Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beverages, and particularly relates to a beautiful millettia root-intelligence-improving tea beverage as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the increasing living standard, the demand for health is more highly desired. For people with normal body weight, people who want to keep body balance are worried about obesity causing different diseases. For people with heavy weight, especially women, who love beauty, it is desirable to lose weight to gain beauty and health. For the patient population with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia, the daily stability of blood lipid and blood glucose is desired. At present, China faces serious public health problems, such as obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and the like, and is particularly obvious for middle-aged and elderly people. Diet therapy, exercise therapy, and drug therapy are commonly used for the treatment of obesity. Dietotherapy is a method for controlling body weight by suppressing the total intake of energy, and even if weight loss is successful, it causes physical problems such as malnutrition and frequent hunger sensation, and it cannot be used for a long period of time. When exercise therapy is used, it is difficult to maintain the exercise in a state that continuous and violent exercise consuming oxygen is required. Most of the weight-reducing medicines in the pharmacotherapy have toxic and side effects with different degrees after being taken, and are not suitable for long-term taking. For the treatment of hyperlipidemia and diabetes, because the adopted chemical drugs can generate toxic and side effects with different degrees and are easy to relapse after the drug is stopped, the method for treating and conditioning hyperlipidemia and diabetes is not suitable for the method of simple chemical drugs.

2) Experimental animals: SD healthy SPF male rats were selected.
3) Dosage: the experimental group (inventive example 1) and the control groups 1 to 4 (inventive comparative examples 1 to 4) were orally administered to rats three times a day in an intragastric administration volume of 0.5mL/100g mouse weight, and various indexes were measured after continuous intragastric administration for 30 days. Meanwhile, a blank group is arranged, and water is used for replacing the tea beverage.
4) And (3) high-fat feed formula: 78.8% of basal feed, 1% of cholesterol, 10% of egg yolk powder, 10% of lard oil and 0.2% of bile salt. The basic feed is produced by a Qinglongshan animal breeding farm in Jiangning district of Nanjing City.
5) The experimental method comprises the following steps: after feeding the rats with the high-fat feed for 7-10 days, detecting serum Total Cholesterol (TC) values and serum Triglyceride (TG) values of the fasting rats, selecting 60 rats with the serum total cholesterol value of more than 7.0mmol/L and the serum triglyceride of more than 2.0mmol/L, randomly dividing the rats into 6 groups, and feeding the rats with the basic feed:
experimental groups: gavage the tea beverage of example 1 of the present invention,
control group 1: gavage the tea beverage of comparative example 1 of the present invention,
control group 2: gavage the tea beverage of comparative example 2 of the present invention,
control group 3: gavage the tea beverage of comparative example 3 of the present invention,
control group 4: gavage the tea beverage of comparative example 4 of the present invention,
blank group: and (5) irrigating stomach water.
After 30 days of administration of the tea beverage of the present invention, fasting was performed for 16 hours, and serum total cholesterol and triglyceride were measured in each group of rats.
6) Determination of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride
Blood is taken, centrifuged at 3000r/min for 10 minutes to separate serum, the serum is taken and measured by a SELECTRA-E full-automatic biochemical analyzer, the content of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the serum can be measured, and the result is shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1 (average)
As can be seen from Table 1, the difference between the experimental group and the control group 1-4 of serum total cholesterol and triglyceride was not significant when compared with the blank group before the tea beverage of the present invention was administered, whereas the experimental group was significantly reduced in serum total cholesterol and triglyceride when compared with the control group 1-4 and blank group 30 days after the tea beverage of the present invention was administered. The experimental results show that the tea beverage has good function of reducing blood fat.
