A drying device for processing fruit and vegetable foods comprises a box body (1) and a net barrel (2), wherein four groups of supporting legs (3) are arranged at the bottom end of the box body (1), a working cavity is arranged in the box body (1), an inner cavity is arranged in the net barrel (2), an opening is formed in the right end of the net barrel (2), a hot air pipe (4) is communicated with the left half area of the bottom end of the box body (1), and a steam exhaust pipe (5) is communicated with the central area of the top end of the box body (1); the device is characterized by further comprising a baffle (6), a fixing plate (7), two groups of guide posts (8), a first motor (9), a sliding block (10), an ear plate (11), a connecting rod (12), an upright post (13), an arc-shaped seat (14), a supporting rod (15), a second motor (16) and a collecting box (17), wherein the left half area of the top end of the box body (1) is communicated with a feeding pipe (18), the input end of the top end of the feeding pipe (18) is provided with a feeding hopper (19), the left half area of the top end of the net drum (2) is communicated with a connecting pipe (20), the input end of the top end of the connecting pipe (20) is provided with a flow guide hopper (21), the top end of the fixing plate (7) is connected with the central area of the inner top side wall of the box body (1), the lower half area of the right side wall of the fixing plate (7) is provided with a rotating groove, the upper half area of the right side wall of the box body (1) is transversely provided with a rotating hole, the first motor (9) is arranged in the upper half area of the right side wall of the box body (1), the output end of the left part of a first motor (9) is provided with a first transmission shaft (22), the left end of the first transmission shaft (22) penetrates through a rotation hole and is inserted into a rotation groove, the outer side wall of the first transmission shaft (22) is provided with external threads, the upper half area of a baffle plate (6) is sleeved outside the transmission shaft in a screw mode, the left ends of two groups of guide columns (8) are respectively connected with the front half area and the rear half area of the right side wall of a fixed plate (7), the right ends of the two groups of guide columns (8) are respectively connected with the front side and the rear side of the upper half area of the left side wall in a box body (1), the bottom end of an arc-shaped seat (14) is connected with the left half area of the inner bottom wall of the box body (1), the top end of the arc-shaped seat (14) is provided with a slope-shaped rail (23), the top end of a support rod (15) is connected with the central area of the bottom end of a net barrel (2), the bottom end of the support rod (15) is rotatably provided with idler wheels (24), and the idler wheels (24) are installed in the slope-shaped rail (23) in a rolling mode, the right end of the net cylinder (2) is contacted with the lower half area of the left side wall of the baffle plate (6), the bottom end of the upright post (13) is connected with the right half area of the top end of the net cylinder (2), the top end of the upright post (13) is connected with the left half area of the bottom end of the connecting rod (12), the upper half area of the left side wall of the baffle plate (6) is provided with a sliding groove, the right end of the sliding block (10) can be slidably arranged in the sliding groove, the right end of the lug plate (11) is connected with the left end of the sliding block (10), the right end of the connecting rod (12) is rotatably hinged with the lug plate (11), the central area of the left side wall of the net cylinder (2) is transversely provided with a through hole, the second motor (16) is arranged at the left end of the net cylinder (2), the right output end of the second motor (16) is provided with a second transmission shaft (25), the right end of the second transmission shaft (25) passes through the through hole to extend into the inner cavity, the outer side of the second transmission shaft (25) is provided with a plurality of stirring rods (26) in a staggered mode, and a plurality of groups of stirring rods (26) are all provided with a soft rubber hose (27) in a winding mode, a discharge port (28) is arranged in the right half area of the bottom end of the box body (1), the discharge port (28) is communicated with the working cavity, the collecting box (17) is located under the discharge port (28), a placing cavity is arranged inside the collecting box (17), an opening is formed in the top end of the collecting box (17) and communicated with the placing cavity, four groups of universal wheels (29) are arranged at the bottom end of the collecting box (17), and braking plates (30) are arranged on the four groups of universal wheels (29).

The drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a limiting rod (31), wherein the top end and the bottom end of the limiting rod (31) are respectively connected with the top side wall and the inner bottom side wall of the sliding groove, and the sliding block (10) is slidably sleeved on the limiting rod (31).

The drying device for processing the fruit, vegetable and food as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a telescopic rod (32) and a partition plate (33), wherein a telescopic hole is transversely arranged in the lower half area of the right side wall of the box body (1), the left end of the telescopic rod (32) passes through the telescopic hole and is connected with the lower half area of the right side wall of the baffle plate (6), and the right end of the telescopic rod (32) is connected with the central area of the left side wall of the partition plate (33).

The drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the drying device further comprises a reinforcing rod (34), the top end of the reinforcing rod (34) is connected with the bottom end of the first motor (9), and the bottom end of the reinforcing rod (34) is connected with the upper half area of the right side wall of the box body (1).
5. The drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the drying device further comprises a mounting rack (35), and the feeding pipe (18) is fixed through the mounting rack (35).

The drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first ball bearing (36) is provided between the first transmission shaft (22) and the inner side wall of the rotation slot, and a second ball bearing (37) is provided between the first transmission shaft (22) and the inner side wall of the rotation slot.
7. The drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the bottom ends of the four groups of supporting legs (3) are provided with bottom plates (38).
8. The drying device for processing fruit and vegetable food as claimed in claim 7, wherein the discharge port (28) is communicated with a guide pipe (39).
9. A drying process of the drying device for fruit and vegetable food processing according to any one of claims 1 to 8; the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) the fruit and vegetable raw materials enter the net drum from the feeding hopper;
(2) continuously blowing hot air into the working cavity through the hot air pipe, and discharging steam through the steam discharge pipe;
(3) the second motor is electrified, rotates at a low rotating speed, and drives a plurality of groups of stirring rods to rotate through a second transmission shaft so as to turn the fruit and vegetable raw materials in the net cylinder;
(4) and after the drying is finished, the fruit and vegetable raw materials in the net barrel are discharged from the discharge hole and enter the collecting box for collection.
