In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more, and "several" means one or more.
The fascia gun 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the fascia gun 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a body 100, a massage head 400, a handle 200, and a heat exchange member 300.
The massage head 400 is arranged on the body 100 and is used for applying a tapping effect to a human body, the handle 200 comprises a handle portion 210 and a cover portion 220, the handle portion 210 is used for being held by a human hand, the handle portion 210 comprises a first end 230 and a second end 240 which are opposite, the first end 230 is connected with the body 100, the cover portion 220 is arranged at the second end 240, the heat exchange member 300 is arranged in the handle 200 and is close to the second end 240, and the heat exchange member 300 exchanges heat through the cover portion 220.
It should be noted that the heat exchanging member 300 may be a heat generating component, such as a heat generating film, and may also have both cooling and heating functions, such as a semiconductor heat exchanging component, and hereinafter, the fascia gun 1 having the heat exchanging member 300 is described as an example of the heat generating component, and has a hot compress function.
The body 100 comprises a head end 250 and a tail end 260 which are opposite, and the massage head 400 is arranged close to the head end 250, namely, the distance between the massage head 400 and the tail end 260 is larger than the distance between the massage head 400 and the head end 250. In the direction from the head end 250 to the tail end 260, the end surface of the cover 220 is inclined downward, i.e., the end surface of the cover 220 gradually extends away from the body 100.
As shown in fig. 8, when the human hand naturally holds the fascial gun 1, the extending direction of the human arm (the human hand, the wrist and the forearm are approximately in the same straight line) and the handle 200 is not perpendicular and has a certain angle, the end surface of the cover 220 gradually extends towards the direction away from the machine body 100, so the end surface of the cover 220 is not perpendicular and has an angle with the extending direction of the handle 200, wherein the end surface of the cover 220 is closer to parallel to the human arm, therefore, when the hand-held handle 200 is used for hot compress, the wrist does not need to be bent to a larger angle, so that the bending amplitude of the wrist can be reduced, the wrist can be straightened, the fatigue degree of the hand-held handle during hot compress is effectively reduced, and the hot compress effect and the. In addition, referring to fig. 9, since the cover 220 is disposed obliquely and the length of the handle 200 facing the massage head 400 is short, the probability of interference between the handle 200 and the human body is reduced and the collision between the handle 200 and the human body is reduced. As shown in fig. 10, the user can also hold the device body 100 by a hand while performing the hot compress function.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 8, when the handle 200 is held by a human hand, the four fingers except the thumb are mainly located on the side of the handle 200 facing the massage head 400, and the palm and the wrist are mainly located on the side of the handle 200 facing away from the massage head 400. Because the width of the four fingers is smaller than that of the palm, the length of the side of the handle 100 facing the massage head 400 is smaller than that of the side of the handle 100 facing away from the massage head 40, the handle 200 is more adaptive to the shape of a human hand, and the handle 100 can still be fully contacted with the human hand under the condition that the length of the side of the handle 100 facing the massage head 400 is smaller.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3-5, the end surface of the cover part 220 is a curved surface that curves away from the first end 230. Through setting up the structural strength of second end 240 can be strengthened to the cambered surface, simultaneously because the cambered surface is more slick and sly, consequently have better guide effect when the terminal surface of lid 220 touches with the human body, can have better protection effect to the human body.
The handle 210 is made of a plastic material, such as PC, PP, etc., with low thermal conductivity, and at least a portion of the cover 220 is made of a metal material, such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc., with high thermal conductivity, for transferring heat of the heat exchanging element 300.
According to the fascial gun 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the handle 200 is divided into the handle part 210 and the cover part 220, the handle part 210 is used for being held by a human hand, the handle part 210 comprises a first end 230 and a second end 240 which are opposite, the first end 230 is connected with the machine body 100, the cover part 220 is arranged at the second end 240, and the heat exchange member 300 is arranged in the handle 200 and is close to the second end 240, so that the fascial gun 1 can carry out hot compress on the human body, and the diversity of massage functions is increased.
In addition, the stalk portion 210 is the working of plastics, at least a part of lid 220 is the metalwork, in order to be used for going out heat transfer with heat transfer piece 300, can carry out the hot compress to the human body through lid 220 like this, because the metalwork has better heat conductivity, can be with the better transmission of heat transfer piece 300 to the human body, hot compress effect has been improved, the heat conductivity of working of plastics is relatively poor simultaneously, consequently, the stalk portion 210 has better thermal-insulated effect, can prevent that the heat of the position that the staff was held from piling up and influencing the experience of holding, and can make more the transmission of heat transfer piece 300 to lid 220, further improve the heat of lid 220, and then increase hot compress effect. The handle 210 is made of a different material than the cover 220, so that the handle 210 and the cover 220 have a lower probability of resonance when the fascia gun 1 works, which is beneficial to reducing the overall noise of the fascia gun 1.
