Description

Method for limiting speed of BUCPE (customer premises equipment) by utilizing broadband universal service management platform
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of PON (passive optical network), in particular to a method for limiting the speed of BUCPE (customer premise equipment) by utilizing a broadband universal service management platform.
Background
With the continuous popularization of domestic optical fiber bandwidth access users, particularly rural bandwidth, the number scale of users is continuously enlarged, the operation and maintenance cost is higher and higher, the management and maintenance of the traditional terminal users cannot meet the management requirements, and a simple and safe universal service standard is needed to meet the continuous increase of the scale of the broadband users. The technical requirement of the special fixed client equipment for the broadband universal service specifies a physical interface, a protocol interface, equipment functions, operation management and maintenance functions, performance requirements, other requirements and the like of the client equipment for an uplink interface of the broadband universal service fixed network, and the equipment can find the position information of the equipment when being electrified. The gateway device for generally serving home broadband access is called client device or BUCPE for short. The BUCPE refers to the ONU terminal which meets the requirements of a broadband universal service system. The BUCPE can obtain the geographical position information by a mobile phone which is provided with a special application program for broadband universal service, and can also send the geographical position information to the BUCPE which is upstream of the PON by the OLT. The BUCPE then communicates with the broadband pervasive service management platform via the D1 interface. The D1 interface is a communication interface between the reporting agent function module in the client device and the broadband universal service management platform. All sessions of the D1 interface are initiated by a reporting agent module in the client. Each session includes one or more request and response interactions. The request and response are both encapsulated in JSON-format messages and transported over the HTTP/1.1 protocol (see IETF RFC 2616).
In the traditional implementation requirements, only basic functions such as basic information reporting, position information reporting, download rate testing, network connectivity testing and the like are defined, and a speed limit function is not defined. In village engineering with wide broadband general service application, other network management platforms or charging systems are required to be deployed, and the purpose of limiting the speed of a user terminal is achieved by setting the speed limit for the BUCPE or limiting the speed according to user connection.

s2, judging whether the BUCPE needs to limit the speed or not, and when the BUCPE needs to limit the speed, the method specifically comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a broadband universal service management platform receives an 'Inform 0' message reported by BUCPE first information, the broadband universal service management platform obtains equipment geographic position information from a geographic information object contained in the 'Inform 0' message, speed limit configuration is searched from a region speed limit configuration table of the broadband universal service management platform according to the geographic position information reported by the BUCPE, and if the maximum value of the download speed of the BUCPE is larger than the region speed limit value, speed limit and a specific speed limit range are carried out on the BUCPE;
s3, on the basis that the original protocol frame is kept unchanged, the broadband universal service management platform expands the RPC method to add a speed limit request message CPEPortLimit and a speed limit request response message CPEPortLimitResponse, if the regional speed limit switch of the BUCPE is opened, the broadband universal service management platform automatically issues the speed limit request message CPEPortLimit to the BUCPE through the RPC method according to the speed limit configuration in the regional speed limit configuration table, the BUCPE performs speed limit reply after receiving the speed limit request message CPEPortLimit, returns the speed limit request response message CPEPortLimitResponse, feeds back the speed limit operation result in the speed limit reply message, and simultaneously the broadband universal service management platform automatically records the speed limit operation result;
s4, resetting the speed limit for BUCPE which does not set the speed limit or fails to set the speed limit periodically, which is specifically as follows: the broadband universal service management platform receives a 'download rate test task result' message specified by the BUCPE technical requirement, obtains the download rate test result of the BUCPE from a SiteSpeedResult object contained in the 'download rate test task result' message, and if the maximum download rate value in the download rate test task result is greater than the region speed limit value, the broadband universal service management platform automatically and again issues a request to the BUCPE speed limit value, namely, the step S3 is repeatedly executed;
and S5, after receiving the BUCPE periodic report message, the broadband universal service management platform judges whether the last speed-limiting operation of the BUCPE is successful according to the speed-limiting operation record of the BUCPE recorded in the step S3, and if the speed-limiting operation is not successful, the step S3 is repeated.
According to the scheme, the broadband universal service management platform is additionally provided with a regional speed limit configuration management interface and a speed limit result recording interface, wherein the regional speed limit configuration management interface is used for configuring a regional speed limit configuration table, and a regional longitude and latitude range is a group of longitude and latitude coordinates and is used for marking a specific range of a district of an administrative village; and the speed limit result recording interface is used for recording the execution result of the speed limit request message.
According to the scheme, in the steps S4 to S5, when the step S3 is repeatedly executed, the last issued speed limit configuration is used as the standard regardless of whether the previous speed limit configuration is not effective.

