b4, sending into a mould for shaping;
b5, demolding to obtain a heating body substrate;

d. preparing a sanitary towel body, cutting the sanitary towel body into single articles, rotating by 90 degrees, and transmitting to the next process on line;
e. the sanitary towel body is fixedly arranged on the heat-insulating coat layer compounded with the heating body, welded into a trouser-shaped structure and cut into single products.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the pants-type sanitary napkin manufactured by the above manufacturing method has a structure of: the heating body is composed of a surface layer spunlace non-woven fabric c, a bottom layer spunlace non-woven fabric d and a paste heating body matrix e wrapped by the surface layer spunlace non-woven fabric and the bottom layer spunlace non-woven fabric, and a layer of magic tape f is arranged on the bottom surface of the bottom layer spunlace non-woven fabric d.
The sanitary napkin of this example was tested:
the test is carried out under the environment of 25 +/-2 ℃, two layers of pure cotton towels are flatly laid on a table top, a heating body and a heat-insulating coat layer are flatly laid above the towels, a temperature probe of a temperature test instrument is placed on the back of the heating body and the inner side of the heat-insulating coat layer, the probe is fixed at the central point position of the heating body and the heat-insulating coat layer by using an adhesive tape, a product and a material are flatly laid, a layer of pure cotton towels are covered, and the temperature is recorded. The experimental results are as follows:

the experimental results show that the heating body and the heat-insulating coat layer obviously have comfortable application temperature, do not cause skin burning and adverse reaction, and simultaneously keep the lasting drug effect time.

Claims (3)

1. A preparation method of a pants-type sanitary napkin with temperature-sensing and heating functions is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
a. preparing a heat-insulating coat layer;
a 1: preparing a temperature sensing agent, and conveying the temperature sensing agent into a liquid storage tank for later use;
a 2: spraying the temperature-sensitive agent on the surface of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric which is taken as a base material;
a3 drying: transmitting the mixture on line to enter an oven for baking;
b. preparing a heating element;
b1, selection of raw materials: 10-25 parts of moxa, 5-10 parts of ginger powder, 10-20 parts of angelica, 10-20 parts of motherwort, 10-15 parts of longan pulp and 5-15 parts of pepper;
b2, feeding the raw materials of b1 into an ultrafine grinder for mixing and crushing, sieving by a sieve of 100 meshes, and stirring and mixing with 20-30 parts by weight of far infrared ceramic powder, 15-20 parts by weight of silicon dioxide aerogel, 10-15 parts by weight of diatomite and 5-10 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol glue to obtain a pre-mixture;
b3, feeding the premixed body into a homogenizing device to be heated and dissolved;
b4, sending into a mould for shaping;
b5, demolding to obtain a heating body substrate;
b6, taking the breathable non-woven fabric as a bearing body, wrapping the heating body substrate in the breathable non-woven fabric, and compounding a layer of magic tape at the bottom of the breathable non-woven fabric;
c. compounding a heating element on the heat-insulating coat layer;
d. preparing a sanitary towel body;
e. the sanitary towel body is fixedly arranged on the heat-insulating coat layer compounded with the heating body, welded into a trouser-shaped structure and cut into single products;
the temperature-sensing agent consists of a slow release agent, plant essence, a skin care agent and a solvent, wherein the mass ratio of the slow release agent to the plant essence to the skin care agent to the solvent is 5: 3: 1: 80, and the slow release agent is any one of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate AES, tween-80 or lecithin; the plant essence is any one of ginger oil, chamomile or pepper essential oil; the skin care agent is any one of glycerol, alkyl glycoside APG or polyethylene glycol PEG-200; the solvent is edible ethanol or deionized water;
the temperature-sensing agent is sprayed on the surface of the spun-bonded non-woven fabric through a coating machine, and the coating machine has the specific structure that: the device comprises a rack, wherein two rows of spray heads (1) are arranged above a spunbonded non-woven fabric on the rack, the spray heads (1) are arranged in a cross manner, the spray heads (1) are connected with a pipeline (2), the other end of the pipeline (2) is connected with a liquid storage tank (3), a flat scraper (4) is arranged behind the spray heads (1) on the rack, the flat scraper (4) is used for scraping the spunbonded non-woven fabric in advance and spraying uneven temperature sensing agent, the flat scraper (4) is connected with a negative pressure suction inlet, an output roller (5) tensioning the spunbonded non-woven fabric is arranged behind the flat scraper (4) on the rack, an arc-shaped scraper (6) concentric with the output roller (5) is arranged on the rack, and the arc-shaped scraper (6) and the output roller (5) are set to be at a fixed interval to ensure the uniformity of the thickness of the temperature sensing agent;
