The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the refrigerating device comprises a semiconductor refrigerating sheet and a heat dissipating assembly, the cold end of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet is attached to the cold conducting portion, the heat dissipating assembly comprises a heat conducting sheet attached to the hot end of the semiconductor refrigerating sheet and a heat dissipating fan arranged corresponding to the heat conducting sheet and used for dissipating heat of the heat conducting sheet, and the neck rack is provided with a vent hole corresponding to the heat dissipating fan.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein a battery and a circuit board are arranged in the neck wearing frame, the circuit board is electrically connected with the battery and the refrigerating device respectively, a temperature sensor electrically connected with the circuit board is further arranged on the neck wearing frame, the temperature sensor is used for sensing the temperature of the neck of the human body and sending the temperature to the circuit board, and the circuit board adjusts the refrigerating efficiency of the refrigerating device according to the sensed temperature.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein a battery and a circuit board are arranged in the neck wearing frame, the circuit board is electrically connected with the battery and the refrigerating device respectively, a heart rate sensor electrically connected with the circuit board is further arranged on the neck wearing frame, and the heart rate sensor is used for detecting the heart rate of a human body and sending the heart rate to the circuit board;
the circuit board sends the detected human heart rate to a terminal for display, and/or the circuit board controls the signal module to send out reminding information when the human heart rate exceeds a set range.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the fan module is provided with two and detachably mounted at opposite ends of the neck wearing frame, and the housing is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet corresponding to the fan wheel.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device according to claim 6, wherein the casing comprises a bottom shell and a face shell, the face shell and the bottom shell form an accommodating space together after being assembled, an air deflector is further arranged in the casing and divides the accommodating space into an air duct and an accommodating cavity, the fan wheel is a turbine fan wheel and is arranged corresponding to the air duct, the air outlet is arranged on a side wall of the air duct, and a power module for supplying power to the fan wheel and/or a control element for controlling the fan wheel to work are arranged in the accommodating cavity.
8. The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the detachable connecting structure is a magnetic attraction structure, and the magnetic attraction structure comprises a magnet and a magnetic member engaged with the magnet.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the side of the casing for being attached to the neck wearing frame and the side of the neck wearing frame for being attached to the casing are provided with a protrusion and a recess which are matched with each other, and the magnet and the magnetic member are respectively arranged in the protrusion and the recess.

The hanging neck type temperature adjusting device according to claim 6, wherein a partition is further provided in the casing, an avoiding hole corresponding to the fan wheel is provided on the partition, the air inlet is provided at a position corresponding to the avoiding hole on the casing, the neck wearing frame is further provided with an air inlet, and the air inlet, the air inlet and the avoiding hole are at least partially overlapped in an axial direction of the fan wheel.
