An agricultural straw recycling device comprises a box body (12) and a crushing assembly and a screening assembly which are arranged inside the box body (12), and is characterized in that the crushing assembly comprises a segmenting device and a crushing device, the segmenting device and the crushing device are arranged along the vertical direction, the crushing device is positioned below the segmenting device, and the screening assembly is arranged at the bottom of the box body (12); the segmenting device comprises a lifting support rod (1), a segmenting rotating shaft (24) and a segmenting motor (2), the number of the lifting support rods (1) is two, the upper ends of the lifting support rods are fixedly arranged at the top in the box body (12), the lower ends of the two groups of lifting support rods (1) are movably clamped with the two ends of the segmented rotating shaft (24) through elastic devices respectively, the segmented motor (2) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of one group of lifting support rods (1) and the output shaft thereof is linked with the segmented rotating shaft (24) through an elastic device, a plurality of groups of cutting blades (21) are fixedly arranged on the subsection rotating shaft (24) and are distributed at equal intervals, the lower part of the segmenting rotating shaft (24) is also provided with a segmenting plate (3), the segmenting plate (3) is movably clamped on the side wall of the box body (12) and is provided with a plurality of groups of cutting holes (20), and the cutting holes (20) correspond to the cutting blades (21) in position.

The agricultural straw recycling and processing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a feed hopper (22) is communicatively arranged on one side of the top of the box body (12), the feed hopper (22) is rectangular and the upper end of the feed hopper is provided with a feed door; and a box door (16) is further arranged on one side of the box body (12) far away from the feed hopper (22).

The agricultural straw recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic device comprises an elastic sleeve (23), a first compression spring (25) and an elastic stop block (26), one end of the elastic sleeve (23) is rotatably connected with a fixing ring (15) fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lifting support rod (1) through a bearing, the other end of the elastic sleeve is provided with a hexagonal hole, the hexagonal hole is in sliding fit with hexagonal columns arranged at two ends of the segmented rotating shaft (24), one end of the first compression spring (25) is fixedly arranged in the hexagonal hole, and the other end of the first compression spring is fixedly connected with the elastic stop block (26).

The agricultural straw recycling device according to claim 1, wherein clamping grooves (27) are formed in two sides of the bottom of the segmented plate (3), the clamping grooves (27) are movably matched with clamping blocks (14) fixedly installed on two side walls of the box body (12), and elastic rubber blocks are further arranged inside the clamping grooves (27).

The agricultural straw recycling and processing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the crushing device comprises two groups of crushing rollers (7) and a crushing motor (18), the number of the crushing rollers (7) is two, both ends of the crushing rollers are rotatably installed on the side wall of the box body (12), one end of each group of the crushing rollers (7) is also fixedly installed with a meshing gear set (19), the crushing motor (18) is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the box body (12) and the output shaft of the crushing motor is fixedly connected with one group of the crushing rollers (7) through a coupler.

The agricultural straw recycling and processing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the screening component comprises a screening plate (11) and a discharging plate (9), the screening plate (11) is obliquely installed below the crushing roller (7) and is provided with a plurality of groups of screening holes (17), the discharging plate (9) is obliquely installed below the screening plate (11) and is opposite to the screening plate (11), and the downward ends of the screening plate (11) and the discharging plate (9) respectively correspond to the positions of a first discharging door (8) and a second discharging door (10) which are arranged on the two side walls of the box body (12).
7. The agricultural straw recycling device according to claim 6, wherein a blanking device is further arranged inside the box body (12), the blanking device comprises a blanking plate (4), a second compression spring (5) and a guide plate (6), the blanking plate (4) is of a triangular structure with a hollow interior, two ends of the blanking plate are respectively installed on the side wall of the box body (12) in a floating mode through the second compression spring (5), the blanking plate (4) is located below the segmented plate (3) and is fixedly installed with a vibration motor (13) inside, and the guide plate (6) is two in number and is respectively installed on two sides above the crushing roller (7) in an inclined mode.
