The working principle is as follows:
the two adjusting screw rods are respectively connected with the sliding V-shaped iron, the four supporting rods are symmetrically distributed and connected with the fixed base and the guide sleeve, spring mounting holes are uniformly formed in the matching part of the pressing rod and the guide sleeve and the matching part of the pressing rod and the bushing in an angle of 120 degrees, the spring and the ball are mounted in the mounting holes in the pressing rod, and the pressing rod is mounted in the guide sleeve and can vertically slide. The distance between the two sliding V-shaped irons can be adjusted according to the overall dimension specification of the part to be assembled, the part is clamped, the independent operation and assembly of a bench worker are achieved, other operators are not needed to assist in compressing the part, and labor cost is reduced. After the bushing is assembled in a one-time alignment mode, one sliding V-shaped block is fixed, the other sliding V-shaped block is loosened, the part is disassembled, and when the bushing is assembled again, the part is matched with the fixed V-shaped sliding block, so that quick centering is achieved, and assembly is facilitated. The bush and the pressure lever are tightly supported and matched through the spring and the ball, so that the bush is prevented from being scratched.
The specific operation steps are as follows:
firstly, installing a bushing. And lifting the pressing rod, installing the bushing at the top end of the pressing rod, supporting the bushing by the spring and the ball, and fitting the bushing with a shaft shoulder or the top end surface of the pressing rod according to the size requirement to keep the end surface of the bushing horizontal. The spring and ball structure supports the lining to prevent the lining from being scratched.
And secondly, clamping the part. And adjusting the V-shaped sliding block and clamping the part.
Thirdly, preassembling. And adjusting the distance between the pressure rod provided with the bush and the part bush mounting hole, and adjusting the V-shaped sliding block to align the bush and the bush mounting hole.
And fourthly, assembling the bushing. And pressing the bushing according to the process requirement.
Fifthly, detaching the parts. And (5) after the assembly is finished, loosening one V-shaped sliding block, keeping the other V-shaped sliding block still, and dismounting the part. This allows for quick alignment of the parts during reassembly.

7. A method of fitter assembly of a liner, the method being performed by means of the apparatus of any of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:
lifting the pressure lever, mounting the bushing at the top end of the pressure lever, and supporting the bushing by a spring and a ball;
clamping a part, and adjusting the relative position of the part and the bush by adjusting the V-shaped slide block;
after the part is concentric with the bushing, the bushing is press-fitted.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
in the case of the need to continue to install the same parts, only one V-shaped slide is loosened while the other V-shaped slide is kept out of the understanding, and the parts are disassembled to avoid correction in the next installation.
