The product rotating device 20 includes a base 22, a transmission member 40 and a driving member 70. The transmission member 40 is connected to the base 22 and the driving member 70, and is configured to be connected to the at least one product 14, and drive the at least one product 14 to rotate under the driving of the driving member 70.
The base 22 includes two positioning plates 24 disposed at intervals and at least one fixing rod 26 fixedly connected between the two positioning plates 24. Specifically, the base 22 includes three fixing rods 26 connected between the two positioning plates 24. The base 22 further includes two fixing blocks 28, and the two fixing blocks 28 are fixed on two opposite sides of the two positioning plates 24. The at least one pair of positioning members 42 are rotatably fixed on the two positioning plates 24 and are disposed opposite to each other. Each pair of positioning members 42 is connected to both ends of one of the products 14 to position one of the products 14. In one embodiment, the product rotation device 20 includes a plurality of positioning members 42. A plurality of through holes 32 are formed in each positioning plate 24. Each of the positioning members 42 includes a fixed shaft 52. The two fixed shafts 52 of each two positioning members 42 are relatively and rotatably fixed in the two through holes 32 of the two positioning plates 24. The positioning pin 48 is fixed on the connecting rod 46 and is arranged in the sliding groove 58. The detent pin 48 can slide back and forth along the detent slot 58. The driving member 70 is slidably disposed in the receiving groove 30. One end of the driving element 70 is fixedly connected to the moving block 50, and is configured to drive the moving block 50 to move back and forth in a direction parallel to the connecting rod 46, so that the positioning pin 48 moves back and forth along the sliding groove 58 under the pushing of the moving block 50, and the connecting rod 46 is driven to drive the linkage rod 44, the positioning element 42, and the product 14 to rotate back and forth. In one embodiment, the chute 58 includes two ends, an upper end 57 and a lower end 59. In this way, the grinding wheel 12 may perform a deburring process on the upper surface and the side surface of the product 14. It will be appreciated that the angle of inclination and length of the chute 58 is determined by the desired angle of rotation of the product 14, and can be set according to the desired angle of rotation of the product 14.
The base 22 also includes at least a pair of stop blocks 34. The at least one pair of stoppers 34 are fixed to the two positioning plates 24. Each stopper 34 is located at one side of one positioning member 42, and a gap between each stopper 34 and an adjacent positioning shaft 54 is smaller than the width of the product 14, so as to prevent the product 14 from being separated from the positioning shaft 54 when the product 14 rotates to a horizontal position.
The product rotation device 20 further comprises at least one protection cover 60, and the at least one protection cover 60 covers the base 22, the at least one positioning element 42 and the driving element 70. The positioning member 42 and the driving member 70 are hidden between the protection cover 60 and the positioning plate 24.
