In the concrete structure construction of some tunnels, the formwork needs to use anchor pulling bars to fix the position, strengthen the strength of the formwork and control the displacement of the formwork during pouring; however, one end of the anchor pulling bar of the concrete structure is usually fixed on the surrounding rock, and the anchor pulling bar cannot be directly pulled out like a template anchor pulling bar of a pier or a shear wall, but needs to be cut; if not, one section of the anchor pulling bar is exposed in the air after the concrete is hardened, which is also a future water passing space, and the other section of the anchor pulling bar is buried in the concrete, even the lining reinforcing steel bar is in direct contact.

The diameter of the drilled hole is 3-20 times of the diameter of the anchor pulling bar 5, and preferably the diameter of the drilled hole is 5-10 times of the diameter of the anchor pulling bar 5.
The drilling position should ensure that the exposed point of the anchor pulling bar 5 is in the circle of the drilled hole, the circle center of the anchor pulling bar 5 is coincided with the circle center of the drilled hole, the included angle between the central line of the drilled hole (namely the concave hole 3) and the axis of the anchor pulling bar 5 is 0-10 degrees, and preferably, the central line of the drilled hole (namely the concave hole 3) is coincided with the axis of the anchor pulling bar 5.
The drilling position needs to meet the condition that the drilled hole has no intersection with the main reinforcement and the anchor pulling reinforcement 5 in the concrete structure 1. I.e. the main tendons and tie-anchor tendons 5 in the concrete structure 1 are not drilled during the drilling process, so as to avoid damaging the main tendons and tie-anchor tendons 5 in the concrete structure 1.
In step 2, the drilling hole adopts a concrete core drilling machine. The concrete core drilling machine can be an existing handheld concrete core drilling machine, a drilling core drilling machine with a fixer or a wheel type concrete core drilling machine. The concrete core drilling machine needs to be installed before drilling, but the hand-held concrete core drilling machine does not need to be installed.
In the step 2, when the concrete core drilling machine drills to a specified depth, if the concrete core drilling machine cannot drill to the target depth due to the limitation of the length of the core taking device of the concrete core drilling machine, the drilling hole gradually reaches the target depth by adopting a grading drilling mode.
