Fig. 7 is a further interface interaction schematic diagram provided by an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, after detecting that an immediate payment icon is triggered, prompt information for binding a payment channel may be displayed on a display interface, so that a passenger completes binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information, and after detecting that the passenger completes binding of the payment channel, a payment order to be paid may be processed through the payment channel, and further, after detecting that the passenger completes payment operation for the payment order to be paid, a third operation interface is displayed on the display interface, so that the passenger may initiate a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the processing the order to be paid through the payment channel after detecting that the passenger completes the binding of the payment channel includes: acquiring expense information corresponding to the unpaid travel through a preset cashier desk calling interface, and displaying the unpaid fare information on the display interface; and paying the unpaid fare information through the payment channel.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the user to view the fee to be paid more intuitively, after the second operation interface is displayed on the control display interface, the unpaid fare information corresponding to the passenger unpaid journey may be acquired through a preset cashier calling interface. After the triggering operation of the passenger on the payment icon is detected, the unpaid fare information can be displayed on the display interface according to the triggering operation. And the passenger can pay the unpaid fare information through the payment channel. According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the number of complaints of the passenger in the preset time range is judged to exceed the preset first threshold, and then the passenger completes the payment operation on the unpaid journey and then processes the order processing request of the passenger, so that the problem that the passenger does not pay the historical order can be effectively avoided, the passenger is restrained by limiting the use of the vehicle, and the loss of a driver and a network booking platform is greatly avoided.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, after the displaying the third operation interface on the display interface, the method further includes: acquiring the travel information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, wherein the travel information comprises a departure place and a destination; and generating the vehicle call request according to the travel information.
In this embodiment, after the third operation interface is displayed on the display interface, the order processing apparatus may acquire the trip information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, where the trip information may include a departure place and a destination. Therefore, after a vehicle calling request triggered by a user is acquired, a vehicle can be called for a passenger according to the vehicle calling request, and the estimated fare corresponding to the current trip of the passenger can be estimated according to the trip information.
According to the order processing method provided by the embodiment, the passenger calls the vehicle by acquiring the travel information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, so that the passenger can travel accurately, and the user experience is improved.

Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes: the system comprises a judgment module 51, an inquiry module 52 and a processing module 53, wherein the judgment module 51 is used for judging whether an order to be paid exists for a passenger when the passenger calls a target application, and the order to be paid is generated according to a complaint request triggered by a driver; the query module 52 is configured to query, in a preset data server, the number of complaints of the passenger within a preset time range if the passenger has an order to be paid; and the processing module 53 is configured to control the terminal device of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range, so that the passenger performs a payment operation on the order to be paid or initiates a vehicle call request on the different operation interfaces.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the processing module is configured to: if the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range does not exceed a preset first threshold value, controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display a preset first operation interface displayed by the terminal equipment of the passenger, wherein a payment icon and a complaint icon are arranged on the first operation interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the first operation interface.
The order processing apparatus provided in this embodiment determines whether the passenger has an order to be paid when it is detected that the passenger calls the target application. If the passenger has the order to be paid, inquiring the complained times of the passenger in a preset time range in a preset data server, and controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the complained times, so that the passenger can carry out payment operation on the order to be paid or initiate a vehicle call request on different operation interfaces. The terminal equipment of the passenger is controlled to display different operation interfaces according to different complained times, so that the passenger can be effectively restrained from paying the bill to be paid, and accordingly the loss caused by the fact that the user does not pay after completing the order for many times and the driver is avoided.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the order processing apparatus further includes: the display module 54 is configured to display a preset combined payment icon and an immediate payment icon on the display interface in response to the passenger's triggering operation on the payment icon; in response to the triggering operation of the passenger on the combined payment icon, displaying a third operation interface on the display interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface and pays the cost of the order to be paid to a driver of the vehicle; responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the immediate payment icon, displaying prompt information of a bound payment channel on the display interface so that the passenger can complete the binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information, processing the order to be paid through the payment channel after the passenger is detected to complete the binding of the payment channel, and displaying a third operation interface on the display interface after the passenger is detected to complete the payment operation of the order to be paid so that the passenger can initiate a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the display module is further configured to, in response to a triggering operation of the complaint icon by the passenger, display a third operation interface on the display interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
The processing module is further used for analyzing the number of times of complaints of the driver triggering the complaint request in a preset time range to obtain an analysis result; and processing the order to be paid according to the analysis result.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the processing module is specifically configured to determine whether the number of complaints made by the driver in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold; if the number of times of complaints of the driver in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a malicious complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result; and if the number of times of complaints of the driver in a preset time range does not exceed a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a normal complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the processing module is specifically configured to delete the to-be-paid order corresponding to the passenger if the complaint request is a malicious complaint request; if the complaint request is a normal complaint request, after the passenger orders the next order, obtaining the amount to be paid corresponding to the passenger by calling a preset cash register interface, wherein the amount to be paid comprises the amount corresponding to the order to be paid and the amount corresponding to the next order, and controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display the amount to be paid so that the passenger pays the amount to be paid to a driver of the next order.
Further, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, the processing module is further configured to control the terminal device of the passenger to display a preset second operation interface if the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range exceeds a preset first threshold, where an immediate payment icon is arranged in the second operation interface, so that the passenger performs payment operation on the order to be paid in the second operation interface.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the display module is further configured to, in response to a triggering operation of the passenger on the immediate payment icon, display prompt information for binding a payment channel on the display interface, so that the passenger completes binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information; processing the order to be paid through the payment channel after the passenger is detected to finish the binding of the payment channel; and when the passenger is detected to finish the payment operation of the order to be paid, displaying a third operation interface on the display interface so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
Further, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the processing module is specifically configured to obtain the fee information corresponding to the unpaid itinerary through a preset cash register desk calling interface, and display the unpaid fare information on the display interface; and paying the unpaid fare information through the payment channel.
