As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the massage head assembly 100 further includes a second massage head 20, a side of the second massage head 20 facing the human body is provided with a second massage surface 221, the second massage surface 221 is an elastic massage surface or a flexible massage surface, and the second massage head 20 is detachably mounted on the housing 11. The first massage head 10 has a massage function, the second massage head 20 also has a massage function, the second massage head 20 can be one or more types, and different parts of the human body can be adapted by changing different second massage heads 20, so as to meet the targeted massage demands of different positions.
Thus, when the heat exchange member 12 needs to be cooled or heated, the second massage head 20 is detached, and the user can use the first massage head 10 to perform cold compress or hot compress; when the user needs to use the massage function of the second massage head 20, the second massage head 20 is mounted on the first massage head 10 to perform massage.
In order to protect the massage portion of the human body, in some cases, the second massage head 20 is made of soft materials, such as foam, rubber or silica gel, which has poor thermal conductivity, if the heat exchange member 12 is started when the second massage head 20 is mounted on the first massage head 10, the heat transfer efficiency from the heat on the first massage head 10 to the second massage head 20 is very low, that is, the second massage head 20 cannot have the effects of cold compress and hot compress, and the energy is wasted when the heat exchange member 12 is started. Also, the heat generated by the heat exchange member 12 cannot be effectively dissipated, which may cause the temperature in the first massage head 10 to be too high, thereby possibly damaging the circuit inside the fascia gun SS.
Thus, the massage head assembly 100 further includes: and a position detecting device, which is arranged between the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 or on the first massage head 10, and is used for detecting whether the second massage head 20 is mounted on the first massage head 10, and when the position detecting device detects that the second massage head 20 is mounted on the first massage head 10, the heat exchanging piece 12 stops working. Whether the first massage head 10 is connected with the second massage head 20 or not is judged by the position detection device, so that the heat exchange piece 12 can be prevented from continuously working after the second massage head 20 is sleeved on the first massage head 10, and damage to a circuit of the heat exchange piece 12 can be avoided. That is, when the position detecting device detects that the second massaging head 20 is mounted on the first massaging head 10, the heat exchanging member 12 stops working, so that the heat exchanging member 12 can be prevented from continuing to work.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the position detecting apparatus includes: the position sensor 15 and the magnetic part, the position sensor 15 sets up in shell 11, and the magnetic part sets up in second massage head 20, and when second massage head 20 is installed on first massage head 10, the position sensor 15 detects the magnetic part and the signal that is used for controlling heat transfer piece 12 stop work of output. That is, the position detecting device includes: the position sensor 15 and the magnetic part are arranged in the second massage head 20, and the position sensor 15 and the magnetic part are used for detecting whether the second massage head 20 is sleeved on the first massage head 10 or not so as to prevent the second massage head 20 sleeved on the first massage head 10 from continuing to heat after reciprocating movement, so that damage to a circuit of the heat exchange part 12 is avoided. The position sensor 15 is a hall sensor, that is, the hall sensor may output a signal for controlling the heat exchange member 12 to stop operating.
As shown in fig. 2, the heat exchange member 12 and the position sensor 15 are disposed in the mounting chamber, and the position sensor 15 is disposed on a side of the heat exchange member 12 facing away from the first massage surface 1111. By such arrangement, the heat exchange member 12 can be more close to the first massage surface 1111, heat exchange between the heat exchange member 12 and the first massage surface 1111 is facilitated, and wiring can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 4, the second massaging head 20 is formed with a receiving groove 211, and at least a part of the housing 11 is received in the receiving groove 211. By the arrangement, the second massage head 20 and the shell 11 can be conveniently connected and fixed, and meanwhile, a part of the shell 11 exposed outside the second massage head 20 can be conveniently cooled, so that the heat of the first massage head 10 can not be dissipated. Of course, the whole of the housing 11 may be accommodated in the accommodating groove 211, so that the connection between the second massaging head 20 and the housing 11 is more stable, and the second massaging head 20 is not arbitrarily separated from the first massaging head 10.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first portion of the top cover 111 is located inside the receiving groove 211, and the second portion is located outside the receiving groove 211, and the height of the first portion is greater than the height of the second portion. Thus, the second portion exposed outside the second massaging head 20 can facilitate heat dissipation of the housing 11 while ensuring the connection strength between the second massaging head 20 and the housing 11. Moreover, the second massaging head 20 does not fully wrap the first massaging head 10, so that the end face of the second massaging head 20 forms a step in the circumferential direction of the first massaging head 10, and the step can provide a force application point for the disassembly of the second massaging head 20, thereby being convenient for the disassembly of the second massaging head 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the second massaging head 20 includes: a mounting cover 21 and a massage part 22, the massage part 22 is provided on the mounting cover 21, and the massage part 22 is a flexible or elastic massage part, and the mounting cover 21 is formed with a receiving groove 211. The second massage head 20 is divided into a mounting cover 21 and a massage part 22, and the massage part 22 is a flexible or elastic massage part, so that the second massage head 20 is comfortable when the massage part 22 contacts with the skin of the human body during massage. Further, the receiving groove 211 is formed on the mounting cover 21 to facilitate mounting the second massaging head 20 on the first massaging head 10.
