Durch die kombinierte Überlagerung der Schwenkbewegungen der Mittelachsen des Aufspannkörpers und der Schwenkmodule ist eine variable spanende Vierseitenbearbeitung und gleichzeitige Schrägbearbeitung der gespannten Werkstücke nach werkstückabhängig realisierten, hydraulisch betätigt realisierten Schwenk- und Schrägstellungen durchführbar. Diese Kolbenstange ist an ihren beiden Enden mit je einem Kolben13 der beiden entgegengerichtet, aber gleichachsig angeordneten einseitig beauflagten Hydraulik-Arbeitszylinder14 und15 funktions- und bewegungsverbunden. Die begrenzte Linearbewegung der Kolbenstange12 , durch einen der beiden Kolben13 eines beauflagten, mit Hydraulik-Drucköl betätigten Hydraulik-Arbeitszylinders14 oder15 aktiviert, führt dazu, dass der mit bewegte Halbzylinder-Aufnahmeschlitz11 den mit dem Halbzylinder-Hebelende10 im Eingriff befindlichen Hebel9 antreibt und damit die Schwenkscheibe8 um einen begrenzten Schwenkwinkel-Betrag bis ca. 30° verschwenkt. Dies ist im Ergebnis die realisierbare Schwenkbewegung jedes der entsprechend dimensionierten, einfach ausgebildeten beweglichen Schwenkmodule7 .In the3 and4 is the rotary actuator for the movement of a swivel module7 shown. Claims (1)
- Schwenkmodul-Kombination für gespannte Werkstücke, wobei gleiche oder gleichartige mit Werkstück-Auflageplatten (
