Description

Information interaction method, device, base station and positioning management function entity
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an information interaction method, an information interaction apparatus, a base station, and a location management function entity.
Background
Currently, in mobile internet and industrial internet applications, loCation based services (LCS) play an increasingly important role. To enable these LCS applications, it is critical to quickly acquire accurate location information for the terminal.
As new applications and scenes which are increasingly emerging put higher requirements on positioning delay, security and the like, the positioning process based on the current architecture has some problems in supporting low-delay positioning requirements and services with higher regional security:
the time delay problem, the time delay of positioning mainly includes the time measured and calculated by the terminal, the time calculated by the positioning server, each intermediate node (such as the processing time of the authentication management function AMF and the base station) and the time delay of transmission between nodes. In the related art, positioning auxiliary data or a positioning request sent by a positioning server to a terminal needs to be sent to a core network first, then the core network sends the positioning auxiliary data or the positioning request to a base station, and then the positioning auxiliary data or the positioning request is sent to the terminal, and conversely, data received by the base station needs to be sent to the core network first and then sent to the positioning server, so that additional transmission and processing time delay are brought to some local positioning services deployed near the base station.
Safety issues, an application scenario of a type of positioning service at present is an industrial application, such as a factory, and for safety, a client in the vertical industry does not want to transmit data for positioning a terminal to an area outside the factory, but according to the existing architecture and process, the positioned data needs to be sent to an AMF, and generally, the AMF of a core network is centrally deployed and is deployed at a higher position in the network. Thus, the current architecture cannot meet the security requirements of some industry vertical applications.

step 2, the AMF selects an LMC (wireless network side equipment) or an LMF (core network side equipment) to position the terminal, and the selection is determined based on the quality of service QoS of the positioning service and the positioning capability of the LMC obtained in the step 0;
step 3, the AMF sends LCS request to the base station supporting LMC;
step 4a, the base station sends context request message or position service request message to LMC, LMC selects positioning method according to positioning service QoS, and interacts positioning auxiliary information or measuring result with the base station;
step 4b, the LMC interacts positioning auxiliary information, measuring result or terminal position information with the terminal;
step 5a, the LMC provides the position information to the base station;
step 5b, the base station provides the position information to the AMF;
and 6, the AMF sends the position information to the LCS entity.
Example two, as shown in fig. 13, the radio network triggers the terminal location request procedure.
Step 0, the base station and an LMC (location management function entity) establish an interface, and the base station acquires the local location management capability;
step 1, a base station initiates a position request aiming at a certain terminal to an LMC;
step 2, the base station sends LCS indication of the current terminal to the AMF for informing the core network that the local LMC of the position information of a certain terminal is obtained;
step 3, the AMF stores the terminal context and is used for coordinating the position request of the same terminal triggered by the LMF;
step 4a, the base station sends a context request or a location service request message to the LMC, and the LMC selects a positioning method according to the positioning service QoS and interacts positioning auxiliary information or a measurement result with the base station;
step 4b, the LMC and the terminal exchange positioning auxiliary information, measuring result or position information;
step 5, the LMC provides the location information to the base station.