In addition, since the expansion rate of the metal member is less than that of the plastic member, when the handle 210 and the cover 220 are heated by the heat exchange member 300 together, the thermal deformation degree of the cover 220 is less than that of the handle 210, so that the cover 220 is prevented from being heated for a long time and being expanded and deformed to press the second end 240 of the handle 210, the connection between the handle 210 and the cover 220 is stable, and the overall structural strength of the fascial gun 1 is increased.
Therefore, the fascia gun 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention can give consideration to both hot compress effect and holding experience, and has the advantages of stable structure and the like.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the heat exchanging member 300 is a heat generating film, the cover 220 includes a first cover 222 and a second cover 223, and the heat exchanging member 300 is located between the first cover 222 and the second cover 223. The first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are respectively connected to the handle 210, or the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are connected to each other and one of the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 is connected to the handle 210.
For example, the heating film can be attached to the second cover 223, the heating film has a larger heating area and better form adaptability, and the heating film has a smaller thickness and occupies a smaller space, so that the gap between the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 can be reduced, and the volume of the fascial gun 1 can be further reduced. Moreover, the heat exchange member 300 is disposed between the first cover 222 and the second cover 223, and the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are respectively connected to the handle 210, or the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are connected to the handle 210, so that the heat exchange member is more stably mounted, and can be closer to the second cover 223, thereby increasing the heat transfer efficiency and further improving the hot compress effect.
Further, the first cover 222 is a plastic member for isolating the heat of the heat exchange member 300 from being transferred to the handle 210, further preventing the heat of the handle 210 from being accumulated, reducing the influence of the temperature of the heat exchange member 300 on the temperature inside the handle 200, avoiding the excessive ambient temperature inside the handle 200 from affecting the operation of the components therein, such as the battery, the motor and the circuit board, and effectively avoiding the surface temperature of the handle 220 from being raised, so that the holding comfort is higher. The second cover 223 is a metal member for transferring heat of the heat exchanging member 300, so that the efficiency of transferring heat of the heat exchanging member 300 to the human body can be further improved, and the hot compress effect can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the handle portion 210 defines a receiving cavity 212 therein, the receiving cavity 212 is open at the second end 240 of the handle portion 210, at least one of the battery 213, the circuit board 214 and the motor 216 is disposed in the receiving cavity 212, and the cover portion 220 covers the receiving cavity 212 at the second end 240 of the handle portion 210.
For example, the motor 216 may be disposed at the first end 230 of the handle 210, the battery 213 may be disposed parallel to the central axis of the handle 210, and the circuit board 214 may be disposed at the second end 240 of the handle 210, so that more structures and parts can be disposed in the fascial gun 1 through the accommodation cavity 212, thereby increasing the space utilization of the whole fascial gun 1. Since the handle portion 210 and the cover portion 220 are separately provided, the parts in the handle 210 can be easily attached and detached, and the convenience of assembling the handle 1 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the fascia gun 1 further includes a battery 213 and a motor 216, the battery 213 and the motor 216 are disposed in the handle 200, the motor 216 is disposed near the body 100, and the battery 213 is used for supplying power to the heat exchanging element 300. Both the battery 213 and the motor 216 are provided in the handle 200, whereby more weight is concentrated on the handle 200, enabling better contact between the end of the handle 200 provided with the heat exchanging element 300 and the human body. In addition, the mass of the body 100 is reduced, so that the deflection moment of the body 100 relative to the handle 200 can be effectively reduced, and the pressing effect of the cover 220 on the human body is further improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3-6, and 8-9, the head end 250 and the tail end 260 each extend relative to an outside edge of the handle 200, and the head end 250 extends a greater length than the tail end 260. The both ends of fuselage 100 all stretch out relative handle 200, can be at the length of fuselage 100 regularly, pull the fuselage 100 behind tail end 260, reduce the length that head end 250 extends out relative handle 200, make the focus of fuselage 100 draw close towards handle 200 simultaneously, reduced the relative handle 200's in head end 250 one side deflection moment, it is more laborsaving when handheld handle 200 carries out the hot compress.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the inner wall of the second end 240 of the handle 210 is provided with a rib 217, the battery 213 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 212, and the battery 213 is disposed on a side of the rib 217 facing away from the cover 220. Wherein the rib 217 blocks the battery 213 from moving toward the cover 220.
