In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the data management system may operate in a private cloud or similar internal server environment of an enterprise group, and the specific software and hardware requirements are jointly provided by the technical transaction platform developer and the demander.
The system can reserve an external interface, thereby facilitating the access of subsequent external users. By applying the latest transaction security guarantee technology, multiple technologies such as a firewall, a virtual network, identity authentication, hacker tracking, intrusion detection and the like are fully utilized, a plurality of tight security lines are established, the security coefficient of the technical transaction platform is increased, the guarantee is provided for the technical transaction platform, and the safe and reliable operation of the technical transaction platform is ensured.
According to the data management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, effective data management can be carried out on the technical transaction platform, the accuracy and the reliability of data interaction of the technical transaction platform are ensured, the data management efficiency, the resource utilization efficiency and the operation reliability of the technical transaction platform are favorably improved, and the functions of the technical transaction platform are enriched. the user management unit is used for managing user information during the operation of the technical trading platform and comprises the following steps: at least one of user login information, user registration information, invitation registration information, user classification information, expert authentication information, and point management information.

the financial service management unit is used for managing financial services of the technical transaction platform and comprises: at least one of transaction financial service management, financial vouching management, financing management.
4. The data management system of claim 1, wherein the resource management module comprises:
the transaction management unit is used for carrying out quantitative analysis on each link of the technical transaction process and formulating a corresponding technical transaction flow and a standard;
the value evaluation management unit is used for extracting indexes and parameters of scientific and technological achievements, formulating a technical evaluation flow, establishing a data model, introducing an external market value evaluation system and generating a value discovery mechanism of the scientific and technological achievements;
the wind control safety management unit is used for appointing a plurality of technical transaction modes according to technical characteristics, confidentiality degree and use environment, generating an information confidentiality system, providing an intellectual property protection and confidentiality training mechanism and forming a life cycle management flow which runs through the whole scientific research process;
the statistical analysis management unit is used for performing statistical analysis on a plurality of links according to the transaction data of the technical transaction platform, formulating a technical contract statistical analysis index system and establishing a statistical analysis model, wherein the plurality of links comprise: at least one of scientific and technological achievement trading volume, bargain amount, intellectual property rights, technical field, application industry, technical flow direction and technical output.

The data management system of claim 4, wherein the statistical analysis management unit is further configured to: the method comprises the steps of performing tracking evaluation on suppliers and demanders of a technology transaction process, and establishing evaluation indexes of related elements, wherein the related elements comprise at least one of technologies and services.
