The chromium-free no-clean modified coating agent is used for surface pretreatment of aluminum materials and comprises the following components in parts by weight in 1000 parts: 5-50 parts of organic silicon modified acrylate resin, 2-20 parts of fluozirconic acid, 2-10 parts of hydrofluoric acid, 2-10 parts of tartaric acid and the balance of water. The film formed by the chromium-free no-clean modified coating agent has good corrosion resistance and strong adhesive force, and is particularly suitable for being used as a coating treatment bottom layer. When the water-saving type aluminum material soaking and spraying device is applied to aluminum material treatment, the device can be used in a soaking and spraying mode without water washing, water is greatly saved, inconvenience caused by water use is avoided, and the device is very convenient to use. The coating agent does not contain chromium ions and other heavy metals which damage the environment, and is a green energy-saving and environment-friendly product.