It is understood that the battery 213 may be received in the receiving cavity 212 from the first end 230 of the handle 210 when the first end 230 of the handle 210 is not coupled to the body 100.
For example, the protruding rib 217 may be a plurality of protruding ribs 217 arranged at intervals along the circumference of the handle portion 210, the plurality of protruding ribs 217 are located on the same cross section of the handle portion 210, each protruding rib 217 extends inward from the inner wall of the handle portion 210 along the radial direction of the handle portion 210, a gap may exist between the protruding rib 217 and the lid portion 220, the battery 213 is located on the side of the protruding rib 217 facing away from the lid portion 220, the plurality of protruding ribs 217 may block the battery 213 from moving towards the lid portion 220 together, so as to reduce the force applied to the lid portion 220, and prevent the lid portion 220 from being squeezed to be separated from the handle portion 210, thereby further increasing the structural stability of the handle 200, and meanwhile, due to the plurality of protruding ribs 217, on the one hand, the force applied to each protruding. The first end 230 of the handle 210 is open and the cells 213 are inserted into the handle from the first end 230 toward the second end 240 and are blocked by the ribs 217.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the first cover 222 is connected to the handle 210 to form a first connection point, the second cover 223 is connected to the handle 210 and/or the first cover 222 to form a second connection point, the second connection point is not exposed to the outer surface of the handle, and the second cover 223 covers the first connection point and the first cover 222. Thus, the handle 200 has better anti-disassembly effect, the gap between the cover part 220 and the handle part 210 is smaller, the sealing effect of the handle 200 is increased, the possibility of impurities entering the handle 200 can be reduced, and the noise generated by the airflow flowing through the gap between the handle part 210 and the cover part 220 when the fascial gun 1 works can be reduced
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first cover 222 and the handle 210 are joined by a first threaded fastener to form the first joint, and the second cover 223 is snapped or bonded to the handle 210 and/or the first cover 222 to form the second joint.
By connecting the first cover 222 with the handle 210 by the first threaded fastener, the connection strength between the first cover 222 and the handle 210 can be higher and more reliable, and because the first cover 222 is the main stressed part of the cover 220, and the stress force of the second cover 223 is smaller, the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are not connected by the threaded fastener, the stress requirement of the second cover 223 can be met by clamping or bonding the second cover 223 with at least one of the handle 210 and the first cover 222, and the first threaded fastener can be shielded by the second cover 223, so that the disassembly resistance of the handle 200 is better, and the whole exterior is more complete.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the first cover 222 forms a plug-in interference fit with the handle 210 or the first cover 222 forms a first connection with the handle 210, and the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 are connected by the second threaded fastener 226 or the first cover 222 and the second cover 223 form a second connection.
For example, the first cover 222 may be fixed to the second cover 223 by the second threaded fastener 226, and meanwhile, a fastener (not shown) is disposed on a surface of the first cover 222 facing away from the second cover 223, and a slot (not shown) is disposed on an inner surface of the handle 210, and the first cover 222 and the handle 210 are connected together by the fastener and the slot, because the rib 217 formed on the handle 210 may limit the battery 213 and other components to move toward the cover 220, the force applied to the cover 220 is reduced, so that the cover 220 and the handle 210 are connected in a snap-fit manner to meet the force applied to the cover 220, and at the same time, the connection gap between the cover 220 and the handle 210 is small, the sealing effect is good, there is no exposed connection structure, and the external structure is more complete.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the fascial gun 1 further comprises a circuit board 214, the circuit board 214 is connected with the heat exchange member 300, the handle portion 210 defines a receiving cavity 212 therein, the receiving cavity 212 is open at the second end 240, the circuit board 213 is disposed in the receiving cavity 212 and is mounted to the handle portion 210 and/or the cover portion 220 near the second end 240, and the cover portion 220 covers the receiving cavity 212 at the second end 240 of the handle portion 210. And the arrangement of the circuit board 214 in the accommodating cavity 212 also improves the space utilization rate in the accommodating cavity 212. Since the handle portion 210 and the cover portion 220 are separately provided, the parts in the handle 210 can be easily attached and detached, and the convenience of assembling the handle 1 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3-5, circuit board 214 is provided with a button 218, button 218 being exposed from handle 210 and/or cover 220, button 218 being used to control the operation of fascial gun 11. For example, the button 218 is provided on a side of the handle portion 210 facing the massage head 400.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, fascial gun 1 further comprises a charging port 215, the charging port 215 being disposed on circuit board 214 and exposed from handle portion 210 and/or cover portion 220. Wherein, can be provided with the battery 213 that links to each other with circuit board 214 in the manadesma rifle 1, the mouth 215 that charges can be connected with external power supply, can charge for battery 213 in the manadesma rifle 1 through the mouth 215 that charges like this to manadesma rifle 1 need not the external power supply of continuous connection when using, has increased the convenience of use.
