Steaming function:
in this mode, the adjusting collar 5 is continuously in the first state, when active exhaust is required, the hot air blower 3 is started, the exhaust valve 83 is opened, and active exhaust of steam is realized under the drive of the hot air fan blade 31. When active exhaust is not needed, the hot air blower 3 is closed, and the exhaust valve 83 is normally opened, so that normal exhaust of the steaming and baking integrated machine (for example, steaming steamed bread) is realized. After the steaming mode is finished, the hot air blower 3 is started to actively discharge steam, so that a user is prevented from pounding on the face by a large amount of steam after opening the door.
Therefore, in the steaming process, active discharge of steam is realized, and as the steam does not have secondary circulation in the liner 1, odor tainting of different foods can be effectively avoided, and in the active exhaust process, the steam is beaten on the hot air fan blade 31, so that self-cleaning of oil stains on the hot air fan blade 31 can be realized.

Claims (10)

1. A steaming and baking integrated machine comprises an inner container (1) and an air heater (3), wherein a hot air baffle (2) with an air inlet (21) and an air outlet (22) is arranged at the rear side of the inner container (1), the hot air baffle (2) and the back plate of the inner container (1) enclose a hot air chamber (20), the hot air fan blade (31) of the hot air blower (3) is installed in the hot air chamber (20), and the heating pipe (4) is installed around the hot air fan blade (31), it is characterized in that the outer periphery of the hot fan blade (31) is provided with an adjusting retainer ring (5), the adjusting retainer ring (5) is formed by at least two adjusting plates (51) arranged along the front and back direction and arranged along the circumferential direction, and each adjusting plate (51) is provided with a rotating shaft extending forwards and backwards and can synchronously rotate by taking the corresponding rotating shaft as a center respectively, and the adjusting retainer ring (5) is enabled to have at least the following two states: in a first state, two ends of each adjusting plate (51) are respectively spliced with corresponding ends of adjacent adjusting plates (51), and the adjusting retainer ring (5) forms a closed ring body; in the second state, both ends of each regulating plate (51) are respectively separated from the corresponding ends of the adjacent regulating plates (51).
