Description
Technical Field

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A data management system and a technical trading platform according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 16.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a data management system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the data management system 100 includes: a data management module 110, a traffic management module 120, a resource management module 130, and a resource storage module 140.
In a specific embodiment, the data management module 110 corresponds to a management layer of a technical transaction platform, the service management module 120 corresponds to a service layer of the technical transaction platform, the resource management module 130 corresponds to a support layer of the technical transaction platform, and the resource storage module 140 corresponds to a resource layer of the technical transaction platform. That is, the technical transaction platform includes four levels, respectively a management layer, a business layer, a support layer, and a business layer. The data management module 110, the service management module 120, the resource management module 130, and the resource storage module 140 respectively manage the four hierarchies.
Specifically, the data management module 110 is configured to manage the basic data and the user information of the technical transaction platform.
Specifically, the data management module 110 is mainly used for daily basic management of the technical transaction platform and information management of users, and is a basic level of the technical transaction platform for developing various services.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, data management 110, includes: a base management unit 111 and a user management unit 112.
The base management unit 111 is configured to manage base data during operation of the technical transaction platform, and includes: at least one of information management, data management, log management, and payment management.

The technical advisory service management unit 121 is configured to manage technical advisory services of a technical transaction platform, and includes: at least one of technical demand management, technical achievement management, and external technical resource management. More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, for example, the technical requirement management may include: at least one of demand analysis, technical investigation, and demand retrieval matching. The technical achievement management can comprise: at least one of value assessment, feasibility demonstration, and development prediction. External technology resource management may include: at least one of search surveys and resource sharing.
The technical transaction service management unit 122 is configured to manage a technical transaction service of a technical transaction platform, and includes: at least one of transaction supply and demand interfacing management, transaction negotiation management, technology pricing assessment management, legal support management, intellectual property service management, business organization management, such as shown in fig. 5.
The financial service management unit 123 is configured to manage financial services of the technical transaction platform, and includes: at least one of transaction financial services management, financial guarantee management, financing management. More specifically, as shown in fig. 6, for example, transaction financial services management includes: at least one of mortgage, financial insurance, technical futures, and trust services.
The resource management module 130 is used for aggregating and integrating the similar service parties and dynamically connecting the service intermediary resources of each link of the whole transaction flow so as to realize the matching of the requirements and the resources.
Specifically, the resource management module 130 is a neural hub that ensures operation of the technical trading platform. The requirements and the resources are quickly and accurately matched, matched requirements and resources are formed through matching between the technical resource library and the technical requirement library, and technical transactions are realized by the two parties. Specifically, the transaction management unit 131, the value evaluation management unit 132, the wind control security management unit 133, and the statistical analysis management unit 134 correspond to four service systems, i.e., a transaction management system, a value evaluation system, a wind control security system, and a statistical analysis system, respectively, when the technical transaction platform operates. The four platform operation service systems are important means and measures for guaranteeing technical transaction, and whether the system is healthy or not is directly related to the effectiveness of technical transaction platform resources and the operation condition of the technical transaction platform. The transaction management system is used for realizing project management, rule formulation, standardization and the like; the value evaluation system is used for realizing maturity evaluation, value evaluation, legal evaluation and the like; the wind control safety system is used for realizing confidentiality rules, risk assessment, compliance examination and the like; the statistical analysis system is used for realizing transaction statistics, an index system, an analysis model and the like.

The value evaluation management unit 132 is used for extracting indexes and parameters in the scientific and technological achievement, making a technical evaluation flow, establishing a data model, introducing an external market value evaluation system and generating a value discovery mechanism of the scientific and technological achievement.

Specifically, the method can be used for building three resource libraries of a supply and demand resource library, an expert library and a technical transaction information library for a group internal and external enterprise and a scientific research institution, aggregating technical resource information, and building four systems of a transaction management system, a value evaluation system, a risk safety system and a statistical analysis system by means of a technical transaction platform, so that the orderly operation of the technical transaction platform is ensured, and the stable development of technical transaction is promoted.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in connection with fig. 16, the data management system may operate in a private cloud or similar internal server environment of an enterprise group, and specific software and hardware requirements are jointly proposed by a technical trading platform developer and a demander.
The system can reserve an external interface, so that the subsequent external user can access conveniently. The latest transaction security guarantee technology is applied, a plurality of technologies such as a firewall, a virtual network, identity verification, hacker tracking and intrusion detection are fully utilized, a plurality of tight security lines are established, the security coefficient of the technical transaction platform is increased, the guarantee is provided for the technical transaction platform, and the safe and reliable operation of the technical transaction platform is ensured.
According to the data management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the technical transaction platform can be effectively subjected to data management, the accuracy and the reliability of the data interaction of the technical transaction platform are ensured, the data management efficiency, the resource utilization efficiency and the operation reliability of the technical transaction platform are improved, and the functions of the technical transaction platform are enriched. The system has higher advancement, openness, expandability, stability and reliability, for example, the structural design of the system is flexible and detachable, the system has flexible and extensible interfaces, the modification, adjustment, secondary development and expansion are easy, the system implementation risk caused by upstream technology upgrading is reduced to the greatest extent, and the effectiveness and continuity of investment are ensured; the system can be freely adapted to a plurality of hardware environments, operating systems and databases at the bottom layer, ensures flexible configuration of the system in terms of software and hardware environments and future expansion application, can flexibly and dynamically expand modules according to requirements, ensures that the original system environment is not affected, can realize seamless integration application with a peripheral service system, and flexibly expands the service application range of the system; the operation of the system is not affected by single-point faults of any client, the technical framework is supported, the durable and stable connection of the database can be realized, the continuity and completeness of transaction processing are ensured, and the accuracy and completeness of service data are ensured.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a technical transaction platform. The technical trading platform comprises, for example, the data management system described in any of the above embodiments of the present invention.