Further, the charging port 215 is located on the handle portion 210, and the cross section of the charging port 215 is perpendicular to the length direction of the body 100, that is, the charging port 215 is located on the side of the handle 200 facing the massage head 400 or the side of the handle 200 facing away from the massage head 400. Because fascial rifle 1 is when placing, can place fuselage 100 and handle 200 holistic thickness direction one side at the face of placing 2 (for example the desktop), it is more stable to place fascial rifle 1 like this, is difficult for appearing moving, and charges mouthful 215 and can not take place the contact with the face of placing 2, charges mouthful 215 and remains to expose from the outer peripheral face of handle 200 all the time, not only is convenient for fascial rifle 1 to charge, and the user of being convenient for discerns the position of the other parts of fascial rifle 1 through the position of charging mouthful 215 moreover.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3-5, an angle between the end surface of the cover 220 and the extending direction of the handle 200 is an acute angle, for example, the angle a in fig. 1 is the angle between the end surface of the cover 220 and the extending direction of the handle 200, when the handle 210 is held for hot compress, the bending amplitude of the wrist is compensated by the inclination of the end surface of the cover 220, thereby reducing the bending amplitude of the wrist and relieving the fatigue of the handle 200 during long-term hot compress. Wherein the charging port 215 may be disposed opposite to the end surface of the cover part 220, which improves the convenience of the arrangement of the charging port 215.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the cross-section of the handle 200 is oval, racetrack-shaped or kidney-shaped, and the long axis of the cross-section of the handle 200 is substantially the same as the length direction of the body 100, i.e., the long axis of the cross-section of the handle 200 mainly extends along the direction from the head end 250 to the tail end 260, for example, the long axis of the cross-section of the handle 200 may be parallel to the length direction of the body 100. Therefore, the surface shape of the handle 200 is more consistent with the curling form of the fingers relative to the palm, the holding fit of the hand and the handle 200 is better, the curling of the fingers is more consistent with the natural fist making form, the holding comfort is improved, and the fatigue of holding for a long time is reduced.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the racetrack shape may be formed by a rectangle having opposite sides of the rectangle and two semicircles having the same diameter, the two semicircles having a straight line connecting the opposite sides of the rectangle and a chord of the two semicircles being distant from each other.
In this embodiment, the width of the fuselage 100 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 2 and 6) on both sides of the extension direction thereof (i.e., the direction from the head portion 250 to the tail portion 260) is greater than the thickness of the fuselage 100 from the side connected to the handle 200 to the side facing away from the handle 200 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow b in fig. 1, 2, and 5), so that the fuselage is a flat fuselage. The extending direction of the body 100 is taken as the length direction, two sides of the body are taken as the width direction, and the upper and lower sides of the body are taken as the thickness direction. The width of the fuselage 100 is greater than the thickness, which makes the fuselage 100 flat, which provides the fuselage 100 with better grip.
As shown in fig. 10, when the hot compress function of the fascial gun 1 is used, the handle 200 can be held on the body 100 to press the end cap 220 of the handle against the human body. The flattened fuselage 100 provides more gripping poses for the fascial gun 1, and the user can relieve fatigue by varying the different gripping poses while using.
The height of the machine body 100 arched back to the handle 200 is twice less than the width of the machine body 100 on two sides of the extending direction of the machine body 100 (i.e. the direction indicated by an arrow a in fig. 2 and 6), namely the arched degree of the machine body 100 arched on the side away from the handle 200 is less than 180 degrees, and the arched degree of the machine body 100 arched from the maximum cutting surface on the transverse direction (the plane formed by the length and the width) to the direction away from the handle 200 is not more than 180 degrees, so that the top surface of the machine body 100 is relatively flat, therefore, when the palm grabs, the top surface of the machine body 100 can form a good fit effect with the palm, the gripping contact area is larger, and the gripping is.
The height of the body 100 protruding from the handle 200 is a straight distance from a position of the body 100 farthest from the handle 200 to a plane where the maximum width of the body 100 is located at the protruding position.
