Abstract
本发明涉及一种切丝装置,尤其涉及一种扁豆角切丝装置。本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能够自动切丝,切丝效率高,并且不会让工作人员受伤的扁豆角切丝装置。一种扁豆角切丝装置,包括有:安装架;输送组件,安装在安装架上;切丝组件,安装在安装架上;放料组件,安装在安装架上。本发明带有放料组件和输送带,能够使扁豆角均匀的输送至切丝组件中进行切丝,使得切丝组件能够有效的对扁豆角进行切丝;本发明带有导向组件,能够有效防止转动框转动角度过大,使得扁豆角掉落至装置外;本发明带有收集框,能够对切丝好的扁豆角进行收集,方便后期取用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切丝装置,尤其涉及一种扁豆角切丝装置。
背景技术
扁豆角是豆科扁豆属多年生缠绕藤本植物,其分布于热带及亚热带地区,生长在路边、房前屋后、沟边等。扁豆角可以食用,其做法通常要进行切丝翻炒。
一般的扁豆角切丝,是由人工进行切丝,人工切丝时,需要人一手拿着菜刀,一手抓住扁豆角进行切丝,人工切丝时,不仅工作效率太低,扁豆角切丝得不均匀,影响做菜口感,而且人工切丝时容易切到手,导致工作人员受伤。
因此设计一种能够自动切丝,切丝效率高,并且不会让工作人员受伤的扁豆角切丝装置。
发明内容
为了克服人工切丝时,不仅扁豆角切丝得不均匀,影响做菜口感,而且人工切丝时容易切到手,导致工作人员受伤的缺点,本发明的技术问题是:提供一种能够自动切丝,切丝效率高,并且不会让工作人员受伤的扁豆角切丝装置。
技术方案如下:一种扁豆角切丝装置,包括有:安装架;输送组件,安装在安装架上;切丝组件,安装在安装架上;放料组件,安装在安装架上。
进一步说明,输送组件包括有:减速电机,安装在安装架上;输送带,转动式安装在安装架上;第一传动皮带轮组,安装在输送带与减速电机的输出轴之间。
进一步说明,切丝组件包括有:切丝刀,转动式安装在安装架上;普通齿轮,安装在切丝刀上,两侧普通齿轮啮合;第二传动皮带轮组,安装在输送带与切丝刀之间。
进一步说明,放料组件包括有:转动框,转动式安装在安装架上;普通锥齿轮,安装在转动框上;转动轴,转动式安装在安装架上;第三皮带轮组,安装在转动轴与输送带之间;缺锥齿轮,安装在转动轴两侧,两侧缺锥齿轮方向相反,缺锥齿轮均会与普通锥齿轮啮合。
进一步说明,还包括有导向组件,导向组件包括有:导套,安装在转动框两侧;弧形导杆,安装在收集框两侧,导套与弧形导杆滑动式连接;弹簧,安装在弧形导杆与导套之间。
进一步说明,还包括有收集框,安装在安装架上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:1、本发明带有放料组件和输送带,能够使扁豆角均匀的输送至切丝组件中进行切丝,使得切丝组件能够有效的对扁豆角进行切丝;
2、本发明带有导向组件,能够有效防止转动框转动角度过大,使得扁豆角掉落至装置外;
3、本发明带有收集框,能够对切丝好的扁豆角进行收集,方便后期取用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种扁豆角切丝装置,如图1-5所示,包括有安装架1、输送组件2、切丝组件3和放料组件4,安装架1的左部下侧安装有输送组件2,安装架1的左侧安装有切丝组件3,安装架1的上侧安装有放料组件4。
当要进行扁豆角切丝时,将扁豆角放入放料组件4中,然后启动输送组件2,输送组件2便会带动切丝组件3和放料组件4进行运作,从而使得扁豆角从放料组件4掉落到输送组件2上,然后输送组件2会把掉落的扁豆角输送到切丝组件3中进行切丝,当所有扁豆角切丝完成后,关闭输送组件2,装置停止运作。
输送组件2包括有减速电机21、输送带22和第一传动皮带轮组23,安装架1的左侧底部安装有减速电机21,安装架1的内侧转动式安装有输送带22,输送带22的左部前侧与减速电机21的输出轴之间连接有第一传动皮带轮组23。
当要进行扁豆角切丝时,启动减速电机21,便会带动第一传动皮带轮组23进行旋转,从而带动输送带22进行运作,输送带22便会带动切丝组件3和放料组件4进行运作,从而使得扁豆角从放料组件4掉落到输送带22上,然后输送带22会把掉落的扁豆角输送到切丝组件3中进行切丝,当所有扁豆角切丝完成后,关闭减速电机21,装置停止运作。
