One end of the elastic sleeve 34 is provided with an annular flange 341, and the annular flange 341 is positioned between the end face of the bus bar barrel conductor 2 and the cap 312, so that the end face of the bus bar barrel 1 is prevented from being in direct contact with the cover plate 31, and the bus bar barrel conductor 2 is blocked axially.