In addition, the second massage head 20 may be directly a soft rubber sleeve, so that the second massage head 20 may be directly connected to the first massage head 10 through elastic deformation, and the soft rubber sleeve is more comfortable when the massage part 22 contacts with the skin of the human body during massage. The second massage head 20 is provided with different forms and different hardness to adapt to different massage positions.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the outer circumference of the mounting cover 21 is formed with one of the positioning projections 212 and the positioning grooves 222, the massage part 22 is formed with the other of the positioning projections 212 and the positioning grooves 222, the positioning projections 212 and the positioning grooves 222 are mated, and the mounting cover 21 and the massage part 22 are molded as one body. By the arrangement, when the mounting cover 21 and the massage part 22 are integrally formed, a stable connecting structure can be formed between the mounting cover 21 and the massage part 22, so that the mounting cover 21 and the massage part 22 are prevented from being separated when the second massage head 20 stretches and moves.
Further, the receiving groove 211 is a truncated cone-shaped groove, and a large end of the cone-shaped groove faces the housing 11. As shown in fig. 2-4, the first limiting portion 1114 is one of a limiting protrusion and a limiting groove, and the second limiting portion 213 is the other of the limiting protrusion and the limiting groove. For example, a plurality of limiting protrusions are disposed on an inner surface of one end of the second massaging head 20 facing the first massaging head 10, and a limiting groove structure corresponding to the plurality of limiting protrusions is disposed on an outer surface of the first massaging head 10. Specifically, an annular limiting groove is formed on the outer periphery of the top cover 111 to form a first limiting portion 1114, an arc-shaped and strip-shaped limiting protrusion protruding towards the inner side is formed on the inner periphery of the accommodating groove 211 to form a second limiting portion 213, a plurality of limiting protrusions are formed, and the plurality of limiting protrusions are in limiting fit with the limiting groove. The inner side of the accommodating groove 211 is formed with a plurality of limit protrusions, and the limit protrusions are in limit fit with the limit grooves, so that the force required for pulling and inserting between the second massage head 20 and the first massage head 10 is reduced while the connection strength is ensured by the limit protrusions and the limit grooves.
Of course, the outer circumference of the housing 11 is formed with an external thread, and the inner circumference of the receiving groove 211 is formed with an internal thread, and the external thread is engaged with the internal thread. The shell 11 is in threaded connection with the accommodating groove 211, so that the connection between the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 is tight, and the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 cannot be easily separated from each other when the massage head assembly 100 moves in a telescopic manner, so that the installation reliability of the second massage head 20 can be ensured.
Alternatively, the housing 11 is provided with a first magnetic attraction member, and the accommodating groove 211 is provided with a second magnetic attraction member, and the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are magnetically attracted. By means of the arrangement, the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 can be magnetically attracted together through the magnetic attraction fit between the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece, so that the connection fit between the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 is achieved.
The first magnetic attraction piece can be one of a magnet and an iron piece, and the second magnetic attraction piece can be one of a magnet and an electromagnetic piece. Therefore, the iron piece can be mutually attracted with one of the magnet or the electromagnetic piece, and of course, the magnet can be mutually attracted with the magnet, the electromagnetic piece can be mutually attracted with the electromagnetic piece or the magnet and the electromagnetic piece. Therefore, the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece can be used for realizing magnetic attraction between the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece.