切丝组件3包括有切丝刀31、普通齿轮32和第二传动皮带轮组33,安装架1的左侧转动式安装有左右两个切丝刀31,左右两侧切丝刀31的前侧均键连接有普通齿轮32,两侧普通齿轮32啮合,输送带22的左部后侧与右侧切丝刀31的后侧之间连接有第二传动皮带轮组33。
启动减速电机21,从而带动输送带22进行运作,便会带动第二传动皮带轮组33进行旋转,从而带动右侧的切丝刀31和普通齿轮32进行旋转,从而使得左侧的切丝刀31和普通齿轮32进行旋转,当输送带22把扁豆角输送到左侧时,会掉落到两侧的切丝刀31上,切丝刀31便会对扁豆角进行切丝,当所有扁豆角切丝完成后,关闭减速电机21,装置停止运作。
放料组件4包括有转动框41、普通锥齿轮42、转动轴43、第三皮带轮组44和缺锥齿轮45,安装架1的上侧转动式安装有转动框41,转动框41的右侧连接有普通锥齿轮42,安装架1的右侧转动式安装有转动轴43,转动轴43的后侧与输送带22的右部后侧之间连接有第三皮带轮组44,转动轴43的前后两侧均键连接有缺锥齿轮45,两侧缺锥齿轮45方向相反,缺锥齿轮45均会与普通锥齿轮42啮合。
启动减速电机21,会使得输送带22进行运作,从而带动第三皮带轮组44进行旋转,从而使得两侧缺锥齿轮45进行旋转,从而带动转动框41进行正反旋转,从而使扁豆角更快的掉落。当扁豆角全部掉落切丝好后,关闭减速电机21,装置停止运作。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础之上,如图1和图5所示,还包括有导向组件5,导向组件5包括有导套51、弧形导杆52和弹簧53,转动框41的前后两侧均安装有导套51,收集框6的内部前后两侧均连接有弧形导杆52,导套51与弧形导杆52滑动式连接,弧形导杆52与导套51之间均连接有弹簧53。
当转动框41进行旋转时,弹簧53被压缩,当转动框41进行反向旋转时,弹簧53被拉伸,使得转动框41转动角度不会太大,防止扁豆角掉落至装置外。
还包括有收集框6,安装架1的左部下侧安装有收集框6。
两侧切丝刀31对扁豆角进行切丝后,扁豆角会掉落至收集框6内,方便收集取用。

安装架(1);
输送组件(2),安装在安装架(1)上;
切丝组件(3),安装在安装架(1)上;
放料组件(4),安装在安装架(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扁豆角切丝装置,其特征在于,输送组件(2)包括有:
减速电机(21),安装在安装架(1)上;
输送带(22),转动式安装在安装架(1)上;
第一传动皮带轮组(23),安装在输送带(22)与减速电机(21)的输出轴之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种扁豆角切丝装置,其特征在于,切丝组件(3)包括有:
切丝刀(31),转动式安装在安装架(1)上;
普通齿轮(32),安装在切丝刀(31)上,两侧普通齿轮(32)啮合;
第二传动皮带轮组(33),安装在输送带(22)与切丝刀(31)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种扁豆角切丝装置,其特征在于,放料组件(4)包括有:
转动框(41),转动式安装在安装架(1)上;
普通锥齿轮(42),安装在转动框(41)上;
转动轴(43),转动式安装在安装架(1)上;
第三皮带轮组(44),安装在转动轴(43)与输送带(22)之间;
缺锥齿轮(45),安装在转动轴(43)两侧,两侧缺锥齿轮(45)方向相反,缺锥齿轮(45)均会与普通锥齿轮(42)啮合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种扁豆角切丝装置,其特征在于,还包括有导向组件(5),导向组件(5)包括有:
导套(51),安装在转动框(41)两侧;
弧形导杆(52),安装在收集框(6)两侧,导套(51)与弧形导杆(52)滑动式连接;
弹簧(53),安装在弧形导杆(52)与导套(51)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种扁豆角切丝装置,其特征在于,还包括有收集框(6),安装在安装架(1)上。
