudinally sealed.

the guide folding device (12) comprises a framework, the framework comprises a first upright post (125), a second upright post (126), a third upright post (128), a fourth upright post (129) and a plurality of cross rods (127) perpendicular to the first upright post (125), the second upright post (126), the third upright post (128) and the fourth upright post (129), a first guide rod (122) is arranged between the first upright post (125) and the second upright post (126), a second guide rod (124) is arranged between the second upright post (126) and the third upright post (128), a third guide rod (121) is arranged between the first upright post (125) and the fourth upright post (129), the first guide rod (122) and the second guide rod (124) are parallel to the first upright post (125), the third guide rod (121) is obliquely arranged, and one end of the third guide rod (121) is fixedly connected with the first guide rod (122), the other end of the second guide rod (124) is fixedly connected with the cross rod (127), a triangular pair folding plate (123) is arranged between the second guide rod (124) and the third upright post (128), the triangular pair folding plate (123) is in an equilateral triangle shape, a sliding block (1204) is arranged on the bottom edge of the triangular pair folding plate (123), a sliding rail is arranged on the second guide rod (124), the sliding block (1204) is positioned in the sliding rail, the triangular pair folding plate (123) is in sliding connection with the second guide rod (124), a lead screw (1203) in the vertical direction is arranged on the sliding block (1204), an internal thread corresponding to the lead screw (1203) is arranged in the sliding block (1204), a deviation rectifying motor (1202) is arranged below the lead screw (1203), and the sliding block (1204) drives the triangular guide plate to move along the direction of the lead screw (1203);
