the forward side layer 5 is knitted by fourth yarns 14 in the 2 nd, 6 th, 10 th, 14 th, 16 th, 20 th and 24 th rows to form a surface layer 5 and the surface layer 5 is knitted by tightly hanging meshes alternately;
the return bottom layer 3 is knitted by a first yarn 11, a second yarn 12 and a third yarn 13 in the full needle bottom knitting of the 3 rd, 7 th, 11 th, 15 th, 19 th, 23 th and 27 th rows;
the back-run surface layer 5 is knitted by fourth yarns 14 in the 4 th, 8 th, 12 th, 16 th, 20 th, 24 th and 28 th rows to form a surface layer 5 and the surface layer 5 is tightly hung and alternately knitted;
the ironing step is to iron the knitted vamp;
and the air cooling step is to carry out air cooling on the finished vamp to form a finished vamp product.

Claims (9)

1. A knitted vamp with invisible texture is characterized by comprising a knitted vamp body and the invisible texture arranged in the knitted vamp body;
the knitted vamp body comprises a plurality of first yarns, a plurality of second yarns, a plurality of third yarns and a plurality of fourth yarns, the plurality of first yarns are interwoven to form a lower bottom layer, the plurality of second yarns and the plurality of third yarns are all interwoven with the top end of the lower bottom layer to form an upper bottom layer, the upper bottom layer and the lower bottom layer form a bottom layer together, the plurality of fourth yarns are interwoven with the plurality of first yarns, the plurality of second yarns and the plurality of third yarns at the top end of the bottom layer to form a surface layer, the plurality of first yarns, the plurality of second yarns and the plurality of third yarns form a middle layer between the surface layer and the bottom layer in a floating line mode, and the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer form the knitted vamp body together;
a plurality of apparent grain tissues communicated with the middle layer are arranged on the surface layer;
the invisible texture comprises a plurality of exposed textures and hidden textures, the exposed textures are that the first yarns are exposed above the upper bottom layer, and the hidden textures are that the first yarns are hidden below the upper bottom layer.
2. The knitted upper with invisible grain structure of claim 1, wherein the exposed structures are different in size and shape, and the hidden structures are different in size and shape.
3. The knitted upper with invisible texturing of claim 1, wherein the color of the first yarn is not the same as the color of the second and third yarns.
4. The knitted upper with invisible texturing of claim 1, wherein the color of the first yarn is not the same as the color of the fourth yarn.
5. The knitted upper with the invisible texture according to claim 1, wherein the knitted upper body is integrally knitted with the invisible texture.
6. The knitted upper with the invisible texture of claim 1, wherein the first yarn and the fourth yarn are both polyester high stretch yarns, and the second yarn and the third yarn are both polyester low stretch yarn covered with spandex.
7. A method for manufacturing the knitted vamp with the invisible texture as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising a knitting preparation step, a knitting step, a ironing step and an air cooling step;
the preparation step of weaving is to select weaving materials according to the technological requirements of the pattern and style of the vamp;
the knitting step is to introduce a corresponding knitting program into a knitting machine, input corresponding parameters and knit the vamp, the knitting step comprises a left knitting step and a back knitting step, the left knitting step comprises a left bottom knitting step and a left surface knitting step, and the back knitting step comprises a back bottom knitting step and a back surface knitting step;
the forward bottom layer knitting is performed by knitting a first yarn at the needle-separating bottom on the 1 st, 9 th, 17 th, 25 th, 33 th, 41 th and 49 th rows, knitting a second yarn at the needle-separating bottom on the 2 nd, 10 th, 18 th, 26 th, 34 th, 42 th and 50 th rows, and knitting a third yarn at the needle-separating bottom on the 3 rd, 11 th, 19 th, 27 th, 35 th, 43 th and 51 th rows;
the front layer weaving is that the fourth yarn is used for carrying out surface layer weaving and surface layer tight hanging mesh alternating weaving on the 4 th row, the 12 th row, the 20 th row, the 28 th row, the 36 th row, the 44 th row and the 52 th row;
the return bottom layer knitting is performed by knitting the first yarns at the needle separating bottom in the 5 th, 13 th, 21 st, 29 th, 37 th, 45 th and 53 th rows, knitting the second yarns at the needle separating bottom in the 6 th, 14 th, 22 th, 30 th, 38 th, 46 th and 54 th rows, and knitting the third yarns at the needle separating bottom in the 7 th, 15 th, 23 th, 31 th, 39 th, 47 th and 55 th rows;
the back-stroke surface layer is woven by fourth yarns in the 8 th, 16 th, 24 th, 32 th, 40 th, 48 th and 56 th rows in a surface layer weaving mode and a surface layer tight hanging mesh weaving mode alternately;
the ironing step is to iron the knitted vamp;
and the air cooling step is to air cool the finished vamp to form a finished vamp product.

The method of forming a knitted upper with invisible grain texture of claim 9, wherein the second yarn in the back-run bottom layer knitting is knitted with a bottom suspension mesh in the 9 th column of the 2 nd row, the 5 th and 9 th columns of the 10 th row, the 5 th and 13 th columns of the 18 th row, the 1 st and 13 th columns of the 26 th row, the 1 st and 13 th columns of the 34 th row, the 5 th and 13 th columns of the 42 th row and the 5 th and 9 th columns of the 50 th row, and the second yarn in the back-run bottom layer knitting is knitted with a bottom suspension mesh in the 7 th column of the 6 th row, the 11 th column of the 14 th row, the 3 rd column of the 22 th row, the 3 rd column of the 38 th row, the 11 th column of the 46 th row and the 7 th column of the 54 th row.
