Abstract
The invention provides a selenium-rich tea buccal tablet and a preparation method thereof, wherein the selenium-rich tea buccal tablet comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7-15 parts of selenium-rich ultrafine tea powder, 35-42 parts of selenium-rich mung bean powder, 5-8 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1-0.3 part of menthol, 0.5-1.5 parts of mint, 14-17 parts of dextrin, 6-10 parts of sugar, 15-20 parts of xylitol and 0.1-0.5 part of magnesium stearate. The selenium-rich tea buccal tablets are prepared by adopting preparation of selenium-rich ultrafine tea powder, raw material mixing, granulation, tabletting and coating, so that the moisture invasion is prevented, and selenium-rich tea food with nutritive value is developed by using the selenium-rich tea raw materials, so that the tea food variety is enriched, and a new idea is provided for healthier and more scientific selenium supplement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention is applied to the technical field of tea deep processing, and particularly relates to a selenium-rich tea buccal tablet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As a traditional health drink in China, the tea has long been widely accepted by people as a unique functional component and an excellent health care effect. The modern medical research results prove that the tea polyphenol has various physiological functions of eliminating free radicals, resisting and preventing cancers, resisting aging, resisting fatigue, resisting radiation, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, reducing blood sugar and blood fat, preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like. The tea polyphenols are light yellow to dark brown powder or crystal, and have hygroscopicity, and are easy to deliquesce and further deteriorate due to oxidation. Selenium is a trace element necessary for human body, and has the effects of enhancing human body immunity, resisting oxidation, delaying aging, effectively inhibiting tumor growth, etc. The Chinese Nutrition society lists selenium as one of 15 nutrients essential to human body. At present, the daily average selenium intake of the population in China is 44.6 mug/d, which is obviously lower than the daily selenium intake recommended by the Chinese academy of nutrition of 60-250 mug/d. The selenium element is supplemented by diet, and the selenium supplement food has the advantages of safety, low cost, obvious effect and the like. However, for a long time, people have a single utilization mode of tea leaves and are used mainly for drinking, but the traditional brewing method is difficult to completely leach out the functional components of the tea leaves, and particularly, fat-soluble tea polyphenol and a plurality of insoluble substances (such as selenium) are still remained in tea leaves, so that the health-care utilization rate of the tea leaves is low.
The superfine powder is a powdery substance with the particle diameter of less than 1 mu m, and the superfine powder is remarkably different from the common particles and the traditional block materials in a new state of substance by the volume effect (namely the quantization effect) and the surface effect. The ultrafine tea powder is a novel tea product developed on the basis of an ultrafine powder technology in recent years, and has the advantages of realizing full tea utilization, ensuring the integrity of tea raw material components, improving the biological activity of tea functional components, enhancing the organism absorption rate, improving the edible quality of tea, expanding the utilization range of tea resources and the like. The invention solves the problems of easy water absorption and the like of tea powder in the prior art by utilizing an ultrafine tea powder technology.

Experimental example 1: selenium content detection
The selenium content in the selenium-rich tea buccal tablets is detected according to a method for detecting selenium in national standard GB 5009.93-2017 'determination of selenium in food safety national standard food', and detection data are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 selenium content in selenium-enriched tea buccal tablet
Examples | Selenium (mg/kg) |
Example 1 | 0.20 |
Example 2 | 0.18 |
Example 3 | 0.18 |
According to GB 28050 plus 2011 national Standard for food safety and general rules of Pre-packaged food Nutrition labels, the total selenium content reaches 15 micrograms/100 g and 0.15mg/kg (solid food) or 7.5 micrograms/100 ml (liquid food), so that the 'selenium-rich food' or 'selenium-rich food' can be claimed. Selenium can improve human immunity, promote proliferation of lymphocyte and synthesis of antibody and immunoglobulin. Selenium has obvious inhibiting and protecting effects on colon cancer, skin cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and other cancers, and an intermediate metabolite methyl enol in a body has strong anticancer activity.
Experimental example 2: tea polyphenol detection
The content of the tea polyphenol in the selenium-enriched tea buccal tablet is detected according to the method for measuring the tea polyphenol in the national standard GB/T8313-2018 detection method of the content of the tea polyphenol and catechins in the tea, and the detection data are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2 content of tea polyphenols in selenium-rich tea buccal tablet
Examples | Tea polyphenols (g/100g) |
Example 1 | 1.9 |
Example 2 | 1.6 |
Example 3 | 1.2 |
The tea polyphenols have effects of eliminating harmful free radicals, blocking lipid peroxidation, improving enzyme activity in human body, preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases, reducing blood lipid, preventing liver and coronary atherosclerosis, and resisting mutation and cancer. In addition, tea polyphenol has strong antioxidation, the antioxidation capability of the tea polyphenol is 4-6 times that of artificially synthesized antioxidants BHT and BHA, 6-7 times that of VE and 5-10 times that of VC, and the tea polyphenol has small dosage, and can play a role in treating hypertension with the dosage of 0.01-0.03 percent. In the embodiment 1, the tea polyphenol is protected in the crushing process by adding the vitamin C and the sodium sulfite and low-temperature granulation is adopted, so that the tea polyphenol in the selenium-rich tea buccal tablet is up to 1.9 percent, which is beneficial to the health of human bodies and can protect the green leaves in the tea buccal tablet to prevent the tea buccal tablet from fading.
Experimental example 3: water absorption test
The selenium-rich tea buccal tablets before and after coating in example 1 were respectively used as sample 1 and sample 2, and the sample 1 and sample 2 were put into a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of 38 ℃ and a humidity of 85% for an accelerated test, and the water absorption rate was measured, and the test results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 statistical table of results 30 days after administration
As can be seen from table 3, the increase of the water absorption of the coated selenium-rich tea buccal tablet is small along with the extension of the standing time, while the increase of the water absorption of the uncoated selenium-rich tea buccal tablet along with the extension of the standing time is obvious, the water absorption of the coated selenium-rich tea buccal tablet is obviously reduced, and especially the difference of the water absorption is more obvious along with the increase of the standing time. Therefore, the coating can prevent moisture in the air from invading the selenium-enriched tea buccal tablet, thereby improving the appearance of the selenium-enriched tea buccal tablet, ensuring smoother taste and preventing the oxidation of tea polyphenol in the buccal tablet.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, substitutions of equivalents, and alterations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
