the two sides of one part of the base (2) are rotatably connected with the fourth rotating rod (87);
a second transmission group (88), wherein a second transmission group (88) is connected between the fourth rotating rod (87) on one side and the upper side of the third rotating rod (85);
the middle parts of the first gear (810) and the fourth rotating rod (87) are connected with the first gear (810), and the first gears (810) on the two sides are meshed with each other;
