In the actual installation process, the other end of the conducting lead is electrically connected with the overhead conductor through a conducting wire clamp (for example, a parallel groove wire clamp or a J-shaped wire clamp in the prior art) or a conducting hook, and specifically, while the insulating rod lifts the support and the lightning protection component, the conducting wire clamp or the conducting hook is lifted together through a third insulating rod (the conducting wire clamp or the conducting hook is fixed on a clamp at the upper end of the third insulating rod); after the support is locked and fixed on the cross arm by the fastening bolt, the conductive wire clamp or the conductive hook is clamped on the overhead conductor or hung on the overhead conductor by the third insulating rod so as to realize the electric connection of the conductive lead and the overhead conductor.
The lightning arrester device of the embodiment is matched with a cross arm of an electric pole through a cross arm clamping groove on a support, and then the support is locked and fixed on the cross arm through a fastening bolt, although the lightning arrester device can be installed in a live-line mode by using an insulating rod operation method under the condition that the normal operation of an overhead line is not influenced; however, the problem that the bracket falls off due to the fact that the locking of the fastening bolt is not in place or the fastening bolt is loosened at the later stage is easily caused; in order to solve this problem, this scheme has set up locking anticreep device, and is specific:
as shown in fig. 3, in the process of installing the lightning arrester device convenient to install by using the insulating rod operation method, when the insulating rod lifts the bracket and the lightning protection component, the notch of the cross arm clamping groove faces the cross arm of the electric pole, and the cross arm clamping groove is moved towards the cross arm, so that the cross arm is inserted into the cross arm clamping groove, the cross arm is abutted against the transverse push plate, and the transverse push plate is moved towards the side connecting plate direction by overcoming the acting force of the second compression spring, so that the transverse baffle plate and the transverse baffle rod are driven to move together, the transverse baffle plate is staggered with the floating pressure plate, and the transverse baffle rod is separated from the limit hole; when the transverse baffle is staggered with the floating pressure plate, the floating pressure plate moves upwards under the action of the first compression spring to abut against the cross arm; when the transverse stop lever is separated from the limiting hole, the vertical limiting plug is inserted under the action of self weight and falls down, the self weight plug board limiting block is abutted against the upper surface of the top board, and at the moment, the vertical limiting plug board is used for preventing the cross arm from moving out of the notch of the cross arm clamping groove; then, the insulating rod drives the bracket to move, so that the cross arm is abutted against the vertical limiting inserting plate, and in the process, the transverse push plate moves towards the vertical limiting inserting plate under the action of the second compression spring, so that the second wedging block on the transverse baffle is in wedged fit with the first wedging block on the floating pressing plate, and the cross arm is reliably pressed between the top plate and the floating pressing plate; then, a fastening bolt on the bracket is locked through another insulating rod with a nut sleeve at the upper end to fix the bracket on the cross arm; therefore, even if the locking bolt is not locked in place or the locking bolt is loosened at the later stage, on one hand, the cross arm can be reliably pressed between the top plate and the floating pressure plate through the wedging fit of the second wedging block and the first wedging block on the floating pressure plate, so that the cross arm is prevented from loosening and falling off; on the other hand, vertical spacing picture peg can prevent that the cross arm from shifting out by the notch of cross arm draw-in groove to through duplicate protection, the problem of avoiding appearing the support and droing is imitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the lightning protection assembly 5 further includes a lower fixing plate 5.5 fixed at an upper end of the lightning protector, an upper fixing plate 5.6 located above the lower fixing plate, and a support rod 5.7 connecting the lower fixing plate and the upper fixing plate, wherein the upper conductive head is mounted on the upper fixing plate. At least one of the lower fixing plate and the upper fixing plate is an insulating plate, for example, the lower fixing plate is an insulating plate, or the upper fixing plate is an insulating plate, or both the lower fixing plate and the upper fixing plate are insulating plates.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, when the upper wedging inclined plane and the lower wedging inclined plane are in wedging fit, the inclination angle of the upper wedging inclined plane is smaller than the equivalent friction angle between the upper wedging inclined plane and the lower wedging inclined plane. Therefore, the second wedging block on the transverse baffle is in wedging fit with the first wedging block on the floating pressure plate, so that after the cross arm is reliably pressed between the top plate and the floating pressure plate, the effect of locking the floating pressure plate can be achieved, and the cross arm is further reliably pressed between the top plate and the floating pressure plate. In this embodiment, the inclination angle of the upper wedging inclined plane is the same as that of the lower wedging inclined plane, and the inclination angle of the upper wedging inclined plane is smaller than 10, specifically, the inclination angle of the upper wedging inclined plane is 5 degrees or 8 degrees or 10 degrees.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the top plate 1.1 is an elongated plate. The vertical guiding hole is close to the first end of the upper mounting plate, the lightning arrester is fixed on the top plate through a bolt, and the lightning arrester is close to the second end of the top plate.
The notch of the cross arm clamping groove 2 faces the lightning arrester. So, moving the cross arm draw-in groove toward the cross arm, making the cross arm insert the in-process in the cross arm draw-in groove, can make the upper surface of cross arm support on the lower surface of roof, then, moving the cross arm draw-in groove toward the cross arm, making the in-process that the cross arm inserted the cross arm draw-in groove to in-process in actual operation.
Furthermore, the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plates are of an integrally bending structure. Thus being convenient for practical processing and manufacturing.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and all simple modifications, alterations and equivalents of the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention are still within the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