1. A data management system for use with a technical trading platform, the system comprising:
the data management module is used for managing the basic data and the user information of the technical transaction platform;
the business management module is used for managing the interaction between the business application of the technical transaction platform and the technical transaction party;
the resource management module is used for gathering and integrating similar service parties and dynamically connecting service intermediary resources of all links of the whole transaction flow so as to realize matching of requirements and resources, wherein the resource management module comprises: the system comprises a transaction management unit, a value evaluation management unit, a wind control security management unit and a statistical analysis management unit; the transaction management unit is used for quantitatively analyzing each link of the technical transaction process and making a corresponding technical transaction flow and a standardized specification, wherein the technical transaction flow comprises the following steps: at least one of transaction rules, transaction flows, transaction management approaches, disclosure criteria for technical project release, and information sharing specifications; the standardized specifications include: the system comprises a service standard specification, a service standard specification and a basic resource standard specification, wherein the service standard specification at least comprises a standard specification corresponding to a transaction management method; the service standard specification includes: at least one of a value assessment specification, a transaction statistics specification, a service assessment specification, and a project service specification; the base resource standard specification includes: at least one of a supply and demand resource library management specification, an expert library management specification, and a technical transaction information library management specification; the value evaluation management unit is used for extracting indexes and parameters in the scientific and technological achievements, making a technical evaluation flow, establishing a data model, introducing an external market value evaluation system and generating a value discovery mechanism of the scientific and technological achievements; the wind control safety management unit is used for designating a plurality of technical transaction modes according to technical characteristics, confidentiality degree and use environment, generating an information confidentiality system, providing intellectual property protection and confidentiality training mechanisms, and forming a life cycle management flow which penetrates through the whole scientific research process; the statistical analysis management unit is used for carrying out statistical analysis on a plurality of links according to the transaction data of the technical transaction platform, making a technical contract statistical analysis index system and establishing a statistical analysis model, wherein the links comprise: at least one of a scientific and technological achievement transaction amount, a transaction amount, intellectual property rights, a technical field, an application industry, a technical flow direction and a technical output;
the statistical analysis management unit is further configured to: formulating a technical transaction contract statistical analysis index system, a technical transaction contract statistical analysis data form, a technical transaction contract statistical analysis model and a technical transaction statistical analysis system, and issuing a corresponding technical transaction statistical analysis report;
and the resource storage module is used for storing various resource data related to the technical transaction platform.
2. The data management system of claim 1, wherein the data management module comprises:
the basic management unit is used for managing basic data of the technical transaction platform in operation and comprises the following components: at least one of information management, data management, log management, and payment management;
the user management unit is used for managing the user information when the technical transaction platform operates, and comprises the following components: at least one of user login information, user registration information, invitation registration information, user classification information, expert authentication information, and point management information.
3. The data management system of claim 1, wherein the service management module comprises:
the technical consultation service management unit is used for managing the technical consultation service of the technical transaction platform and comprises the following components: at least one of technical demand management, technical achievement management, and external technical resource management;
a technical transaction service management unit, configured to manage a technical transaction service of the technical transaction platform, including: at least one of transaction supply and demand interfacing management, transaction negotiation management, technical pricing assessment management, legal support management, intellectual property service management, business organization management;
a financial service management unit, configured to manage financial services of the technical transaction platform, including: at least one of transaction financial services management, financial guarantee management, financing management.

The data management system of claim 1, wherein the statistical analysis management unit is further configured to: and carrying out tracking evaluation on the supplier and the demander of the technical transaction process, and establishing an evaluation index of related elements, wherein the related elements comprise at least one of technology and service.
5. The data management system of claim 1, wherein the resource storage module comprises: supply and demand resource library, technical expert library and technical transaction information library.
6. A technical transaction platform comprising a data management system according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
