the image acquisition unit is arranged above the electric energy meter base, is aligned with the display surface of the tested electric energy meter and acquires an original image when the tested electric energy meter is displayed;
and the image processing and analyzing unit is used for extracting the characteristics of the original image, comparing the characteristics with the image characteristics displayed by the standard electric energy meter and outputting the detection result after comparison and identification.