Or still, form the elasticity buckle and connect between second massage head 20 and the first massage head 10, so, elasticity buckle joint strength is high, can make the connection between second massage head 20 and the first massage head 10 relatively stable. And, can also form the elastic interference to connect between first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20, the same joint strength of elastic interference is high, can make the connection between first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 relatively stable too.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first massage surface 1111 may be a plane or a sphere or an arc surface, and the second massage surface 221 may be a sphere or an arc surface. Setting the first massage surface 1111 to be a plane or a sphere or an arc surface can facilitate connection between the first massage head 10 and the second massage head 20 and enhance massage comfort when the first massage head 10 massages a human body. Further, setting the second massaging surface 221 to be a spherical surface or an arc surface can make the second massaging surface 221 more comfortable in massaging.
In addition, the second massaging head 20 is provided with heat radiation holes at positions corresponding to the first massaging surface 1111. By providing the heat dissipation holes on the first massage face 1111, the heat dissipation holes can be used for transferring the heat of the heat exchange member 12, so that the first massage head 10 can perform better cold or hot compress on the human body.
In some embodiments, the second massaging head 20 is also provided with a heat dissipation hole at a position corresponding to the first massaging head 10. When the heat exchange member 12 is a heating sheet and a resistance wire, the heat exchange member 12 can generate heat, and thus the hot compress effect of the first massage head 10 can be achieved. When the semiconductor sheet of the heat exchange member 12 flows with current in different directions, a hot compress or cold compress effect can be generated, thereby meeting different use demands of users.
The fascia gun S according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, includes: the shell 200, the drive assembly, the power supply assembly and the massage head assembly 100, the drive assembly is arranged in the shell 200, the power supply assembly is electrically connected with the drive assembly, the connecting part 1122b is connected with the drive assembly, and the electric connecting piece 13 is used for electrically connecting the heat exchange piece 12 with the power supply assembly.
That is, providing the above-described massage head assembly 100 on the fascia gun S can facilitate replacement of the fascia gun S with a different second massage head 20 or use of the first massage head 10 alone. Wherein, the electric connector 13 is electrically connected with the power supply assembly, and the connecting portion 1122b is in transmission connection with the driving assembly.
In addition, an electrical connector 13 is connected between the heat exchange member 12 and the power supply assembly, and the electrical connector 13 is a connecting wire and is bent in the casing 200 to leave a movable allowance. That is, the electric connection member 13 of the heat exchange member 12 is electrically connected to the power supply assembly in the fascia gun S, and the electric connection member 13 has a movable margin for the driving assembly to reciprocate, so that the electric connection with the heat exchange member 12 can be always formed when the driving assembly reciprocates.
Further, the electrical connector 13 is a connection wire and is bent inside the casing 200 to leave a play margin, i.e., the bent connection wire can move together with the massage head assembly 100 when the massage head assembly 100 reciprocates. Alternatively, the electrical connection member 13 may be a spring wire, so as to leave a margin of movement, that is, the spring wire may be stretched when the massage head assembly 100 reciprocates and the spring wire may be stretched when being stressed, so that a stable electrical connection between the electrical connection member 13 and the heat exchange member 12 may be achieved.
The driving assembly comprises a piston and an electric connector, the electric connector is arranged on the piston, the connecting portion 1122b is detachably connected with the piston, and the electric connector 13 and the electric connector form separable electric connection, so that the power supply assembly can supply power to the heat exchange member 12, and the function of the heat exchange member 12 can be realized. In addition, the power receiving piece and the power supply assembly form telescopic electric connection, so that the stability of electric connection between the power supply assembly and the power receiving piece can be improved.

1. A massage head assembly, wherein the massage head assembly is applied to a fascia gun, the massage head assembly comprising a first massage head;
the first massage head includes:
the fascia gun comprises a shell, wherein two opposite sides of the shell are provided with a first massage surface and a connecting part, the first massage surface is suitable for being contacted with a human body, and the connecting part is used for being connected with a transmission assembly of the fascia gun;
The heat exchange piece is provided with a heat exchanger capable of heating and/or refrigerating, is arranged on the shell and is suitable for exchanging heat with the first massage surface; and
the electric connecting piece is electrically connected with the heat exchange piece, and is arranged on the shell, and the power supply assembly of the fascia gun forms telescopic electric connection;
the second massage head is arranged on one side of the second massage head facing the human body, the second massage surface is an elastic massage surface or a flexible massage surface, the second massage head is detachably arranged on the shell, and the hardness or the shape of the massage surface acting on the human body is changed by replacing the second massage head on the first massage head;
the position detection device is arranged on the first massage head and/or the second massage head, and is used for detecting whether the second massage head is arranged on the first massage head or not, and when the position detection device detects that the second massage head is arranged on the first massage head, the heat exchange piece stops working.
2. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein a mounting cavity is formed in the housing, the heat exchange member is disposed in the mounting cavity, and the heat exchange member is disposed opposite the first massage face.
3. The massage head assembly of claim 2, wherein the heat exchange member is positioned in registry with a wall of the mounting cavity to exchange heat with the first massage face.

The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises: the heat exchange device comprises a top cover and a base, wherein the top cover is provided with a mounting groove which is arranged towards the opening of the base, the base is arranged on the opening side of the top cover to form a mounting cavity, the heat exchange piece is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the connecting part is arranged on the base.
5. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein one end of the electrical connector is connected to the heat exchange member and the other end extends through the housing to extend out of the housing.
6. The massage head assembly of claim 5, wherein the housing has a mounting cavity and a routing channel formed therein in communication, the heat exchange member being disposed in the mounting cavity, the electrical connection member extending out of the housing through the routing channel.

8. The massage head assembly of claim 5, wherein the electrical connector is electrically connected to the heat exchange member at one end and is secured to the housing at the other end.
9. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the first massage head further comprises: the temperature sensor is arranged on the shell and is adjacent to the heat exchange piece or the first massage surface so as to detect the temperature of the first massage head.
10. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the first massage face is a metal face, or the housing is provided with heat dissipation holes at positions corresponding to the first massage face.

The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the position detection device comprises: the position sensor is arranged on the shell, the magnetic piece is arranged on the second massage head, and when the second massage head is arranged on the first massage head, the position sensor detects the magnetic piece and outputs a signal for controlling the heat exchange piece to stop working.
12. The massage head assembly of claim 11, wherein a mounting cavity is formed in the housing, the heat exchange member and the position sensor being disposed in the mounting cavity, the position sensor being disposed on a side of the heat exchange member facing away from the first massage face.
13. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the second massage head is formed with a receiving slot, at least a portion of the housing being received within the receiving slot.
14. The massage head assembly of claim 13, wherein the housing comprises: the top cap, the first part of top cap is located in the holding tank and the second part is located outside the holding tank, the height of first part is greater than the height of second part.

The massage head assembly of claim 13, wherein the second massage head comprises: the massage device comprises a mounting cover and a massage part, wherein the massage part is arranged on the mounting cover and is a flexible or elastic massage part, and the mounting cover is provided with a containing groove.

The massage head assembly of claim 13, wherein a first limit portion is provided on an outer periphery of the housing, a second limit portion is provided on an inner periphery of the receiving groove, and the first limit portion and the second limit portion are in limit fit in an installation and removal direction.
17. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the second massage head is threadably connected to the first massage head;
Or the second massage head and the first massage head form magnetic attraction connection;
or the second massage head and the first massage head form elastic buckle connection;
or, the second massage head and the first massage head form elastic interference connection.
18. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the first massage face is a planar or spherical or cambered face and the second massage face is a spherical or cambered face.
19. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the second massage head is provided with heat dissipating apertures at positions corresponding to the first massage face.
20. The massage head assembly of claim 1, wherein the heat exchange member is one of a heat generating sheet, a resistance wire, and a semiconductor sheet, and/or the first massage head is a rigid massage head.
21. A fascia gun, comprising:
a housing;
the driving assembly is arranged in the shell;
the power supply assembly is arranged in the shell and is electrically connected with the driving assembly;
the massage head assembly as set forth in any one of claims 1-20, said connection being in driving engagement with said drive assembly, said electrical connection electrically connecting said heat exchange member with said power supply assembly.
22. The fascia gun of claim 21, wherein the housing is drivingly connected to the drive assembly, the electrical connector has a telescoping margin, and the telescoping margin is not less than a travel of the massage head assembly.
23. The fascia gun of claim 22, wherein the electrical connector is a connection wire and is bent within the housing to leave a play margin; alternatively, the electrical connector is a spring wire to leave a play margin.
24. The fascia gun of claim 21, wherein the driving assembly comprises a piston and an electrical connector disposed on the piston, the connector detachably connected to the piston, the electrical connector forming a detachable electrical connection with the electrical connector, the electrical connector forming a retractable electrical connection with the power supply assembly.