Further, on the basis of any one of the above embodiments, the order processing apparatus further includes: and an obtaining module 55, configured to obtain the travel information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, where the travel information includes a departure place and a destination. The processing module is further used for generating the vehicle call request according to the travel information.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 9, the apparatus includes:
a memory 61, a processor 62 and a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory 61 and configured to be executed by the processor 62 to implement the method according to any of the embodiments described above.
And a memory 61 for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory 61 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 62 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 61 and the processor 62 are implemented independently, the memory 61 and the processor 62 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 9, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the memory 61 and the processor 62 are integrated on a chip, the memory 61 and the processor 62 may complete the same communication through an internal interface.
Yet another embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, the computer program being executed by a processor to implement the method according to any of the above embodiments.
Yet another embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of the embodiments described above.

Claims (14)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
when a passenger calls a target application, judging whether the passenger has an order to be paid, wherein the order to be paid is generated according to a complaint request triggered by a driver;
if the passenger has an order to be paid, inquiring the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range in a preset data server;
and controlling terminal equipment of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the complaint times of the passenger in a preset time range, so that the passenger can carry out payment operation on the order to be paid or initiate a vehicle call request on the different operation interfaces.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the terminal device of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the number of complaints of the passenger within a preset time range comprises:
if the number of complaints of the passenger in a preset time range does not exceed a preset first threshold value, controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display a preset first operation interface displayed by the terminal equipment of the passenger, wherein a payment icon and a complaint icon are arranged on the first operation interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the first operation interface.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein after controlling the passenger's terminal device to display the preset first operation interface, the method further comprises:
responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the payment icon, and displaying a preset combined payment icon and an immediate payment icon on the display interface;
in response to the triggering operation of the passenger on the combined payment icon, displaying a third operation interface on the display interface, so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface and pays the cost of the order to be paid to a driver of the vehicle;
responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the immediate payment icon, displaying prompt information of a bound payment channel on the display interface so that the passenger can complete the binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information, processing the order to be paid through the payment channel after the passenger is detected to complete the binding of the payment channel, and displaying a third operation interface on the display interface after the passenger is detected to complete the payment operation of the order to be paid so that the passenger can initiate a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein after controlling the passenger's terminal device to display the preset first operation interface, the method further comprises:
responding to the triggering operation of the complaint icon by the passenger, and displaying a third operation interface on the display interface so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface;
analyzing the number of times of complaining of the driver triggering the complaining request within a preset time range to obtain an analysis result;
and processing the order to be paid according to the analysis result.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein analyzing the number of complaints made by the driver who triggered the complaint request within a preset time frame to obtain an analysis result comprises:
judging whether the number of complaints of the driver in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value or not;
if the number of times of complaints of the driver in a preset time range exceeds a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a malicious complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result;
and if the number of times of complaints of the driver in a preset time range does not exceed a preset second threshold value, judging that the complaint request is a normal complaint request, and obtaining the analysis result.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein processing the order to be paid according to the analysis comprises:
if the complaint request is a malicious complaint request, deleting the order to be paid corresponding to the passenger;
if the complaint request is a normal complaint request, after the passenger orders the next order, obtaining the amount to be paid corresponding to the passenger by calling a preset cash register interface, wherein the amount to be paid comprises the amount corresponding to the order to be paid and the amount corresponding to the next order, and controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display the amount to be paid so that the passenger pays the amount to be paid to a driver of the next order.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the terminal device of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the number of complaints of the passenger within a preset time range comprises:
and if the complaint frequency of the passenger in a preset time range exceeds a preset first threshold value, controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display a preset second operation interface, wherein an immediate payment icon is arranged in the second operation interface, so that the passenger can pay the order to be paid in the second operation interface.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein after controlling the terminal device of the passenger to display the preset second operation interface, the method further comprises:
responding to the triggering operation of the passenger on the immediate payment icon, and displaying prompt information of the bound payment channel on the display interface so that the passenger can finish the binding of the payment channel according to the prompt information;
processing the order to be paid through the payment channel after the passenger is detected to finish the binding of the payment channel;
and when the passenger is detected to finish the payment operation of the order to be paid, displaying a third operation interface on the display interface so that the passenger initiates a vehicle call request on the third operation interface.
9. The method of claim 3 or 8, wherein processing the order to be paid through the payment channel upon detecting that the passenger completed binding of the payment channel comprises:
acquiring expense information corresponding to the unpaid travel through a preset cashier desk calling interface, and displaying the unpaid fare information on the display interface;
and paying the unpaid fare information through the payment channel.
10. The method according to any one of claims 3-4 and 8, wherein after displaying the third operation interface on the display interface, the method further comprises:
acquiring the travel information input by the passenger on the third operation interface, wherein the travel information comprises a departure place and a destination;
and generating the vehicle call request according to the travel information.
11. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a judging module, a payment module and a payment module, wherein the judging module is used for judging whether a passenger has an order to be paid when the passenger calls a target application, and the order to be paid is generated according to a complaint request triggered by a driver;
the inquiry module is used for inquiring the complained times of the passenger in a preset time range in a preset data server if the passenger has an order to be paid;
and the processing module is used for controlling the terminal equipment of the passenger to display different operation interfaces according to the complained times of the passenger in a preset time range, so that the passenger can carry out payment operation on the order to be paid or initiate a vehicle call request on the different operation interfaces.
12. An order processing apparatus, comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory is to store program instructions;
the processor is configured to invoke program instructions in the memory to perform the order processing method of any of claims 1-10.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program; the computer program, when executed, implements an order processing method as claimed in any one of claims 1-10.
14. A computer program product, characterized in that it comprises a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the order processing method according to any one of claims 1-10.
