When the first driving part 22 drives the two pressing pieces 21 to descend along the vertical direction and press the terminals placed in the first contour groove, in order to make the two pressing pieces 21 and the second positioning mechanism 3 together form the groove wall of the second contour groove, in this embodiment, the second positioning mechanism 3 includes a positioning plate 31 and a third driving part 32, the positioning plate 31 extends along or deviates from the first direction, and the third driving part 32 is configured to drive the positioning plate 31 to move along or deviate from the first direction so as to form the second contour groove together with the two pressing pieces 21. The welding tool according to claim 3, characterized in that the clamping mechanism (4) is located on one side of the carrier (1) along a second direction in the horizontal plane, the second direction being perpendicular to the first direction, the clamping mechanism (4) comprising two clamping members (41), the two clamping members (41) being located on either side of the wire harness and being movable towards the wire harness to clamp and fix the wire harness.
8. The welding tool according to claim 7, further comprising a limiting mechanism (5), wherein the limiting mechanism (5) is located on the other side of the stage (1) along the second direction in the horizontal plane, and wherein the limiting mechanism (5) is configured to limit the terminal from moving along the second direction in the horizontal plane.
9. The welding tool according to claim 3, further comprising a base plate, wherein the carrier (1) is detachably mounted on the base plate;
the two pressing pieces (21) respectively comprise a pressing head (211) and a mounting block (212), and the pressing heads (211) are detachably mounted on the mounting blocks (212).
10. The welding tool according to claim 3, wherein the first positioning mechanism (2) further comprises:
a first buffer part (25), wherein the first buffer part (25) is connected below the lifting plate (23); and
the lifting plate (23) is provided with a second stop block (232), and the second stop block (232) is positioned on a moving path of the second buffer part (26).
