Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of food packaging, in particular to an easy cover film of a packaging paper container and a heat sealing layer thereof.
Background
The food packaging paper containers on the market are widely used at present, such as: the instant noodles, vermicelli, rice, biscuit, ice cream, etc. have heat sealing layer and are heat sealed with paper container. However, because the heat-sealing layer of the container cover is mostly made of PE, and the outer layer of the paper container is also compounded with a film layer made of PE, the PE of the container cover and the PE of the paper container can be dissolved after heat sealing, although the sealing effect is good, the container cover can be torn off only by spending a large amount of force during use, the instantaneous tearing force needs to be more than 15N, and the tearing is very difficult; simultaneously because the PE of container lid and paper container has dissolved mutually, can destroy the PE rete of paper container when tearing the container lid, lead to the ply of paper container to appear the wire drawing fibre phenomenon, not only destroyed the pleasing to the eye degree of paper container, in addition to adding water back in the paper container, owing to not having the blockking of PE rete, water can get into the ply, lead to the ply border of people's oral cavity direct contact destruction and glue the wastepaper, the potential safety hazard is very big.

Preferably, the preparation method of the heat sealing layer comprises the following steps: and mixing and stirring the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the high-density polyethylene and the polypropylene uniformly according to a ratio, heating and melting, and extruding together to obtain the heat sealing layer.
It is a second object of the present invention to provide an easy lidding film incorporating the above heat-sealable layer.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an easy lidding film for a wrapper container, comprising a paper layer and a heat-sealing layer as described above laminated to the paper layer.
Preferably, the paper comprises an aluminum layer compounded between the paper layer and the heat sealing layer and a PE layer compounded between the aluminum layer and the paper layer.
Further preferably, the aluminum layer is an aluminum foil layer or an aluminum-plated film layer.
It is a third object of the present invention to provide another easy lidding film which incorporates the above-described heat-sealable layer.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
an easy lidding film for a wrapper container, comprising a PET layer, a heat-sealable layer according to any of claims 1 to 3 laminated to said PET layer.
Preferably, the paper layer is compounded between the PET layer and the heat sealing layer.
Further preferably, the paper comprises an aluminum layer compounded between the paper layer and the heat sealing layer and a PE layer compounded between the aluminum layer and the paper layer.
Still further preferably, the aluminum layer is an aluminum foil layer or an aluminum-plated film layer.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the heat sealing layer is formed by mixing ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene, and the prepared heat sealing layer is easier to heat seal with a paper container and cannot be dissolved with PE (polyethylene) on the outer layer of the paper container while the sealing property is ensured by matching the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the high-density polyethylene; and the addition of the polypropylene can further ensure the easy property of the heat-sealing layer, so that the prepared easy cover film is easier to uncover and is convenient to use.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by combining the attached drawings.
The invention relates to the improvement to the cover film of the packing paper container, has proposed a kind of heat-seal layer, this heat-seal layer is mixed by ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, high density polyethylene and polypropylene, through the cooperation of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and high density polyethylene, make the heat-seal layer made more apt to heat-seal with the paper container and will not dissolve with PE of the outer layer of paper container while guaranteeing the leakproofness; and the addition of the polypropylene can further ensure the easy property of the heat sealing layer, so that the heat sealing layer is easier to uncover and is convenient to use.
Specifically, the heat-sealing layer comprises 20-35% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40-60% of high-density polyethylene and 15-30% of polypropylene by mass percent, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, high-density polyethylene and polypropylene uniformly according to a proportion, heating and melting, and extruding together to obtain the heat-sealing layer.
The heat-sealing layer prepared by mixing, melting and extruding the three materials is low in heat-sealing temperature, good in sealing effect and free from dissolving with the PE layer on the paper container, and is easy to uncover when in use.
Through simulation, the easy cover film of this example only needs 5-7N to tear, and is very labor-saving.
Example 1
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, one of the easy lidding films of a packaging paper container using the above heat-seal layer includes a paper layer 1 and the above heat-seal layer 2 laminated on the paper layer 1. The easy cover film has good heat sealing effect and is easy to uncover when in use, and the easy cover film can be put into a microwave oven for use because of not containing an aluminum layer.
Example 2
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, if necessary, an aluminum layer 3 may be laminated between the paper layer 1 and the heat seal layer 2 of the easy lidding film of embodiment 1, and the aluminum layer 3 may be an aluminum foil layer or an aluminum-plated film layer, and is adhesively laminated with the paper layer 1 by using a PE layer 4. Although the aluminum layer 3 is added in this way and cannot be used in a microwave oven, the aluminum layer 3 ensures heat retaining property of the -coated film.
Example 3
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, another easy cover film of a packaging paper container using the above heat seal layer comprises a PET layer 5 and the above heat seal layer 2 compounded on the PET layer 5. This easy epiphragma utilizes PET layer 5 to replace ply 1, and not only the fastness is better, has the heat-seal effectual, when using advantage such as uncovering easily, can putting into microwave oven and use moreover.
Example 4
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the paper layer 1 may be laminated between the PET layer 5 and the heat seal layer 2 of the easy lidding film of embodiment 3, as required, so that the easy lidding film can have both the advantages of the paper layer 1 and the advantages of the PET layer 5, and the application range is wider.
Example 5
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, an aluminum layer 3 may be further laminated between the paper layer 1 and the heat seal layer 2 of the easy lidding film of embodiment 4, and the aluminum layer 3 may be an aluminum foil layer or an aluminum-plated film layer, and is adhesively laminated with the paper layer 1 by using the PE layer 4. Although the aluminum layer 3 is added in this way and cannot be used in a microwave oven, the aluminum layer 3 ensures heat retaining property of the -coated film.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical idea and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered in the scope of the present invention.
