The invention takes the millettia speciosa, the alpinia oxyphylla flower, the alpinia officinarum flower, the chrysanthemum and the puer tea as the combination, and after fermentation, the components complement each other and cooperate, so that the invention has good effects of reducing blood sugar, reducing blood fat and the like, and the invention keeps the fragrance of the tea, has faint scent and delicious taste, is convenient to drink and is easy to adhere.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beverages, and particularly relates to a millettia speciosa champ-alpinia oxyphylla tea beverage and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With increasing living standard, we have put a higher wish for health. For people with normal weight, the body balance is hoped to be maintained, and the obesity is worried about causing different diseases. For people who are in need of weight loss, especially women, like beauty, the weight loss is expected to be beautiful and healthy. For patient groups with hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia, it is desirable that the blood lipid and blood glucose be stable every day. At present, serious public health problems such as obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and the like are faced in China, and the health care tea is particularly obvious in middle-aged and elderly people. Treatment for obesity generally employs diet therapy, exercise therapy, and pharmacotherapy. Diet therapy is a method of controlling body weight by suppressing the total intake of energy, and even if weight loss is successful, it causes physical problems such as malnutrition and frequent hunger sensation to the patient, and is a method which cannot be used for a long period of time. When exercise therapy is adopted, continuous and intense oxygen consumption exercise is required, and the exercise is difficult to adhere to. Most weight-losing medicines are in drug therapy, and have different degrees of toxic and side effects on the body after taking, so that the weight-losing medicine is not suitable for long-term taking. For the treatment of hyperlipidemia and diabetes, chemical drugs can generate toxic and side effects of different degrees, and the diseases are easy to recur after stopping the drugs, so that a method for treating and conditioning the hyperlipidemia and the diabetes by using simple chemical drugs is not suitable.

Preferably, the components of the composition comprise, in parts by weight: 45 parts of radix millettiae speciosae, 25 parts of alpinia oxyphylla flower, 15 parts of galangal flower, 15 parts of chrysanthemum and 45 parts of puer tea.
If not specified, the alpinia oxyphylla flower in the invention is dried alpinia oxyphylla flower which is steamed in a water-proof way and then is sun-dried until being completely dehydrated.
If not specified, the galangal flowers in the invention are dried galangal flowers which are completely dehydrated after being steamed in a water-proof manner and then being sun-dried.
The chrysanthemum is dried chrysanthemum obtained by steaming fresh chrysanthemum in a water-proof way, and then sun-drying until the chrysanthemum is completely dehydrated.
The Pu' er tea is prepared from Yunnan big leaf species sun-dried raw tea according to the traditional process (tidal water (water content is less than or equal to 30%), pile fermentation (temperature is less than 60 ℃), pile turning, deblocking, tedding, screening, checking and finished product).
The millettia speciosa champ is a traditional Chinese medicine millettia speciosa champ unless otherwise specified.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a millettia speciosa champ-alpinia oxyphylla tea beverage prepared by fermenting the composition according to the first aspect of the invention.
In a third aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing the millettia speciosa champ-alpinia oxyphylla tea beverage according to the second aspect, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking puer tea and millettia speciosa champ powder, adding a proper amount of water, and boiling for 2-5 hours;
(2) Adding flos Alpinae Oxyphyllae, rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum flower and flos Chrysanthemi, and decocting for 20-30min;
(3) Fermenting at 35-40deg.C for 3-5 days;
(4) Filtering to obtain filtrate.
Wherein, the millettia speciosa champ-alpinia oxyphylla tea beverage can be prepared into a finished liquid beverage to be directly drunk, and at the moment, the preparation method also comprises the steps of (5) adding water to dilute the finished product and the composition according to the first aspect of the invention to a ratio of 40-50ml to 1g, sub-packaging and sterilizing.
