As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one possible embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus includes a driving device 1, a rotating part 2, a stationary part 3, a power supply module 4, and a light emitting lamp 5, taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, the rotating part 2 is a pulsator, and the stationary part 3 is an inner tub;
referring to fig. 2 and 4, the power supply module 4 includes a housing 41, and a first power generation assembly 42 and a second power generation assembly 43 disposed in the housing 41, the first power generation assembly 42 penetrating out of the housing 41 and fixedly connected with the stationary portion 3, the second power generation assembly 43 being fixed in the housing 41, the housing 41 being fixed to the rotating portion 2; as a preferred embodiment, the first power generation assembly 42 is a magnet 421, and the second power generation assembly 43 is a coil 431, accordingly, the light emitting lamp 5 is fixed to the rotating part 2, and the light emitting lamp 5 is electrically connected to the coil 431;
the output shaft 11 of the driving device 1 passes through the stationary part 3, the shell 41 and the magnet 421 and is fixedly connected with the rotating part 2, and drives the rotating part 2 to rotate, when the driving device 1 drives the rotating part 2 to rotate, the rotating part 2 drives the shell 41 and the coil 431 to rotate together, so that the coil 431 rotates relative to the magnet 421, and then the magnetic induction wire is cut to generate electric energy, so that the power is supplied to the light-emitting lamp 5, and the problem of difficult internal wiring of the washing machine is solved because additional circuit access is not needed. In addition, as can be known from fig. 1 and 2, the power supply module 4 of the present invention is installed at the power supply module installation position 6, the light-emitting lamp 5 is installed at the light-emitting lamp installation position 7, and the pulsator washing machine in the prior art is slightly modified, and the illumination can be realized based on the small modification of the large frame of the washing machine in the prior art, so that the production line for producing the washing machine does not need to be modified, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the present invention has more practical significance.
The laundry treating apparatus of the present invention will be further described with continued reference to fig. 1 to 6.
In one possible embodiment, the first power generating component 42 includes a plastic cylinder (in the inside of the structure of fig. 4, still not visible) and 12 permanent magnets embedded in the plastic cylinder, the permanent magnets are neodymium-iron-boron magnets and are uniformly distributed along the periphery of the plastic cylinder, the second power generating component 43 is coils 431, the coils 431 are 9 groups, the 9 groups of coils 431 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the inner side of the casing 41, and of course, the number of the permanent magnets and the coils 431 is not necessarily constant, and can be flexibly adjusted according to practical needs by those skilled in the art.
By providing a plurality of sets of permanent magnets and a plurality of sets of coils 431, the power generation capacity is stronger, and the electric energy supply is more sufficient.
In another possible embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, between the housing 41 and the magnet 421, between the magnet 421 and the output shaft 11, and between the output shaft 11 and the housing 41, due to the relative rotation, the sliding seal ring 44 or the bearing 45 may be provided for better rotation and sealing, or both may be provided together, and the bearing 45 alone may be more preferably a waterproof bearing.
By arranging the sliding seal ring 44 and the bearing 45, the inside of the power supply module 4 can be well ensured not to enter water, so that the safety of the clothes treatment equipment is increased, and of course, the sliding seal ring 44 and the bearing 45 are only schematically marked in the drawings, and specific details can be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs by a person skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6, the top of the housing 41 is further provided with a plurality of protruding cylinders 411, correspondingly, the bottom of the light-emitting lamp 5 is provided with a concave cylinder 51, the protruding cylinders 411 penetrate through the rotating part 2 and then are inserted into the concave cylinder 51, a sealing ring is added between the protruding cylinders 411, a power line is further provided in the protruding cylinders 411, and the coil 431 is electrically connected with the light-emitting lamp 5 through the power line, so that power is supplied to the light-emitting lamp 5.
This solution makes it easier to connect with the light 5 through the pulsator and the protruding cylinder 411 also acts to better fix the housing 41, reducing the play of the power supply module 4.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a fixing seat 46 is further disposed between the magnet 421 and the stationary portion 3, the fixing seat 46 is fixed on the stationary portion 3, and the first power generating component 42 is fixed on the fixing seat 46, in one embodiment in fig. 4, the fixing seat 46 may be fixed on the inner barrel by a screw, an octagonal prism hole is disposed in the inner barrel, correspondingly, an octagonal prism is disposed at the bottom of the magnet 421, and the prism is directly inserted into the hole to complete the mating fixation.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely for illustrating the principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure to apply the present invention to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principles of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, the first power generating component 42 and the second power generating component 43 may obviously be two opposite friction blocks, and electricity is generated through friction between the two friction blocks, and then led into the light emitting lamp 5, which do not deviate from the principle of the present invention, and therefore all fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the first power generating component 42 is a magnet 421, but the magnet 421 is obviously not limited to the combination of the plastic drum and the permanent magnet described above, and since the magnet 421 itself does not rotate relative to the washing machine, it can be an electromagnet or the like, and the plastic drum can have an alternative mounting structure, as long as it can generate a magnetic field for the coil 431 to cut the magnetic induction line, which does not deviate from the principle of the present invention, and therefore falls within the scope of the present invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the light emitting lamp 5 may be an illumination lamp such as an LED lamp, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp, or the like, or may be used for sterilization, or may be used in combination with the two, or may be used for switching functions, or may be other functional lamps, such as a mosquito repellent lamp, etc., which do not deviate from the principles of the present invention, and thus all fall within the scope of the present invention.
Finally, it should be noted that although the present invention has been described by taking a pulsator washing machine as an example, the laundry treatment apparatus of the present invention may obviously be other apparatuses. For example, a drum washing machine or the like may be adopted, and accordingly, the rotating part 2 is an inner drum, the stationary part 3 is an outer drum, and the fixing manner is similar to that of the pulsator washing machine, and the principle is the same, and the description is omitted.
It should be noted that, in the face of such a problem, the first requirement of the present invention is to arrange the wires on the outer periphery of the rotating part 2, however, if the wires are arranged near the outer periphery of the rotating part 2, more wires will be transferred to the vicinity of the rotating part 2 through the operation panel, and particularly in the case of the drum washing machine, the wires will be usually snapped onto the long-term stationary casing or outer tub outside the rotating part 2, which has no great influence in a short period of time. However, the washing machine belongs to an electronic product used for a long time, and has a long service life, the problem of the safety quality of a circuit of the washing machine cannot be solved by milli-horse tiger, under the working condition of long-term vibration, the buckle usually falls off, so that the electric wire cannot be completely attached to the outer side, once the rotating part 2 winds the circuit into rotation together, serious electric leakage accidents and even fire disaster can be caused, and in view of the fact, although the lighting of the rotating part 2 of the drum washing machine is necessary, a wiring method with higher safety performance is not yet available for a person skilled in the art for solving the problem due to the safety. In view of the fact that the light-emitting lamp 5 itself does not need much electric power to maintain brightness and the more wires are routed outside the rotating part 2, the higher the risk, the inventors creatively propose the above-mentioned solution to solve the power supply problem of the light-emitting lamp 5. Through multiple experiments, the inventor cuts the magnetic induction line through the coil 431 to generate electric energy which is enough to maintain the lighting use of the lighting lamp 5, and the method does not need to wire at the outer side of the rotating part 2, so that the problem that more wires are easily involved in the rotating part 2 is solved, the electric energy is saved, the problem that the electric connection between the rotating part and a stationary external power supply is difficult is avoided, and a new direction for solving the problem is provided for the internal lighting of the washing machine.
Thus far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent modifications and substitutions for related technical features may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications and substitutions will fall within the scope of the present invention.
