the wood waste falling into the recovery tank 301 falls onto the recovery conveyer belt 302 through the inclined plate 310, the recovery conveyer belt 302 is started, the wood waste in the recovery tank 301 is conveyed into the treatment box 201 through the feed inlet 202 and falls into the collection hopper 203, the pushing conveyer belt 218 rotates to drive the pushing plate to rotate, the wood waste accumulated in the collection hopper 203 is pushed to the position of the guide cylinder 204 through the movement of the pushing plate, and the wood waste falls onto the sieving net 206 along the guide cylinder 204;
the vibrator is started to drive the sieving net 206 to vibrate, and wood chips with smaller volume in the wood waste fall through the meshes of the sieving net 206 and are collected by the collecting box 208; the wood chips with larger volume in the wood waste fall into the material guide groove 217 from the vacant part, are guided by the material guide groove 217 and fall into the briquetting box 210 through the large material through hole;
then the briquetting cylinder 211 is started to drive the pressure plate 212 to press downwards, briquetting and shaping are carried out on the wood chips, the briquetting cylinder 211 drives the pressure plate 212 to lift up after briquetting is finished, then the discharge cylinder 214 is started to drive the discharge plate 213 to move, and the wood chips which are finished briquetting and shaping are discharged from the material outlet 215 of the whole material; after a period of use, the collection box 208 may be removed from the chip outlet 209 by pulling on the handle and the wood chips therein may be centrally disposed.
