Abstract

本发明涉及电力系统中使用的电力电容器。特征是电容器的纵向即上、下方向设有若干根散热用的空气通道。所述空气通道可以由电容器的壳体向电容器内部凹陷形成;也可在电力电容器内设置若干根金属管实现,金属管纵向穿过电力电容器的整个高度方向并伸出于电力电容器的底部和顶部。其优点是电力电容器工作过程中空气会经过空气通道对流而使电力电容器加速散热,可在高温下长时间工作;本发明不扩大电容器体积,制造过程简单,降温效果显著。

Description

电力电容器
本发明涉及电力系统中使用的电容器——电力电容器。
电力电容器通常以绝缘纸作为电介质,以金属化聚丙烯电容薄膜作为电极卷制而成,并浸在绝缘油中。其作用是改善电力系统功率因数,减少输电线路的功率损耗,提高电力系统的稳定性。现行的电力电容器的外壳一般采用铝材拉伸成型或其他金属焊接成型。由于其外壳受到加工工艺和形状的限制,表面散热效果不理想。特别是在夏天室外使用时,电容器柜内温度高达65℃,大大超出正常使用温度的范围,造成电力电容器失效现象,不能安全运行,严重地影响了电力电网的稳定性。传统的解决这一问题的方法是加大电容膜的厚度,或增大其外壳散热,但这会使电容器制造成本增加。
本发明的目的是提供一种能加速散热、提高散热效果,以期在不扩大电容器体积条件下适应高温下使用的电力电容器。
本发明的主要特征在于所述电力电容器设有在纵向即上下方向穿过电容器整个高度的若干根散热用的空气通道,使电力电容器工作过程中得以快速散热。这种空气通道可以在电容器壳体加工过程中形成,即电力电容器壳体向内凹陷形成空气通道,为使散热过程加快,所述空气通道内壁设计成散热片形状。上述空气通道也可采用电力电容器内设置若干根穿过电力电容器整个高度的金属管实现。这种金属管底部和顶部与电力电容器壳体相焊接,并伸出于电容器的底部和顶部。金属管底部可设计成喇叭口形状。金属管顶部和底部内设防止飞虫或小动物进入的阻拦网或叶轮,金属管顶部可设防止灰尘进入的防护罩。
本发明的优点是电力电容器工作过程中由于空气通过空气通道对流而散热,散热效果好,可提高电容器工作温度;这种新设计的电力电容器没有扩大体积,加工过程简单,成本不高。

以下给出实施例。
实施例1。
在制作由电力电容器壳体向内凹陷而形成的空气通道时,将电力电容器外壳用的板材采用引伸成型、扳金咬边或精密压铸的方法制作形成空气通道,空气通道的横截面可以是圆形、方形或三角形。空气通道的位置一般位于两电极的等距离处。空气通道截面尺寸大小应注意选择到使绝缘油保证具有一定的厚度,如3mm。电力电容器制作的其他过程不变。单相电容器采用2根空气通道,两侧各1根;三相电容器采用4根空气通道,两侧各2根。
实施例2。
当电力电容器空气通道采用金属管时,所述金属管选用紫铜管,其尺寸视电力电容器体积而定,但也应注意使电容器内的绝缘油能保证具有一定的厚度,以达到绝缘的作用。同时电容器外壳可镀锡或镀镍,以利金属管与外壳间的焊接,同时可以防腐蚀。单相电容器采用2根金属管,也可采用4根(两侧各两根);三相电容器则采用4根金属管。

1.电力电容器,包括壳体、盛于壳体中的绝缘油、浸在绝缘油中的电介质和电极所组成,其特征在于所述电力电容器设有在纵向即上下方向穿过电力电容器整个高度的若干条空气通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述空气通为由电力电容器壳体向电力电容器内凹陷而形成的空气通道。
3.如权利要求2所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述空气通道的内壁呈散热器片形状。
4.如权利要求1所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述空气通道为设于电力电容器内部并穿过电力电容器整个高度的金属管。
5.如权利要求4所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述金属管底部和顶部与电力电容器的壳体焊接结合,金属管伸出于电力电容器的底部和顶部。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述金属管底部呈喇叭形。
7.如权利要求4或5所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述金属管底部和顶部内设阻拦网或叶轮。
8.如权利要求4或5所述的电力电容器,其特征在于所述金属管顶部设有防护罩。