s1, maintenance personnel determine the speed limit values of different BUCPE according to the geographical information position of the BUCPE, configure the zone speed limit configuration table through the zone speed limit configuration management interface on the broadband universal service management platform, define the zones according to longitude and latitude and the area number, set the speed limit switch for each zone, and set different zone speed limit values (up and down speed) for the BUCPE under the zone for the zone where the speed limit switch is opened;
s2, judging whether the BUCPE needs to limit the speed or not, and when the BUCPE needs to limit the speed: when the broadband universal service management platform receives an 'Inform 0' message reported by BUCPE first information, the broadband universal service management platform acquires equipment geographic position information from a geographic information object contained in the 'Inform 0' message, searches for speed limit configuration from a region speed limit configuration table according to the geographic position information reported by BUCPE, and limits the speed and the specific speed limit range of the BUCPE if the maximum value of the download speed of the BUCPE is greater than the region speed limit value;
s3, the broadband universal service management platform uses an extended RPC method to issue speed limit setting to the BUCPE, and obtains the result of the speed limit setting from the BUCPE; if the regional speed limit switch to which the BUCPE belongs is opened, the broadband universal service management platform automatically sends a speed limit request message CPEPortLimit to the BUCPE according to the speed limit configuration in the regional speed limit configuration table (the related RPC method is a PEPORTLimit RPC method, the BUCPE carries out speed limit reply after receiving the speed limit request message CPEPortLimit, the speed limit reply message uses a speed limit request reply message CPEPortLimitResponse (the related RPC method is a CPEPortLimitResponse RPC method, and feeds back a speed limit operation result in the speed limit reply message, and simultaneously the broadband universal service management platform automatically records the speed limit operation result;
s4, periodically resetting the speed limit for BUCPE which is not set with the speed limit or fails to set with the speed limit by using the RPC method defined in the broadband universal service protocol: when the broadband universal service management platform receives a "download rate test task result" message specified by the BUCPE technical requirement (refer to the specification in item 6.8.8.1 in the "YDT 3059-2016 broadband universal service special fixed client device technical requirement"), the download rate test result of the BUCPE is obtained from a SiteSpeedResult object contained in the message, and if the maximum download rate value in the download rate test task result is greater than the regional speed limit value, the broadband universal service management platform automatically issues the speed limit request to the BUCPE again, namely, the step S3 is repeatedly executed; when the step S3 is repeatedly executed, the last issued speed limit configuration is used as the criterion regardless of whether the previous speed limit configuration is not effective;
and S5, after receiving the BUCPE periodic report message, the broadband universal service management platform judges whether the last speed-limiting operation of the BUCPE is successful according to the speed-limiting operation result of the BUCPE recorded in the step S3, and if the speed-limiting operation is not successful, the step S3 is repeated.
On the basis of keeping the original protocol framework unchanged, the invention adds a speed limit request message CPEPortLimit and a speed limit request response message CPEPortLimitResponse. After the BUCPE finishes the first information report, the broadband universal service management platform automatically initiates a speed limit request message CPEPortLimit to the BUCPE according to the geographical position-speed limit corresponding relation; the BUCPE replies a speed limit request response message CPEPortLimitResponse to the broadband universal service management platform to confirm whether the speed limit is successfully set; and periodically checking whether the speed limit is effective or not according to the broadband speed information acquisition function, and retransmitting the speed limit request if the speed exceeds the BUCPE set by the speed limit. The speed limit request message CPEPortLimit and the speed limit request response message CPEPortLimitResponse keep the original protocol framework unchanged, and only extend the protocol. See in particular tables 1 to 3 of the summary of the invention. Table 1 shows CPEPortLimit RPC method request attributes, which are used for a platform to initiate a speed limit request to the buppe; table 2 shows cpeportlimitresonse RPC method response attributes, which are used for speed limit requests of the buppe response platform; table 3 shows the speed limit request command and response of the CPEPortLimit and CPEPortLimit response methods, which are expressed by JSON.
It will be understood that modifications and variations can be made by persons skilled in the art in light of the above teachings and all such modifications and variations are intended to be included within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
