The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a laundry treating apparatus of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2b, in order to solve the problems that the internal and external power sources of the conventional clothes treatment apparatus are difficult to arrange and the light source is difficult to increase, a pulsator washing machine is taken as an example for explanation, and of course, the clothes treatment apparatus may be a drum washing machine, a shoe washing machine, and the like.
The pulsator washing machine includes a driving device and a rotating member 2, the driving device may be a motor or a speed reducer connected to the motor, which is a conventional technical means and is not a key point of the present application, and thus, an output shaft 1 of the driving device is connected to the rotating member 2, and in the pulsator washing machine, the rotating member 2 is a pulsator 21. The pulsator washing machine further includes a light emitting lamp 3 and a power supply module 4, the light emitting lamp 3 is electrically connected with the power supply module 4, the light emitting lamp 3 is fixed on the surface of the rotating member 2 near the work area of the laundry treatment apparatus, in the pulsator washing machine, referring to the upper surface of the pulsator 21, the power supply module 4 is fixed on the output shaft 1, and the power supply module 4 is configured to generate electric energy based on the rotation of the output shaft 1 and then supply power to the light emitting lamp 3. Of course, as shown in fig. 3a and 3b, since the output shaft 1 drives the rotating member 2 to rotate, the power supply module 4 may also be fixed on the rotating member 2, and accordingly, the power supply module 4 can generate electric energy based on the rotation of the rotating member 2 to supply power to the light emitting lamp 3.
The setting mode has the advantages that: the power supply module 4 can generate electric energy based on the movement of the output shaft 1 or the rotating part 2, so that the luminescent lamp 3 generates light to illuminate the inside of the clothes treatment equipment, an external power supply is not needed, the installation is simple, and the processing cost is low.
The laundry treating apparatus of the present invention will be described in detail with further reference to fig. 2a and 2 b.
As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, in one possible embodiment, the power supply module 4 includes a ring-shaped pipe 41, a coil 42, a permanent magnet 43 and a bracket 44, the ring-shaped pipe 41 is fixed on the bracket 44, the bracket 44 is fixed on the output shaft 1 through a mounting hole 442, the coil 42 is wound on the outer side of the ring-shaped pipe 41 and is electrically connected with the light emitting lamp 3 through a power connecting wire 45, the permanent magnet 43 is movably arranged inside the ring-shaped pipe 41 and can move relative to the ring-shaped pipe 41 when the output shaft 1 rotates, and when the permanent magnet 43 moves in the ring-shaped pipe 41, the coil 42 can cut magnetic induction lines to generate electric energy. Of course, as shown in fig. 3a and 3b, since the pulsator 21 rotates together with the output shaft 1, the bracket 44 may be obviously fixed to the pulsator 21, and provided with a relief hole 441 allowing the output shaft 1 to pass therethrough. In another alternative embodiment, the bracket 44 is not necessary, and the power module 4 may be without the bracket 44, and may be directly fixed to the rotating member 2 or the output shaft 1 through the annular pipe 41 to achieve the same effect.
The setting mode has the advantages that: by arranging the pipes in a ring, the pipes are end to end and no longer have ends, the permanent magnets 43 can slide or roll freely inside without hitting the ends causing energy losses. When installing the ring pipeline 41 directly on the rotating part 2 or the output shaft 1, the installation structure needs to be set on the ring pipeline 41 in advance, but because the ring pipeline 41 has a complex structure, the installation is inconvenient, and the installation is inconvenient, the design of the bracket 44 enables the installation to be simpler and more convenient, the difficulty in integrally machining the ring pipeline 41 is reduced, the integral rigidity is also improved, and the service life is ensured.
In a possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2a, the annular duct 41 is circular in cross-section and the permanent magnets 43 are accordingly spherical. The impeller 21 is also provided with a transparent cover 7, the transparent cover 7 is fixedly connected with the surface of the impeller 21 close to the working area, and the luminescent lamp 3 is fixed in the transparent cover 7.
