Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of nail manufacturing methods, in particular to a manufacturing method of a user-defined printed nail.
Background
Nail beauty is a process of disinfection, cleaning, nursing, maintenance, decoration and beautification of nails according to the hand shape, nail shape, skin and clothes color and requirements of guests.
The nail or false nail patch is decorated and dressed by means of colored drawing or patch, and the like, and is a widely used technological means in the existing nail art. The colored drawing mode can be made on site in a nail shop, a nail artist manually draws on a nail or a patch, various patterns can be DIY designed, but the colored drawing takes a long time. The ready-made nail paster printed with the colored drawing patterns can be directly purchased, the favorite colored drawing patterns are selected, and the paster is directly bonded on the nail, so that the method is convenient and quick, the pattern selection range of the existing nail paster is small, and the creativity is poor.
Generally, the pattern of colored drawing is simpler, and is difficult to satisfy the crowd who has higher requirements on the pattern. The pattern of the patch is fixed and cannot be made according to a preset idea.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a method for making a custom printed nail, which is used to solve the problems of simple colored drawing pattern, small selectable range of pattern and poor creation in the prior art. According to the invention, by combining pattern recognition processing and laser engraving, the artistic fingernails can be quickly made, and the nail beautifying efficiency is improved. The steel plate can be reused, so that the printing cost is saved.
In order to attain the above and other related objects,
the invention provides a manufacturing method of a user-defined printed nail, which comprises the following steps:
step one, recording a nail pattern into a database, performing pattern processing to identify the shape of the nail pattern, typesetting, and engraving the typeset pattern on a steel plate through a carving machine to obtain a carved steel plate for later use;
step two, coating nail-printing ink on the carving steel plate, scraping the nail-printing ink by using a scraping plate, and allowing the nail-printing ink to permeate into the pattern groove of the carving steel plate;
and step three, transferring the nail pattern to the nail through the soft silica gel seal, and then curing the nail pattern to obtain the self-defined printed nail.
Various patterns (self-timer head portrait or other photos) are recorded in advance, quick typesetting is carried out through a computer program, then the patterns are engraved on the surface of a steel plate through a laser engraving machine, then nail printing ink is brushed and the nail printing ink exceeding the patterns of the steel plate is scraped by a scraper, the self-defined patterns are obtained through drying and shaping, the self-defined patterns are transferred onto the nails through soft silica gel seals, the artistic nails can be quickly made, the nail art beautifying efficiency is improved, and the printing cost can be saved by repeatedly utilizing the steel plate.
The image is recorded into the computer through the image recording and recording module, the shape of the nail beautifying pattern is processed and identified through the image processing module in the computer, and the typesetting speed is high. The typeset shape is correspondingly carved through laser carving, the carving speed is high, and the whole time consumption is short.
The pattern formed by carving the pattern on the steel plate can be recycled, so that the printing cost can be saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the engraving machine in the first step is a laser engraving machine; the carving depth in the first step is 0.07-0.1 mm. The carving adopts laser carving, and the carving depth is shallow, so that the phenomenon that the pattern is too thick and is attached to the fingernail to be sharp is avoided.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the engraving depth in the first step is 0.08 mm.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the printing ink in the second step includes the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of butyl acetate, 5-10 parts of ethyl acetate, 30-40 parts of acrylate copolymer, 10-15 parts of nitrocellulose, 5-10 parts of acetyl tributyl citrate, 5-10 parts of denatured ethanol, 5-10 parts of isopropanol and 10-15 parts of selaLornium hectorite. The nail printing oil adopts the combination of resin and auxiliary agent, can realize good fluidity in normal temperature environment, adopts ultraviolet curing crosslinking in later period, and has better bonding effect with nail beautification. The anti-skinning agent, the anti-offset agent and the dispersing agent are all conventional additives.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the stamp head of the soft silicone stamp in step three is made of at least one of ethylene propylene rubber, ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber, epichlorohydrin rubber, and butyl rubber. The stamp head material of soft silica gel seal is softer, can not produce the mar to the printing pattern to can laminate the printing pattern and shift.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the curing in the third step is ultraviolet lamp or UV lamp curing. The nail printing oil adopts the combination of resin and auxiliary agent, can realize good fluidity in normal temperature environment, adopts ultraviolet curing crosslinking in later period, and has better bonding effect with nail beautification.
As mentioned above, the manufacturing method of the self-defined printed nail art of the invention has the following beneficial effects: various patterns (self-portrait or other photos) are recorded in advance, rapid typesetting is carried out through a computer program, then the patterns are engraved on the surface of a steel plate through a laser engraving machine, nail printing ink is coated on the engraved steel plate, the printing ink is strickleed off by a scraper and is made to permeate into pattern grooves of the engraved steel plate, and the self-defined patterns are transferred onto the nails through soft silica gel stamps, so that artistic nails can be rapidly made, the nail beautifying efficiency is improved, and the steel plate can be repeatedly utilized, thereby saving the printing cost.