The setting mode has the advantages that: the cross section of the circular pipeline 41 is designed to be circular, and accordingly, the permanent magnet 43 is spherical, so that the permanent magnet 43 can move inside the circular pipeline 41 in a rolling connection mode, and compared with a sliding connection mode, the rolling connection friction force is smaller, the kinetic energy loss is less, and the power supply capacity of the power supply module 4 is stronger. In the conventional design, if the luminescent lamp 3 is directly fixed at the reserved gap of the pulsator 21, the waterproof performance is difficult to guarantee, and even if the waterproof performance can be realized, because the clothes in the clothes treatment equipment can be in direct contact with the luminescent lamp 3, the lampshade of the luminescent lamp 3 can be broken, so that the luminescent lamp 3 cannot work normally, and even the electric leakage is possible. After the transparent cover 7 is added, the light-emitting lamp 3 can not be in direct contact with clothes any more, and waterproof treatment is easier to be carried out, so that the aim of killing two birds with one stone is fulfilled.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2a, in one possible embodiment, a storage battery (not shown) and a circuit board (not shown) may be further disposed on the pulsator washing machine, the storage battery and the circuit board are fixed on the output shaft 1 or the rotating member 2, the power supply module 4 is electrically connected to the storage battery, the storage battery is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the circuit board is electrically connected to the light emitting lamp 3.
The setting mode has the advantages that: through the arrangement of the storage battery, the electric energy generated by the power supply module 4 can be stored, and the condition that the light-emitting lamp 3 in the washing machine stops lighting immediately after the washing machine stops is avoided. Through the setting of circuit board, make the user can control switch or luminance etc. of luminescent light 3, furthermore, luminescent light 3 is not only certainly not limited to the light (for example LED lamp, incandescent lamp etc.), can also be other functional lamp, for example sterilamp etc. through ultraviolet germicidal lamp and light mix together, make the user can selectively throw light on, disinfect or go on simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 2a, 2b, 4a and 4b, in one possible embodiment, the light emitting lamp 3 is electrically connected with the first connecting member 5, the power supply module 4 is electrically connected with the second connecting member 6, and the electrical connection manner of the power connection line 45 can be replaced by the form of plugging the first connecting member 5 and the second connecting member 6 to electrically connect the light emitting lamp 3 with the power supply module 4. Further, as shown in fig. 4a, the first connection member 5 is a pin and correspondingly the second connection member 6 is a pin connection terminal, but of course, since the first connection member 5 and the second connection member 6 only need to be electrically connected, they can be interchanged, i.e. the first connection member 5 is a pin connection terminal and the second connection member 6 is a pin.
The setting mode has the advantages that: due to the existence of the power connection line 45, the power supply module 4 and the light emitting lamp 3 must be integrally installed, so that the installation difficulty is increased, the electric connection mode is set to be a plug-in mode, the electric connection mode can be processed respectively, and the electric connection mode only needs to be plugged together during installation. Moreover, the insertion can also ensure that the luminescent lamp 3 is rigidly connected with the power supply module 4, so that the fixation is firmer.
As shown in fig. 2a, 2b, 5a and 5b, in one possible embodiment, the light emitting lamp 3 is electrically connected with the first connecting member 5, the power supply module 4 is electrically connected with the second connecting member 6, and wireless power can be supplied between the first connecting member 5 and the second connecting member 6 to electrically connect the light emitting lamp 3 with the power supply module 4. Further, the first connection member 5 may be an electrical power receiving coil and correspondingly the second connection member 6 may be an electrical power transmitting coil, the electrical power receiving coil and the electrical power transmitting coil being electromagnetically inductively connected. Of course, since the wireless connection technology is applied in various forms at present, any method may be used as long as the power supply module 4 and the light emitting lamp 3 can be electrically connected, for example, the first connection member 5 is a power receiving coil + a capacitor, the second connection member 6 is a power transmitting coil + a capacitor, and the two are connected by magnetic resonance.
The setting mode has the advantages that: the wireless connection is the same as the plugging reason, the light-emitting lamp 3 and the power supply module 4 can be separated through the wireless connection, the connection distance can be adjusted within a proper range, the installation is more flexible, particularly, under the conditions that the number of lamps is large and the number of power supply connecting wires 45 is large, the wireless connection is simpler, and the risk that the power supply connecting wires 45 are disconnected due to long-term swinging is avoided.
The laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to a pulsator washing machine, and for the reader to more intuitively understand the structure of the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention when it is a drum washing machine, it is described generally with reference to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention when it is a drum washing machine.
The specific structures and connection manners of the light emitting lamp 3 and the power supply module 4 have been described in detail, and are not repeated, and the installation positions of the transparent casing (not shown in fig. 6) and the pulsator washing machine are also similar, that is, the transparent casing is fixed on the surface of the inner drum 22 close to the working area of the drum washing machine, and the installation position of the power supply module 4 in the drum washing machine is mainly described herein. The drum washing machine does not have the pulsator 21, the corresponding rotating component is the inner drum 22, and the power supply module 4 is arranged at the bottom of the drum in fig. 6 or on the output shaft 1. In addition, the power supply module 4 is disposed at a position as shown in fig. 6, and the power supply capability is stronger compared to the pulsator washing machine. Specifically, since the circular pipe 41 is vertically arranged, the permanent magnet 43 inside the circular pipe will sink to the bottom of the circular pipe 41 under the action of gravity, and when the circular pipe 41 rotates, the permanent magnet 43 can be always kept at the bottom of the circular pipe 41, and the relative movement of the permanent magnet 43 relative to the circular pipe 41 will be more, and thus more magnetic induction lines can be cut, and more electric energy can be generated. Therefore, when the power supply module 4 is arranged on the drum washing machine, the effect is better than that of the pulsator washing machine.
In addition, no matter the pulsator washing machine or the drum washing machine, the axis of the annular pipeline 41 does not need to coincide with the center line of the output shaft 1, and has a certain angle of eccentricity, even under the condition that the center line of the output shaft 1 does not pass through the annular pipeline 41, as long as the annular pipeline 41 can rotate or shake along with the output shaft 1 or the rotating component 2, the permanent magnet 43 can move relative to the output shaft to generate electric energy, and only the energy generated by the electric energy is different, and the preferred embodiment is that the center line of the power supply module 4 coincides with the center line of the output shaft 1.
In conclusion, the power supply module 4 can generate electric energy based on the movement of the output shaft 1 or the rotating part 2, so that the light-emitting lamp 3 generates light and electricity to illuminate the inside of the clothes treatment equipment, an external power supply is not needed, and the clothes treatment equipment is simple to install and low in processing cost. By arranging the pipe in a ring shape so that the pipe no longer has an end, the permanent magnet 43 can slide or roll freely inside without hitting the end causing energy loss. The design of the bracket 44 enables the installation to be simpler and more convenient, reduces the integral processing difficulty of parts, also improves the integral rigidity and ensures the service life. The cross section of the circular pipeline 41 is designed to be circular, and correspondingly, the permanent magnet 43 is spherical, so that the rolling connection friction force is smaller, the kinetic energy loss is less, and the power supply capacity of the power supply module 4 is stronger. By adding the transparent cover 7, the light emitting lamp 3 is not contacted with clothes, and the waterproof treatment is easier. Through the arrangement of the storage battery, the electric energy generated by the power supply module 4 can be stored, and the condition that the light-emitting lamp 3 in the washing machine stops lighting immediately after the washing machine stops is avoided. By the arrangement of the circuit board, the user can control the on/off or brightness of the light emitting lamp 3. The light emitting lamp 3 is an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and also enables the clothes treatment equipment to have self-sterilization capability. The electric connection mode of the luminescent lamp 3 and the power supply module 4 is set to be a plug-in mode or a wireless connection mode, so that the processing and the installation are more convenient.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principle of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the cross section of the annular duct 41 may have other shapes, such as a square, and the permanent magnet 43 is a quarter ring with a square cross section, and the two are connected slidably, or the shapes of the annular duct 41 and the permanent magnet 43 are not matched, as long as the impeller 21 rotates, the permanent magnet 43 can move relative to the annular duct 41 to cut the magnetic induction lines to generate electricity, without departing from the principle of the present invention, and thus, the present invention is within the protection scope of the present invention.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
